[Music] I wonder if this is no death feels like [Music] so let's get started what's up Internet this is a video that I've been meaning to do for a very long time and it is a challenge of eat and train like a Victoria's Secret Angel for a week I started the challenge on Tuesday morning and ended it well now yes I am having both coffee and beer at the same time and I think I'm about to have a heart attack just kidding I'm Slovenian that's breakfast for us you know so after a careful analysis of the training routine and the diets that Victoria's Secret Angels are following I have realized that I am already incorporating 90% of that in my day-to-day life so in order to really make this a challenge I had to get creative now I have read in numerous articles that Victoria's Secret Angels do not drink coffee so that was the first challenge that I did I want coffee I wonder if this is how death feels like I'm gonna go and grab a cup of coffee and second obviously beer is a big no-no but normally on average day I'm not really you know oh I need a beer but however of course I had the shittiest day on Wednesday god I could use a beer but no I put myself on this challenge so no coffee no beer that is great let me also read you something that I wrote that day on the bus I need my coffee that [ __ ] is like crack to me and I need my beer to get me through this life without decapitating first person that crosses my path so I'm dividing this video into two parts in the first part I'm gonna talk about the exercise part of this challenge in the second one I'm gonna touch upon the diet and yeah that's basically it one of the most frequently asked questions on my Instagram is what is my workout routine I don't have one those of you who follow me know that I am a huge fan of hit which is high-intensity interval training and I do that two to three times per week I like brutal workouts so discovering that was pretty much a game-changer for me but you know there are weeks when I would be running for four days and do one day of interval training or I would do two days of interval training and three days of Pilates and cetera et cetera I try to mix it up so when it comes to that if I would have followed a specific routine that angels do it wouldn't really be a challenge so I decided to upgrade my workouts so I decided that for day one of this experiment I am doing a sixty three minute break up level five out of five I've actually done this routine before so I'm not s petrified but it was a long time ago so I don't remember how how dead I was afterwards but that's what the fun is isn't it so I'm ready to do this oh my knee I don't think I'm ready to do this [Music] ha [Music] all right so halfway through look at my arms freakin arms I'll just wedding look at the absolute state of me what a break all right guys so I made it look in my hair all right so a popular workout with the Angels is kickboxing which I personally love so freakin much and I haven't done a routine with kickboxing and months so that's what I'm doing today [Music] all right so even though this was level three and didn't make me break a lot of sweat all right so it's third day of the challenge so it's Thursday and I actually worked out five days in a row which I never do I really didn't think this one through but I'm not gonna work out today because one I'm broken and two I've been running around all day so it's 6:30 now and I really need to chill for a little bit okay so for today's workout we are doing blood ease now blood it is the devil in disguise so don't let it fool you it's highly praised amongst women and fashion industry so it's time to kick some ass so let's get started shall we so during the week I was brainstorming how I can upgrade my workouts and luckily I came across something really cool and it is a charity run and that was Veterans 5k and I can tell you this much this run was a very mind-altering experience if you want to watch the full video about the run you can check it out it's on my channel I uploaded it the same day that I uploaded this one so I'll leave the link in the description bar and literally expected you know you register you pay the fee you go and you run and you know you go home I brought my own water I brought my own snacks and I didn't even know it was gonna be such a huge thing this is the t-shirt that we got and the people over there and the stories that I have heard were so freakin amazing and it literally put a lot of things in perspective and I'm gonna leave some of the links in the description bar where you can go and support veterans because there are currently almost 4,000 homeless veterans on the streets of Los Angeles and that is just so let's get to the second part now as far as the dye goes I already pretty much follow the same diet so it wouldn't be a challenge like I said I did get rid of coffee one thing that I've also read is that models tend to take an apple cider vinegar shot on empty stomach every morning now I know I know this can be really dangerous to your stomach if you have a lot of problems with your stomach and I don't recommend it because today on the sixth day it already caused me some pain even though I mixed it with water however it did really love me with energy maybe I'll incorporate it with you know with meals and something like that I think I'm gonna keep that part with the rest of my diet the main thing was smoothie for breakfast alright so for today's breakfast I'm kind of cheating a little bit because I swear to God if I see another smoothie I'm gonna walk into traffic a salad with protein for lunch that was kind of easy to keep up with and dinner is vegetables and protein and healthy carbs which was also another challenge for me I'm always running around and I'm always busy doing things so I never have the time to sit down and eat at the same time last but not least let me explain what I got out of this challenge one was that I am NOT a three meals per day person second thing that it made me realize is that I would be the worst person for reality TV because it was a little intimidating to be filming every day because boy my Wednesday was absolute [ __ ] and I did not want to get in front of camera but I was doing this challenge and I told myself I will be recording everything so I really did not want to it made me anxious it really made me want to put a fist through my wall next thing that it taught me is a great insight on how weird my brain is you know normally I have no problem sticking to a healthy diet and without like you know restrictions and stuff like that I listen to my body I eat when you know when I know that I need to eat and stuff like that but just because I have to have a certain type of meal three times per day it made me crave the shittiest food ever that I haven't eaten in like half a year and stuff like that it was so hard to not just like put my face into a cake and I don't even like cake you know what I'm saying I realized that you know I'm built in a very weird way so the more you tell me I can't have something the more I'll want it I mean I guess a lot of people are like that whatever but it's really extreme if you tell me no snacking I'll be like it's all it would be thinking about snack snack snack snack snack following this diet really made me hate you know smoothie and salads even though that is exactly what I eat nor a normal basis but just because someone told me and even if that someone was me then this is what I must eat I was like haha no so this wasn't because I felt like there was something wrong with my body or anything or to lose weight because you know not a lot can be done in a week I mean sustainable results cannot be achieved in a week I did it because I was just wondering if I could do it how it would make me feel I can't admit that my abs are a little more visible than they were before I started this Paul you because I pushed myself extra and ate a little bit different but it isn't something that would be sustainable for me and that is exactly the point of all my posts and videos about you know healthy weight loss and healthy maintenance of the body is that you got to figure out what works for you so very restrictive diets that put a lot of you can't do that you can't do this in brainwashes you makes you go crazy that's why a lot of people cannot stick with it that's why I like everybody should figure out for themselves what work is the best to be and do this to be healthy and strong luckily I've been experimenting with like exercising routines and diets for long enough to know to really get to know my body and my mentality to be able to follow certain patterns without going crazy and without thinking that I'm
