check out some of my recent videos yesterday i posted a video talking about the new garbage sims expansion pack garbage island gentrification the expansion pack whatever then before that i posted a video talking about um rape culture in america and then before that i posted a review of little fires everywhere so yeah i got that done super quick because this is already a long video all right so i was bullied on what else is new i was bullied on twitter because i had never seen the apparent cultural reset that was degrassi the new generation i think that's what it's called um so i decided to put myself because i was forced to because my friends bullied me into it peer pressure works i decided to put myself through basically psychological and emotional torture for eights for seven for seven seasons and i'm upset so i can't um i'm watching the show for the first time so i don't think i can do like an everything wrong with woo ciao i can't do everything wrong with first show i've seen once so i'm just gonna react to it so this is gonna be seasons one through seven and then when i finish eight through fourteen we'll do another one and then maybe we'll do a third one i don't know i mean there's all the time in the world now so you i don't i don't know what i'm gonna do but yeah so i put myself through emotional trauma for clicks and views but i enjoyed it whatever whatever so like i usually do for most of these videos i go character by character and i end up telling my opinions on everything throughout it so we're gonna start with um like the newest main character people who became main characters very very recently so i don't know a lot about them so i can't say a lot of them first one is tweedledee tweedledum two clowns danny and derek i love them hello sorry i don't know if that's i don't know them yet of course so danny is liberty's little brother i'm pretty sure that one's danny um i think he's the funniest one i think he's so funny he's the only like liberty when she clocks somebody should clock somebody he's the only person that can clock her and that whole um when she was pregnancy when she was pregnancy yeah when she was pregnant and he was he was clocking her he clocked her like 10 times and he was the first one who found out and he wanted to be all protective and [ __ ] and i love that i love him and then derek um he's okay he just did something mildly racist he saw that the store it was this is season seven he saw the store owner was doing a little was being racist towards danny he could clearly see that and he put panties in his bag so that she would have thought he would have stolen that's not funny so that's why i'm a little bit i'm a little bit off about him and then also there was an episode recently where they were fighting over a girl and he was acting so i don't like him never mind never mind i like danny derek i don't know what's going on there he possessive butting in cell i don't like that so that's him i have to do this really quickly because there's like this is nine pages long so you should have food next to you at some point next is holly sinclair holly j sinclair she's an [ __ ] i the thing is i love a good mean girl so i have yet to see if she's up to my standards of mean girl if she's up to a santana lopez if you will so um and this show came before glee so i'm seeing a lot of like wow now like because that people are like degrassi influence everything and i'm like sure okay sure okay and now i'm watching it and i'm like then next her best friend or ex best friend now anya this girl was a literal like i have seen um you've seen mean girls control people but i've never seen into this degree anya needs to grow a spine she just grew a spine in the last episode and she finally dumped all sinclair's ass but a whole season and apparently it's been going on for years you need to start loving yourself i don't she um i'm glad that she's gotten away from her but like it took a really that's concerning i need to know more about her i mean there's a lot i'll always characterizing to know more about nexus damien is a nuisance damien is a nuisance either date liberty or don't date liberty either break up with emma or don't break up with emma i'm sick of the games i'm sick of the games that are constantly being played with liberty and he's another game he's another game in the whole show he i don't like him i don't like it i don't like i frankly frankly there's nothing about him that is um redeemable to me i find him a nuisance i find him i find him like a bug i don't like him nope moving on anyone who crosses liberty i don't like so that's my bias that's my bias next is miss mia miss nino dobrev is always stressed in the show she's uh she's been on the show for two seasons now and she's stressed she's always stressed and i want her to be happy i also want her to find friends because she has no friends except for her ex-boyfriend slash baby daddy who's a dick who is a dick he they got she brought her kid to a party this happened like three hours ago they brought her kid to a party the seat the police came to the party i'm like we're gonna have to call whatever canada's version of cps is i keep forgetting the shows in canada but whatever we're going to call that throws her under the bus and says no that's her kid what how what's where did you think the sperm came from i forget his name he looks like a toad so i'm going to call him toad king it's ridiculous it's ridiculous she he's stressing her out i don't like pee i don't men that add nothing but stress and turmoil and chaos have no place on this planet and that's 99 goodbye clear clear get rid of it so that's her i want more i hope they introduce with season eight since they're all going to people that we like the originals are all going are all in college now i hope they bring in some interesting character for her to be a friend with um next is her ex-best friend i guess jane i don't know anything about jane she's dating spinner those never end well so um i mean i'm hopeful but those never ever end well um her brother's a dead beat dump whatever hope she's not like that then we learn that her and mia used to be best friends so now i'm intrigued knit cc because i haven't finished the show now i'm so intrigued what was mia like pre-pregnancy because i'm wondering if this gene because jane is supposed to be ru mia's like all sweet and nice and then jane is this [ __ ] this goth [ __ ] so i'm confused what were they like what were they like before i would like we're gonna get a flashback i know but i would like to see it as soon as possible assume like within the first half of season eight so that's all the new characters that i don't honestly really care about and that's not why you're here they're brand new um hope they all do great things on the show but again so next moving on people that i actually care about so i'm going to start with the um younger ones like the ones who just graduated so first is mr toby so here's my thing why they throw his whole kiss storyline away he became an irrelevant and he became an irrelevant character and it made me quite angry they literally abandoned his entire plot line why for they abandoned his entire plotline and then killed his best friend that don't sit right with me at all that has i'm about to get very very upset i also didn't like the whole liberty in him um romantic plot line after jt died i don't know why they did that give liberty a serious love interest who isn't four feet tall or dating somebody else i'm over it i'm over it i can't really say anything about him because they literally abandoned his pl his storyline literally halfway through like season three or four um but they made they started making him out to be creepy because they only brought him in to make a joke they would they abandoned his plot line and they would bring him back on when they were like talking about school stuff because he's a vice