hey guys today I'm gonna do a couple racks of lamb chops you can see here a couple nice racks of lamb chops here and we'll get them seasoned up here get them on the pit I got the pit at the temperature already let me get a salt let me get a glove on here and I didn't come prepared already so what I'm gonna do is a binder is a little bit of mustard will rub these bad boys down with some mustard like that make sure to get the ears flip it over now the back side is mostly bone but I'm gonna go ahead and give it a little bit of love anyway because there is some meat down here on the bottom I hope you guys are doing rows this guy down put a little bit on the bone side I take that glove off another one on I'm gonna be using some again my hardcore carnivore camo that's made for game and lamb I use this on that on the lamb shoulder that I did video that I did a while back another slab on real quick will get this bad boy seasoned up you know what we go and get another love on that way I can handle the meat with one hand and do the seasoning that the other I'm not gonna work too much about the bone size on the back I'm gonna show it a little bit of love put a little bit of seasoning on flip it over be sure to get the ends oh man this rub smells good all right that's one rack down the other rack a little bit on the bone side not gonna worry too much about it because we're not going to eat the bones your hands alright guys just like that and then whatever seasoning you have left on your board you can mop it up with your rat like so let's get these on the pit let me get the get the camera turned around here sorry this is a Friday afternoon kids are in school so get once again I'm filming on my own and I'm not very good at filming by myself but anyway we're gonna make it work there we go I picked up the tail I've got some I've got some Swedish I put some sweet potatoes that I put on here about an hour ago wrapped in foil like that we'll put the other rack like that oh that's hot I'm gonna I'm gonna get a tip probe going in here guys and and we're gonna get these going we'll come back Chuck I'm a little bit guys our lambs done let's see what it looks like sorry for the shaky camera trying to find a glove on and film this oh yeah oh man and there's the alarm going off 145 for lamb I just get back over here and check this out yeah I like that a lot oh it's real nice real real nice one like that pro about one like that sorry guys again I'm trying to feel by myself and it ain't working too well hey buddy my son is gone home for school there we go just like that about that looks pretty cool maybe just kind of you just kind of get around guys so school was good awesome I will make we don't let the lamb rest I got the sweet potatoes I pulled them off earlier I got them just chilling out inside oh you okay and sorry we'll roast up some broccoli real quick t-bones aside for this while this is resting and we'll come back I'll show y'all what kind of walk kind of up see how they look and we'll present them will taste them stay tuned hi guys so these lambs have rented these chops I mean have rested let's cut into it right here on the right here on the backside there's no fishing bones that go down here on the bottom and I'm trying to holy moly you're gonna get close over that sling yeah so hang out that good on camera though don't look that good on camera yeah you're getting a juice holy moly they look awesome so in case anybody's wondering I took these to an internal internal of 145 okay that's a nice medium to medium-rare there we go I've got a clean cut through that bottom of that that looks awesome right there there we go clean cuts oh that's perfect perfect guys if you've never tried lamb absolutely okay I could be gonna try one sure please cut them off the bone is a bud try that way too much thing incredibly tender incredibly juicy man hey old buddy one on the bone all right I'm gonna move this over okay guys so what I did the sweet potatoes have smoked yeah I took a couple of them and mixed it up with some butter some cinnamon some brown sugar yeah there's good stuff right there Chennai's dollop of sweet potato right there in the middle right like that that's one we're trying to do I just don't know how well it's gonna work try to do a little TP right there one right there and see if they can kind of see if they'll like hold each other up you see I'm still I'm trying to do here guys there you go right there smoked lamb chops sweet potatoes it's not right it's not standing up the way I want it to you see what happens to here guys I'm trying to be fancy you do a presentation deal here anyway I don't know how well it's working but that's it guys we're gonna go inside we'll get risky's cut up we're gonna go inside we're gonna eat them we're hungry excuse me and I appreciate you guys watching try some lamb if you haven't tried it before super simple guys just go to your store get your rack of lamb season it up however you want I mean you could do just simple salt and pepper if you wanted you can do you know some rub like I have you can do some sauces I don't that something that's really else really popular when the lambs done is like a yogurt sauce I'm not a big fan of yogurt so I don't do the yogurt sauce I eat it as he is there surely 2436 performed flawlessly like it always
