Hello friends welcome back to my channel in this tutorial we are going to design nerling roller in solid work for nerling I am using Helix and spiral feature so let's see how to cut the Ning in solid work so we will start with front plane sketch then we will draw the sketch here first draw the line like this then close the sketch okay just drag this one here like this this side also a little bit more and this here okay now we'll assign the dimension so here this side keep 5 mm this side 10 mm and the last one we make 15 mm now now length we will keep this side 27 this side also 27 and here we will keep [Music] 52m okay okay now select this line for construction okay now select a mirror entity and mirror just delete this one delete Mir all the line M about select this line okay now our sket is ready now we will use your fre Bol B bace and select this line [Music] okay now first we will cut thread on this side and this side so For Thread I will use H vard select this space and select here thread so Third location we already selected just select the end condition and select this space just offset reverse Direction selected 2 mm okay so our sh D is 12 10 mm so here we have to select we will select 10 * 1.5 okay cut thread okay uh I'm thinking here MC die okay okay you can see our thread is ready now we will also cut this side so we same we follow same process select this pH thread here end condition we to select this SP upset to Direction Let's see yeah is okay metric die then okay okay so now our thread is ready now we will cut nulling on this cical face so select this face sketch and select your convert entity then go to feature select your Helix and spiral so pit will keep 104 our length is here to here is 104 mm reverse Direction and select here start angle will keep 0° okay now select this space sketch and select your polygon parameter keep three and draw one polygon here like this okay just make normal select this point and this point select this point press control and select this point also make horizontal then select this line make vertical like this okay just drag this one a little bit okay then go to picture sorry first you have to give the DI dim menion so here to here we'll make 1 mm and here to here okay then select this point select okay then select from Center to here we will make 14 mm okay now ex the sketch and select here swipe cut so our sket this is the our sketch is already selected just we have to select the path so we will select this Helix and spiral and okay now you can see for rning our path is ready so just now we have to use circular pattern so here use circular pattern Direction select this body here pattern we will make 32 360° equal spacing okay okay you can see so now we have to mirror this feature so select here mirror so we have to select the plane here so plane select right plane okay it will take some time just wait so now our roller is ready with ning face just hide this one okay just Define some material so select appearance select a metal we select Chrome let's see Chrome yeah so our roller is ready if you like the video please subscribe my channel for more video thanks for watching