president and he like he'd only breathe there to make a like slightly misogynistic joke or a creepy joke and i was like you're not gonna do this to toby you're not gonna do this to toby toby's the school creep really it's like not toby not all right next character i'm gonna cry um it's mr jt york rest in power it's maddening it's maddening it is matt i see no reason why he's the one who had to die i i see i don't know what happened behind the scenes i frankly do not care what happened behind the scenes i see no reason why he had to die you know how many people i would lit there i would probably say i would rather have not 90 of this cast guy before i would have jt died that makes no sense and not they had been playing with my king's life for like seasons on end they first of all had started to abandon his storyline as well and then brought him in to get overdose on drugs really really they abandoned his flaw and then he got liberty pregnant which was and then he overdosed on drugs i that because that came out of nowhere i had seen like i was scrolling and like i've gotten some degrassi spoilers but i like saw one about jt dying and i was like there's no way that's true i literally saw it and i was like that's why would they kill him off that makes no sense lo and behold he dies and my heart gets ripped out from my insides i couldn't watch the show i couldn't watch the show for three weeks i couldn't watch it the last time i cried over a character's death like that was grey's anatomy um the plane crash and then when mark died after that's a lot that was senior year high school that's the last time i ever cried over a character dying and i bawled my eyes out on this bed when he died and then in the funeral episode what it's it's it's torture why would you ask me to watch this that was torture psychological you could no no i will never be watching those episodes again i'm going to rewatch the show because it's already it's already good enough that i'm going to rewatch it i won't be watching those two episodes i won't be putting myself to that ever again because that one of the worst experiences of my life fair the episode where he overdose on the drug side seen the tweets about jt my dynamic they would never ever kill him off and then he overdosed on drugs and i was like holy f that entire scene wasn't like he saw the drugs of my heart it wasn't i couldn't do anything else i couldn't do anything else i was and then they degra all shows but degrassi loves they'll they'll have jt swallow a bunch of pills and then cut to manny and craig who cares no i don't care manny and craig regardless but especially when jt just swallowed about 12 pills i really don't care how manny and craig that pissed me off that pissed me off and then they end up merging the schools that is sick that's the thing i don't like emma i'll get to her in a second but merging those schools over my dead body over my dead body would i allow my school to murder the school that housed the killer of jt york are you kidding me are you that is offensive yeah they gave him a little garden it was uh please please it's a it's a room made of glass the fake plant in the middle that's not worthy of his legacy you should have named the gym after him let's be honest let's be honest he's the best mascot that school has ever had you should it there's has to be more done more to memorialize his talent and his legacy and they gave him a glass box i find it offensive and they merge you know there wasn't another school there wasn't another school in the area that lakehurst could merge with no other school no other school in the area how is it degrassi's problem if it is if the school burns down i how is that my problem how is that this school how is that their problem your school burned down okay okay don't you know didn't don't school didn't do the trailers have had the classes who why are you coming into my school they're sharing lockers first of all nightmare with the people with the school that house the killer of jt york over my dead body it wouldn't know it wouldn't have been it wouldn't have been it's it's degrading to me that that was allowed it's degrading to me that they came to the school and they're still at the school no there isn't a person from lakehurst i like none none me is mia from mia no mia transferred to their school i like her she hasn't done anything that's pissed me off yet yeah everyone else can choke that's full stop full stop it's it's it's degrading to me no i have to move on before i get uh next is miss liberty you already know this is my queen this is my everyone please please my valedictorian my student council presidents run ran the entire school because we know the teachers are useless i'm gonna get to them and second teachers are useless principal she's better than the old principal but she's still pretty much useless liberty running the entire school keeping that school afloat for what and getting nothing in return and getting she had to compete for valedictorian with a guy who showed up three months ago i went over my dead body she was complete that's racist it's misogynoir whatever so liberty starts off as a main character right she starts up as a main character she's in the theme song she's always in the theme song she's always in the theme song but there are entire chunks of seasons where she's just not there or she comes in for one liner do you think am i a joke to you this seems to be a common pattern of this week am i a joke to you do you uh it's degrading she comes in to move the plot she uses a plot device and then she gets pregnant so you've been using her as a plot device for about three seasons and then out of nowhere she gets pregnant how did that happen what you decide we haven't given a storyline this entire time we're gonna make one up pregnancy again again nothing new nothing creative same old [ __ ] same we already did a pregnancy one hers was wilder because she really didn't tell nobody until she was like big they really a bit they when she got pregnant i thought it was a joke because i was like would they really do another pregnancy so soon after manny and the abortion and everything i was like no they did they did and they don't talk about it again no one gets therapy in this show anyways which is another issue no one in the show is that's and then they wonder why bad things continue to happen whatever that's for the older i'm saying that for the older ones the issues issues on issues on issues from the first graduating class good morning also the way every other character on the show spoke about liberty was always degrading and dehumanizing massage noir they would constantly talk about liberty they were like why they were always insinuating why do guys like liberty she's ugly she's not attractive she's not worthy of stuff looking like toads looking like deer looking like roadkill very interesting i'm talking about emma anyways um they always even the way jt spoke about her sometimes he would say i would be like this didn't you like her no this is my girl this is my girl and i don't like when people disrespect her it's very it's rude to me it felt so random for jt and liberty to get pregnant like i feel this is what i think degrassi does i really think they have a hat full of names and then a half full of traumatic borderline offensive ridiculous violent of um events and they pick and they say oh jt stabbing because that makes sense out of everyone who have got craig could have gotten stabbed craig could have gone to hell for all i care who else could have gotten stabbed anyone let's talk about his class i would have rather was peter peter was here why didn't peter was peter there not sure if peter was there at that point but he could have gone he could have gone i would have anyone else i literally i literally mean this with all my heart anyone except for liberty i'm pretty sure i would have been fine with being stabbed jt it's sick and demented and you all wanted me to watch this now i'm upset 17 minutes in now i'm up i'm angry whatever so that's liberty next um of like i really um i'm confused about what grades they're all in because i'm just this is just younger i don't really know what grades they're on next is the demon boy peter he's a creep i will never i won't forgive him why am i really really i know he's on this whole redemption arc storyline right now with darcy which is great great dude great i'm not i don't i don't have to i don't have to do nothing pattern of behavior it's a clear yes he got suspended but he came back he came back he did her child pornography couldn't she should have gone to jail yes his mother the principal was all like i'm gonna keep him in check clearly you did not clearly you did not clear clearly that didn't work something has to change he was in detention for his entire life still didn't change a damn thing all his issues with cameras he has issues with cameras he need no more cameras for peter i don't know i just saw him in the last episode in the second live episode with a new camera what have we learned about peter and cameras what have we not learned anything from peter and cameras first with manny first with manny that was hope that whole situation was illegal then with darcy and manny and then with just darcy peter and cameras no more no more being them it was the exact same thing that happened with rick and we all saw how that ended it's the exact same ignoring a pattern of behavior let's let's let's wake that up let's wait rick they refuse to pay attention to the pattern of behavior that rick was exhibiting he put a student in a coma he put a student in a coma and was still allowed back into the school come back with me come back with me come back with me because that that that is ludicrous he put terry first of all terry just gone gone no explanation just gone through coma gone via coma i feel degraded one of my favorite characters i felt no whatever i didn't even get it i didn't even get a goodbye so i didn't even get it didn't even get didn't i didn't even graduate and you let him back in the school and the advanced events transpired and you were confused as to how it happened pattern of behavior violence towards women that's one of the signs violence towards women possessive whatever back to peter sorry he's been helping darcy recently which is like the only good thing that he's done he's literally done one good thing in his life and it's been like helping darcy through her um trauma which is great but i really he's i'm so much like that i really can't i can't be bothered to like him i can't be bothered to even like really like care about him because i'm so he huh he planted drugs in sean's lock he planted i didn't like sean then he had a little quickie redemption arc when he went away for a while and then came back and then i heard to like him again he planted drugs in that boy's locker and didn't have a care in the world he was one of the causes of the hit and run car accident that led sean to run away and what had nothing happened to him it's oh it's peter it's peter pointy ass chin peter he gets away with everything literally he looks what's the anim no lazy town the guy the evil guy with the chin a yield sign that's what this boy looks like and he has all his power nothing ever happens if i don't like him i don't like him whatever he's doing nice things for darcy but you know it doesn't negate and moving we'll just move on right right move on right to darcy i don't like this girl either i don't like her i still i like her more now it's just it's well it's like very um i'm sad that she had to go through trauma like serious trauma to become a better person that um that's very very sad but i did not like her um friendship club darcy's a menacing society i said what i said friendship club darcy was a sociopathic human being i didn't like she was so rude she was so rude for being such an ugly for being such a girl with that hair with the helmet hair she had the audacity to talk down to other people she had the audacity to be an elitist little [ __ ] with the helmet hair now darcy's hair is giving me miley cyrus season three hannah montana season four but previously it looked like she literally not in a good way not in a good way so yeah i don't i didn't like darcy constantly judging others because of the bible really darcy really darcy really the whole friendship club i don't like everyone using the bible and and to event to be the reasoning for your recognized offensive ridiculous asinine degrading politics and beliefs using the bible as your research point that has never made sense to me so you i don't like any of you i don't like anybody in that friendship club the fact that spinner oh we're gonna get there in a second woo ciao so darcy then darcy whoo her season seven plot line oh my god it only got worse i lit i was i watched so that we had the premiere and which was a two-parter which already i was like holy [ __ ] it's the second episode it was the second it was the second episode i said okay and then it got worse it got worse and that happened she was assaulted and then it got worse then she didn't tell nobody and then i tweeted i have a whole live thread i'll link it down below because people seem to like it um where i live tweet degrassi i said darcy's gonna break i said i said i knew it i knew darcy was gonna break and guess what guess what happened she broke she broke because of course she did and of course the teachers useless administrate that counselor useless didn't do nothing didn't know nothing all of a sudden were there and the only one who noticed was snake the most useless teacher of them all and look what happened to him look what happened to him by him figuring it out cha when she falsely that whole scene where she falsely accused him i was on the edge of my sea i was on there when i was on my bed i was lit no no i'll talk about him in a second but like darcy um she seems to be better now but like every other character seems to be better and then just gone back down the dumpster fire of degrassis just destroying them so i'm hopeful but i'm really not that hopeful because i've yet to see her in a therapy session heart been broke so many times i can't even fix it the next character that i'm talking about is miss emma i don't like this [ __ ] either is this a surprise listen listen okay i like her now senior year emma i was actually like fine with the entire time i didn't have an issue with her the entire the entire i was very shocked she was a senior in sixth grade in season six as well i didn't have an issue with her but since i was floored i was looking back when i was writing my notes and i was like huh emma you didn't make me hate you for like two seasons i was flabber i was in shock whatever emma pre-season six and seven is a nuisance a menace i'll go um she much of a menace as darcy yes yes i'm saying it listen she is a she is so stubborn and for what her eyes the hills that emma chooses to die on never have made any sense to me she chose to die on the literal stupidest hills that make notes she wanted to get rid of computers at their school that was how he met em she wanted to get rid of the computers at their school i don't it doesn't here's the thing emma is annoying but ciao she got messed up shawn messed her up that's why i didn't like him at first until season six when he came back i did not like sean because shawn [ __ ] her up her parents here's the thing i don't like emma has the most useless parents on this entire all of the parents on the show are useless joey is coming for a close second with [ __ ] emma's mom and snake archie whatever the hell is why are you still calling each other by your high school nicknames you are grown you'll have child and you have mortgage that means that's a sign of please your parents come on now and we i've archie i'll talk about in a second but her mother both both of them they are both completely at fault listen they never seem to notice any sort of signs ever they never seem to care or i don't know if they care or if they're just too stupid to see emma was sh they especially okay let's take a step back they were confused when emma was acting out after rick got shot they were confused and they were confused and didn't see signs of emma acting out after her boyfriend may have shot another classmate of her in front of her they were confused so why she was acting out are you stupid or are you dumb because it can be both so they were confused when they were like when started hanging out with jay hanging out with jay no no no no no looking into that no talks no oh i'm a little bit concerned because you're hanging out with a nuisance of society in a ravine in a in a ravine hanging out in a van in a ravine chop she was showing clear signs of anorexia they just didn't notice until it got even worse so like that's not emma's fault her parents are ridiculous they're getting better but like it's also emma's getting older she's taking care of stuff herself whatever she emma has this like self-proclaimed she's the moral compass of degrassi i don't care i don't she's a moral she's the moral compass right she's a moral compass she claims to be all i'm learning but remember when she was slut-shaming manny left and right every other week they were they would they would make up and then whenever they would fight she would always find really offensive digs at manny doesn't emma do that do emma was slut-shaming manny every other season finale always bringing it up i thought you i thought she were one for the people emma it's also interesting how um peter took some illegal photographs of manny while she was intoxicated and then he went on to date peter that's where the moral compass emma all the guys in that school all the guys in that school really and peter yield sign you're gonna risk your friendship for yield sign woo moral compass my my behind that's where the moral compass emma also i'm not gonna forget what she did she was dating um i don't remember his name the first black guy on the show that wasn't jimmy she was dating him i remember when she was like um what are people gonna think if you start dating liberty what a [ __ ] [ __ ] i hate this girl that i already did not like her and then she insinuated that dating liberty would make her look that her ex i forgot if they were exes at that point or if he was her new boyfriend but dating him having dated liberty at any point would make her look bad and then they wanted to do this whole kumbaya [ __ ] at graduation nah i don't forget i don't i don't forget anything cause that i said emma you're never getting forgiven because that [ __ ] moral compass really not in my book not invite i don't like her i have to move on next on to manny another queen this is my other queen listen manny pisses me off sometimes um she really was pissing me off for like the first two seasons like i was like you're on my nerve she won the cheerleading squad and i was like okay you're less on my nerves now and then we had like season three make over manny and she became um more herself and i was like okay i can stand you um yeah i have to season three makeover manny cultural reset now i know where the cultural reset came from now i know the original the um where the calls where we said it originated because that look is coming back hello hello once red carpet is open again people have been relying on nostalgia so much through this entire quarantine situation we're about to see it come roxanna's all to come back in fashion in like three seconds whatever manny i like the manny that i didn't like was whenever she was with craig craig i don't want you i'm gonna talk about him in a second craig manny and craig i always didn't like manny when she was with craig she turned into a different person it was ugly it was ugly and it was degrading to me i never i don't think her parents have ever found out that she was pregnant correct me if i'm wrong but i don't think they have and i'm wondering if they're ever going to because like her parents didn't want to become an actress i'm worried i'm confused they haven't found now that she got pregnant interesting so i didn't think emma's mom would be um smart enough to keep a secret like that you know i think she i think i don't like her mom i know i don't like her i just think she's kind of useless as a parent and then another thing she moved in with emma i always forget that that happened because that was like so her parents really put up no fight that's a thing i was like your parents like don't be an actress but go move in with your best friend's parents while we sit here and hate you or talk about you that was confusing and i'm glad that situation's over and i'm glad she's a better relationship with her parents now and now she's going to smith dale she she almost pissed me off she almost pissed me she almost made me mad by going to whatever that show it seemed like it was a take on the cw whatever that show was that vampire whatever show i'm glad she got to her senses and realized no i'm going to go to smith deal exactly exactly because i was like i'm not going to watch the show if manny's going to be on a show for no reason exactly so that's all the younger people next um i'm only talking about one adult because the rest i don't really care about let's just the principal i don't remember what her name is principal hashtag peter's mom um she's okay she's a better she's a better principal than the guy that was there before her much better that got she's much better much better um doesn't really done anything wrong um her kissing snake she doesn't really owe emma's mom anything should she have done it no but she done it no of course she shouldn't have done it but like snake [ __ ] in the kid's turn yeah next um while we're here our cheese snake okay this isn't character now there's a reason why he's the fun teacher the fun teacher holds no responsibility it's unable to hold anyone else he's a useless teacher and a useless parent but you know like i don't know what he's even so focused on at home i've never seen him even hold that little baby that he just had with emma's mom i've never even seen him hold it so i don't know what he's so preoccupied on having midlife crisis and buying a motorcycle really archie really archie your wife is pregnant why are you buying a motorcycle that only that'll make no turn that'll make no type of sense then he goes and kisses his principal who's his boss um where am i going to see your gaming quality he's always make he made himself the victim when he's the one who cheated woo oh my god it was it's mine um a lot of men on tv shows and probably in real life would do this make themselves a victim in a cheating scenario how how you're the one who you're the one who went and kissed your principal in a movie theater and then was confused when you got caught you were kissing her on a movie theater is that some is it as a movie theater as a private place was i unaware had no idea um always making himself a victim now when he was a victim so dursty falsely accusing him this show really got to everything i didn't know this show has gotten to literally almost every single social issue there's a couple they have left but i'm sure they're going to get to it in 14 seasons that situation was a disaster because if you go back and you watch and as i was watching and i was tweeting so darcy latched onto him as a confidante and then it started to get weird but what did snake do nothing he could have um established clearer boundaries a lot sooner and probably would have led to a different outcome but this is the outcome that it led to how sad because his reputation i know he's back at degrassi now but like i know like he's innocent he is innocent but like his reputation it's not it's not looking it's not looking good for him it's not ooh i didn't think this is how the season eight would end i don't think this is how they would graduate with a snake with a sexual abuse allegation false allegation yeah so that's snake i really have no feelings towards i've i'm just like eh i felt super bad for him during this whole situation but it seems to be over now i'm sure it's gonna come back up every now and then because like something like that the whispers will never go away um but i'm pretty indifferent to him now he just needs to become hyper aware of himself before he puts himself into situations it's getting it's like it's getting ridiculous read you need to start paying attention snake you're an adult now we're at the like first generation maybe even though some of them didn't graduate until later whatever first character we're starting off with is mr marco [ __ ] dylan [ __ ] dylan can go choke are you it was already weird that he was um some years into college dating a sophomore junior that was already weird that was already weird let's let's that happens a lot of degrassi a lot of age gap issue i won't get i won't get into it and then he cheats on marco and then gets back with marco somehow and then leaves marco and marco's just being dragged along on a chain through this whole situation i was so glad when they finally got rid of that boy i was like he brings nothing but trouble dylan brings nothing brings literally nothing to the table except for confusion and chaos what a ridiculous character i have no issues with marsha marco i think he's hilarious i think marco is hilarious i think he's one of the glues of this of this whole friendship situation with them him and ellie and paige and like spin he like he's the one that kind of connects almost every single person in their little friendship group if you can call it that um he most of the time is the only source of common sense in that house they currently live in with ellie and paige but now they're moving out that situation is confusing to me as well but and then they threw it he got he had a gambling problem and now it's back he had a gambling problem got arrested got arrested having an illegal poker game and now it's back because he needs to he brought it back because he wanted to be cool with these new friends that were spending money every other second like it grows on trees that plotline gave me a headache i was like gambling wow gambling marco really whatever next character i have no issue with him i hope he does well next issue next issue yeah that's accurate is sean um sean it was it was he it was he does he's fine then did something absolutely horrible then redeems himself absolutely horrible this snake got cancer this man his i don't know if they were excess him and emma were ex at the point his girlfriend at some points father stepfather got cancer and then he stole his laptop because he wanted to be a bad boy because he wanted to be a bad boy in high school a bad boy at degrassi high school because he wanted he's still a laptop from a man with cancer that's a loser behavior i don't know what kind of bad stealing p from people with cancer really and then you know you get drag racing loser behavior how does that make you a bad boy it makes you a loser you're gonna get arrested you're gonna get nothing and then what happened what happened your drag racing with the other nuisance on this show peter looks like a yield sign and then you hit somebody and then run away at least he turned himself in but emma had to the moral compass of the show apparently had to convince him to turn himself in how interesting to me and then he goes to jail him in jail very very sad no oh they they beat him the [ __ ] up in jail oh that was that was that was his that was his um punishment yeah they really got they really got him in jail um i did feel bad for him um that at the point when he was drag racing i was like kind of like ah whatever because at that point he'd kind of like that was when he came back and i was like when sean came back i was very indifferent towards him because i was like i mean emma's moved on she didn't look at me with the fool she didn't move on for a [ __ ] um when he came back i was like just don't [ __ ] anything else up and then you know he kills someone or like hits someone then goes to jail whatever and the thing is sean is like [ __ ] up like are we together are we ready we no one has had a discussion about what him maybe killing rick we don't we're still unsure he might have been the one who killed him um he went back to his parents who abandoned him um because of that and was that supposed to be like the um cure-all was that supposed to be the cure of all of his trauma going back to people who abandoned him that he was already so angry about for the past six seasons i guess i i guess but then he still comes back then he comes back and he's still angry and he's still sad he's still pent up and he still feels worthless so clearly him going back to his parents didn't help [ __ ] and then he goes to the army are you kid i don't i'm not a psychologist i'm really not um i just take psych classes would he pass i don't know how canada works would he pass the psyche bell is there a psyche valve for the military or just for cops i'm not sure i would never have no interest in going into any of those fields nor does anyone i know but um i thought there was a psyche vowel if there is a psyche foul i'm not sure how sean passed it moving on moving on but like now i'm pretty indifferent towards him i like long hair sean um he just came back at the end of season seven to like finally ship out which is really really scary if he dies [ __ ] [ __ ] god um don't spoil anything for me in the comments sorry that was so me don't spoil anything for me in the comments please again watching for the first time um so yeah he's off the military now if he dies i'm probably going to be broken again even though i just said i'm pretty indifferent towards him but how it's gonna affect emma who also i don't like but i don't like peeping seeing people get like completely traumatized even if i don't like them like that would be a pretty [ __ ] way to think like i didn't like darcy that shouldn't have happened to her like i'm not like that guys all right that's sean next character is miss ellie so again i have no real issue but something doesn't sit right with me about ellie i really have no issue with her though but i'll get okay wait i forgot that her and sean dated until um i was writing this i was like oh [ __ ] that she lived with him that it was weird they were good each other they seemed to like each other but it was like ellie has issues because of her mom which are never really addressed um so she moves in with a guy who was abandoned by his parents who has a lot of pent-up anger issues and then instead of boy abandons her on the midnight train to georgia and goes back to live with his parents and it's never talked about again okay um her and craig makes more sense to me than her and sean than any of ellie's relationships actually her and craig made a lot more sense i thought about relationships uh a little bit later but like um made more sense than like craig and manny that they were just like each other's like crutches it was ridiculous um craig i'll get to him in one second but he was an [ __ ] situation he wanted to eat his cake and have it too you can't have both pick one he wanted to eat his cake and have it too with ellie and manny it was ridiculous it was ridiculous he was li it was let's get back to ellie ellie i want i don't think i don't know if ellie wants to be happy we need to unpack that we need to open up this conversation because ellie it's constant self-sabotage she's gone through so much [ __ ] she ha she first of all her living with shawn couldn't have been good i mean they they did they like upon appearances it looked good but like they never address her issues with her mother and she's living with a guy who then abandoned her again so yeah and then those issues are never addressed which and then ellie yeah ellie there's she seems better now but then she still she like was gonna quit the newspaper because of that boy because of that boy who then [ __ ] her mentor she was gonna get after that happened she was gonna give up journalism for that boy now i'm getting a [ __ ] headache because that's what ellie gives me a headache and then one of her bad moments when i was like ellie your when she assumed that cocaine was manny's instead of craig's because craig could she's clearly still not over craig i thought we had moved past this ellie but apparently not she's still in love with craig that'll probably come back again soon even though i don't want to see that um underlying racism as to why she thought it was manny's and also because she completely has blinders on when it comes to craig that whole mess glad she finally ended up apologizing to manny but like that whole thing pissed me off also because she thought manny stole her man mlm made no sense that whole cocaine i don't like craig i don't like cred i don't i don't want it's ellie i'm hoping she like gets better i'm hoping but no wait so she her mentor [ __ ] her boyfriend and then she gets one of the biggest journalistic opportunities of her lifetime and then blows it and then blows it because she was drunk she's drunk on camera and like calls out her mentor on tv for [ __ ] her boyfriend ciao ellie's never going to get a job um with all this self-sabotage that i keep seeing ellie's never gonna get a job and that's worrisome to me that's worrisome next character alex my [ __ ] everyone knows oh that's my queen exactly exactly why own them with comments i'm from a show not really first of all she's been through [ __ ] just first of all she's associated with j automatic automatic ridiculousness automatic you have to you have to grow like up out of hell because you're associated with j what i'm not gonna do i didn't put him on here i don't think jay is a nuisance um he's better now he's like cuter with manny even though giant age gap i'm not i think he's like 22 23 maybe and manny's like 18. i already he might is he the same as spinner because spinner is 19. he might be not be that old i forget i don't really remember but she's associated with jay so i can't imagine and then she's coming to terms with her sexuality and paige the nuisance to her the whole time i'll get to page in a second it's always about image at this school at this school i mean a lot of schools but it's always about image image image um and then the [ __ ] that so she had to become a stripper in order to pay for her mother's rent um or where she was living their rent because her beer guzzling loser of a boyfriend her mother's boyfriend was robbing them blind so she was uh and she was having issues with the fact that she had to become a stripper and she was like the only way i can make my bills and of course paige was absolutely no help just slut-shaming her when she needs money whatever paige has her i'm gonna get turned one second and then her mom gives the money that she made that she had a lot of trouble making to the boyfriend i'm not in i'm not i don't condone violence i don't i'm surprised i didn't see at least a tire hot tire iron to the head to the nuts to that was that pissed me off beyond belief beyond and then paige was no help and then her and paige broke up and alex went away and i hope we see her again i don't like how her her story just ended he kind of fizzled it it ended with her still being an emotional disaster her still being a wreck of a person doesn't say i i need something needs to be resolved immediately i better see your resolvement in the next six seasons or there will be hell to pay next is page so here's my his listen listen one second paige same thing with um sean actually does some she's fine does something terrible does something redeemable does something terrible or something redeemable that's something terrible same giving me very quinn from glee but without the quickie quinn had a quickie redemption arc in season three so we would be happy that she went to yale but paige's redemption arc was a lot more gradual and it started off with trauma so okay so once paige graduated then went to college and then was knocked down about 17 pegs glad that happened because paige in high school was like teetering on evil some of the [ __ ] which she would do i was like i you know i love a good mean girl i love but the thing is you gotta be classy with it just being sh it's evil here's the thing i'm fine with an evil little i mean fire is an evil mean girl but it needs to be a little it needs to be tasteful taste keep going for everyone's jugular it just makes it makes you look bad and that's not the point that's not the point of being a mean girl like others look bad but now you look bad whatever she's trying to rule the school i don't understand wanting to rule high school it's high school but whatever once they dropped her and she broke her foot i laughed my ass off she should have broken both her feet but she deserved that to like i don't care i don't care she deserves a foot broken please um she needed um she needed her ass knocked down a peg and i'm glad college did that for her because paige is a much more likable person now after the whole college situation very glad about that um she also she went through a lot of [ __ ] everyone on this show just has trauma mike the demented boy who assaulted her and then kept showing up like a cockroach and then she was dating that teacher degrassi has some issues with age gaps and what is okay and what it's not she was dating my deadbeat teacher who like went off to bum [ __ ] and then came back looking filthy he walked into that restaurant looking like he smelled imagine a man walking a man walked into a no called the police um yeah that was weird um degrassi while i'm here degrassi has some issues with age gaps um she was dating that teacher they were all like in college dating high schoolers like dinner spinner not spinner sorry marco and dylan and then spinner was like i'm pretty sure darcy was like 15 when spinner was dating her and he was like at night he was like a super senior at that point he was like 19. or no 18 i don't remember remember but there's a lot of jay and manny there's a lot of issues with age gaps on the show but it's like maybe canada's different i don't i don't i don't know next character is craig um i hate him but i love him but i hate him but i care about him i think that's the actor's work i think that's the actor's work making you care about a character that you don't like um good on the actor so the whole thing we start off the whole thing with his dad was never ever resolved and that's why it resulted in look what happened to craig his father his stepfather what a waste of time what a waste of space in a waste what what non-parent he joey really gives emma's mom and gives em a gig she he gives them a run for their money for worst parent on this show like he was being physically abused by his father and supposed to just go and it just went away because he died in a car accident did joe did joey think him die in the car accident equated to like therapy he lets craig do kind of whatever he wants but still treats him like a child but then she'll treat him like an adult like when he expected craig to use the payment from his dead dad who abused him to pay for joey's wrench when joey is the adult in the situation that i almost lost him are you kidding me you want him to give you his inheritance to pay your rent because you can't sell a car on your used car lot this is the same man the same man who wanted caitlyn you remember her she's blonde but she's brunette now the journalist wanted her to quit her journalism career for his five five bald heightened peaked in high school behind he wanted her to give up her she gave up the journalism career for him once he wanted her to do it again for what what does joey bring to the table besides sadness and a house that he can't afford what did joey bring to the table that would have um warranted caitlyn staying there nothing am i right i am you don't need you don't even tell me what a [ __ ] what a loser his daughter was the smartest person in the house that little girl who was like five was the smartest person in this house yeah so back to craig um again um he's been there again again with the trauma um the whole coke storyline that ended in his nose like free bleeding on stage glad he got into rehab yeah glad about that it's great that he's a famous singer now and now ashley's about to go on tour with him or whatever glad they finally got back because it was getting ridiculous i was like you guys are like probably the best made couple on the show and you keep going back to your exes whatever i'll get to ashley in a second great that he wants rehab good for him next is hazel actually she's a [ __ ] she was um she really was like a real like nasty little girl and i don't really know for why there was never really any re the first reasoning was because she was so ashamed of her own heritage um but then she kept on being a [ __ ] she was fine towards the end um i actually like really liked her um and the reason she got fine because i stopped writing her into the show they stopped they abandoned her plot line too i guess i don't know if they thought they could only like do like seven characters at once or they just like just didn't like her character anymore because i was actually interested in hazel and i wanted to know way more about hazel but all we got is that she's this cold mean girl and then she like became nice and then started dating jimmy and then she was dating jimmy but we would never ever see her even though she was dating jimmy and then she wasn't in the show for a little bit or she'd come in to move the plot her and liberty were used literally as plot it's fine it's fine it's fine it's not fine she wasn't on the show and then she was brought back on for a second only to find out that jimmy is in love with ellie really ellie ellie you're gonna give up you're gonna break up jimmy and hazel for ellie whatever they literally abandon her plot her they abandoned her character abandoned her story and then they dropped like a hot potato when they graduated she was already being written out of the show and i was like really you have much less interesting people as main characters that didn't survive me them breaking up jimmy and hazel for like little to no reason because him being in love with ellie also came out of nowhere but whatever i digress i digress i digress guys come on um next character is miss ashley i've never liked it i'm so mean um this is bullying i don't like her face giving me gopher that's rude that's bullying that's why i prefaced it as bullying it's not her fault i just don't like her face her face really bothers me and then the personality didn't help so her going to she was a sad little girl sad little girl the whole thing were oh whoo i keep this show is so complex i just remembered that she like got super drunk in like the second her first season and started telling all the sea woo issues her going to london made no sense to me her best relationship with with craig everyone that's uh they're the only there's some of the only people on the show who made sense having a relationship they meshed perfectly and they kept breaking i'm glad they're i guess back together because her and jimmy chow it was ridiculous it was getting weird it got it got weird in this last season she took him off the track because she was jealous of craig she stopped the chance of jimmy having a career or getting anything any sort of act like any sort of praise if any sort of praise does not go to her it's a problem because she was jealous of her ex-boyfriend who stole her song so she has a right to be mad at craig because he stole her song and didn't give her credit but she's gonna take it out on jimmy all this pen she has so much pen to progression because she never chased her dreams and craig has the career that she wants and you know other other stuff that makes no kind of sense but you know she's kind of a loser i'm glad that she's with craig now and they're on tour but like it took a lot of loser behavior to get there i'm indifferent to her now though next character is jimmy actually um jimmy was kind of the only decent guy on the show for the most part and the fact that it's drake playing him i was like that's drake is the only decent guy on that show hmm would have never thought would have never thought um anyways um one of the most consistently good men on the show and then he gets shot consistently a good guy not a nice guy a good guy respectful and then he gets shot you guys made me watch this you guys made me watch he got shot by that scumbag of an individual who was allowed back to that school also while i'm here i called rick being a school shooter pattern of behavior i already i already i'm going to talk about this at least three times because it relates violence towards women he put terry in a coma and was allowed back on the school premises that is the school's fault so yeah i'm gonna hit the spinner in a second they blame spinner and jay for making him got shot and yes he was a direct cause but it was also the school's fault it was awful the school spell i think jimmy i think jimmy is funny i think jimmy is charming but that's it that's really like i feel i like i'm glad that he's becoming much more of a holistic person now that that happened and he got into his art and he's back found his passion he's a much happier person now don't like that he's dating this girl white girl with braids and they're going to go out of stem cell surgery i hope it works oh god what if it doesn't work i think one of them i think for one of them it's not going to work um i'm hoping that it's her does that mean okay so yeah jimmy's like i really like he's one of the he's like decent uh rewarding bare minimum behavior but it's fine him falling in love with ellie was like out of left field like that made no sense it was just a reason for him and hazel to break up why why couldn't you come up with a better reason oh oh wait it's because you abandoned hazel's entire character so there was no reason that they would have broken up that's why he had him fall in love with a random person because you had abandoned her character complete there wasn't even any dialogue between them to inside of incite a breakup oh anyway my helicopter next character is spinner that's my king listen listen listen listen listen listen spinner has done some messed up stuff i'm not denying that i'm not denying that but he has paid for it ciao he i know he got jimmy shot he did him and jay got jimmy shot they did it was also the school's fault i've just said that he paid for it he was iced out completely as he should have been i don't know why he kept trying to be like you guys should forgive me no they iced him out for like just long enough i think it was like it's like years like they iced him out for just long enough and he had to make friends with the friendship club that's a punishment having your only option for friends be the friendship club chad that is a punishment he was punished enough he was punished enough and then he got [ __ ] cancer he got cancer i'm gonna cry he literally they gave my favorite character cancer they gave my favorite character cancer they just see i think they have been dead against me because all my favorite characters [ __ ] happens to jt was stabbed out of nowhere out of nowhere and then he gets cancer he gets cancer literally out of nowhere we finally meet his parents i've been begging for more like i want to know more about spinners like apparent and upbringing and then he gets cancer testicular cancer at 18. it just makes my heart is so heavy oh my it and now he's fine now thank god his buzz cut is actually the best haircut he's had he's had some very oh hair manny it needs to end now i'm they put her in a good hairstyle and then they make her blonde blonde with bangs up to here ah that's i don't whatever and that was such a weird tangent but yeah that spinner's best hair is his buzz cut manny just has it's never her why is her hair never good everyone else has had hair glow ups through the past seven seasons and manny it just it's like it looks it looks like this up and down and up and down and up and down up and down they straighten her hair give her layers that and it's black and then they make her blondes and then they give me give her a they give her a mom haircut with little choppy layers and highlights i hope it gets better i know it won't i know it won't but yeah it's back to spinner i also this is why i want to know more about his parents and his upgrade upbringing because he's so easily molded he's so easily i don't want to call it manipulation because that's probably not what it is but like every time he has most of his girlfriends change his personalities like drastically like he's so easily like he's like clay and i'm like this is a little bit concerning to me it might it's just something and i mean it's something that's like underwhelming it's gonna bubble up and boil over eventually but like right now it's been brewing and i'm like it's very interesting he like his girlfriend seems just like it's not it's not manipulation i just think he has a personality that is so like he like builds his personality off of other people and i'm wondering if there's anything with his parents but when he met his parents we thought he had cancer so i don't want to meet his parents again because then he might die and i will i won't be able to handle it so yes so that's um the characters all right so this show talked about everything like everything like i'm pretty sure in 14 since they're gonna get to they're gonna get to every social issue ever um really would have wishes i would have watched this when i was younger i mean it's helping me like it's act like degrassi is like actively helping me now as i watch it it's like helping me i'm like wow unpacking trauma through degrassi wow so yeah that's a good thing wish i would have watched when i was a kid so you know i wouldn't have gotten the trauma in the first place but you can't dwell in the past guys you gotta live in the present so yeah i like i really like this show like i really really like this show i'm definitely gonna rewatch it because as i was going through this and like looking back at stuff that has happened i'm like yeah i'm gonna need to rewatch this show so something that i see a lot of people talk about on twitter is like worst and best couples i wanted to share mine from the first eight seasons worst couples ashley and jimmy makes no sense to me at the end they were cute when they were teens but once they became like young adults it was so i'm surprised they lasted until i was they lasted until season seven i'm surprised they lasted this long and i'm being perfectly honest i thought they were i thought they were kapuski at season five but i thought they were kapotsky the first time they broke up next um jt and mia they were so cute but it kind of came out of nowhere it was just a set it was just to set him up they keep trying to keep they keep playing with me keep playing with me next okay so i wanted paige and alex to work so very bad but that relationship was a nightmare they take ten they take five steps forward and then page usually not always paige but like something it would there be a misunderstanding a simple misunderstanding would set them 10 miles backward that's why it was never going to work it was never going to work i really wanted them to finally i want them to work so bad but it wasn't going to happen they were doomed they were doomed another bad one manny and spinner yuck yuck yuck boo tomato yuck disgusting i am so glad they canceled that immediately that was one of the worst i've ever seen in my entire life one of the worst i've ever seen in my entire life next onto best couples um i don't know about best because a lot of these couples have their issues i think hazel and jimmy were like there was nothing wrong with them they literally squashed it because they wanted to move the plot literally squashed it and they used hazel to come in and move the plot so that jimmy would have like a reason to like reinvent himself they literally used her to give him a reason to reinvent himself as if she had been dragging him down which she hadn't been we wouldn't even know if she had been because she wasn't in the show i also don't think paige's thinner paige and spinner was that bad either i think they were cute um they don't belong together anymore though it's just like just how when paige and spinner broke up that's when jimmy and ashley should have like ended it forever um ashley and craig i love them i don't like them individually that much but them together is probably one of the best relationships on my show it made sense that's it it made sense yeah i also loved liberty and jt their relationship was questionable at times to all the red tips in the show were but like they were cute together and like jaichi um he really wanted to like rest in power he really wanted to like provide that whole apartment thing that please please that was never gonna happen i was never gonna i'm not this they're not liberty his parents are black that's not that wasn't gonna happen but um it was he was like a good like effort by jt that was made um another worst couple whatever that toby liberty fake ridiculous plot line that was happened for two episodes i was nipped in the bud glad that wasn't from the bud because it was never going to happen i was not going to continue watching the show if that happened not to lie but i would have been very angry continuing the rest of the show if that had happened who else dated ellie and marco just hooked up like three episodes ago that was okay okay and now they're like all getting new apartments which is great because those two were starting to they they even said it when they really realized that they're like we were growing dependent on each other and i'm like oh finally we figured this out hmm seven seasons in finally crazy crazy crazy so yeah um this show was good it's i'm so like yes you guys put me through emotional turmoil watching this show but it's like really really good i'm hoping seasons eight and 14 seasons eight through fourteen are just as good i know they're gonna be just as messy because these writers seem to be just like having fun having fun torturing teens interesting so yeah i don't have anything else to say because i haven't finished the show but this was my reaction to degrassi the new generation seasons one through seven um yeah i just watched the graduation episode literally last night cried you know the usual um because they mentioned jt again and you know liberty was distraught there are episodes of tv shows that i never ever ever watch again and any episode with jt dying is on the list so that means episode where he died the funeral and this graduation episode will never be watched again by me so i'm intrigued to see where the show is going about to go when everyone original is now in college i don't like new people the new people that are on the show right now i'm very indifferent towards thus far i want to see if they take their plot lines in ways that make sense i will still continue i will i already know i'm gonna enjoy the show but like i really hope really hope they do what i want them to do what i want them to do because i'm the center of the universe anyway so yeah that's the end of my video
