you see a new product keto is nice it's getting more and more keto products here at the warehouse i've seen this at most grocery stores where's the picture this guy he reminds me of wayne from wayne's world here it's keto crisp and this is a low-carb keto bar it has how many bars here total 12 bars for 18 it's definitely cheaper than the grocery stores and here's the deal it's not bobby approved but it's better than a lot of the bars here especially that one over there because yes it is low carb you guys see my one issue here the protein in this is a whey protein concentrate and milk protein isolate if it's not non-gmo that whey protein that milk protein is coming from dairy it's dairy cattle that only eat gmo grain so i'm against gmo so it's not bobby approved but besides that everything else is decent i don't like the natural flavors but it's very common for a lot of keto products to have that so technically i'd be okay with it how do you get net carbs 18 minus 10 is eight sugar alcohol is four so four net carbs is not bad although i cannot be your garth algar so you're weighing here so not bobby approved but like i said compared to other stuff like i'm sorry this is just a glorified candy bar here it's so wrong in my opinion you have the whey protein gmo but you also have cheap gmo soy protein isolate palm oil there sunflower there sorbitol which is very uh disruptive to your gut gmo corn syrup so if you have to choose not terrible for the selection here and it's next to one of the better items here that it was on sale last month for a really good price not that that price is bad oh no it's got the star on there and i was trying to talk about it when it was on sale but they were sold out these guys used to make the keto cups here now they make these bars and it is bobby approved because the fats are coconut oil and almond butter i appreciate how there's no nasty soy protein in here and yes it has the natural flavors but i'm okay with that because a chocolate keto bar that is that low carb is better than the alternative so not perfect not perfect but pretty darn good for costco wait a second wait a second i was gonna buy my sauerkraut cause i just ran out and this is not listed on sale anywhere i wonder if this is a local sale two dollars off here wow for a long time 6.99 for 50 ounces i've talked about it so much but this is such a great deal that a small like a small container like this i saw at trader joe's last week was about the same price it's such a great deal yeah there we go the reason why i love this it's a gut friendly food in here is billions of living bacteria because see how there's no vinegar in this sauerkraut that's fine vinegar is fine but when it's like this without vinegar it's a natural fermentation so it's loaded with bacteria now do not think this is a probiotic these are not probiotic bacteria they never make it to your colon a probiotic would be like a seed a probiotic i take this is just a gut-friendly living bacteria food that's so good and it feeds the gut bacteria and that's feeding me with some serious savings if you have this at your costco for that price woohoo run forest wrong if you watch these stories on the flame city instagram or facebook you see at night lately we've been having a dessert of cereal but it's not the kind of cereal you're gonna find pretty much at any grocery store and it's certainly not keto cereal like this that oh hello it's got the stars being discontinued i wouldn't get it either way and maybe it's a good thing it's being discontinued because clean keto versus dirty keto well this might be low carb but when it has the gmo milk and whey protein with not one but two palm oils and then gmo canola oil that's highly processed inflammatory not clean keto the cereal we eat is that thrive market keto coconut cereal i talked about it so much a few months ago it sold out well it's back it's a amazing keto paleo cereal made of coconut meat coconut water and a touch of starch it tastes in my opinion like crispy coconut meat and it's incredibly nutrient-dense because it has the mcts from the coconut milk in there from the coconut meat and then for a special treat we pour over kiki milk kiki milk is the most nutrient-dense clean plant-based milk i've ever seen and they came to thrive market exclusively about a month ago and you guys prepared food section this if you like convenient food and like chicken cooked for you ahead of time this is one of the better ones it's organic chicken breast now i like to cook my own chicken i prefer pasture raised but i've seen this at many grocery stores to get 20 ounces of pre-cooked organic chicken for 9.59 per pound it's a really solid deal and when you look at the other ingredients there is nothing junky it's just organic chicken a little bit of seasoning no sugar no maltodextrin no natural flavors so if you wanted to like take this put it on some salad for a quick and easy dinner if you buy organic chicken breasts at the store raw they're about seven eight dollars a pound so for a little more it's not that bad and it's very convenient if you're looking for a shortcut to have some protein around i recommend this one i hope everyone has been as happy as me that the kirkland peanut butter is back next to it is something that i see so many parents buy and this is my little psa to say parents just say no when it comes to nutella i know people love it and kids love it oh my gosh no fumbliah i know kids love it too but we have to draw the line somewhere and when sugar's the first ingredient and two tablespoons has 19 grams of sugar 19 grams of sugar is 5 teaspoons of cane sugar for a 2 tablespoon serving and we know everybody eats more than that that's a little scary but the second ingredient is highly processed highly inflammatory horrible for the environment palm oil and then you'd think sugar and oil and milk and hazelnuts would be good enough for flavor no let's just fortify it with vanillin which is cheap artificial flavor here cheapest can be yes but you don't want this in your body especially for kids i mean come on childhood obesity is skyrocketing one out of three of us will have type 2 diabetes in the next 25 years please do not give this to your kid in my opinions just mix in some like cocoa powder into the peanut butter or something anything besides giving it this one and this is just my public service announcement like they used to do back on nbc back in the day the more you know the more you grow whoa there's a swarming effect here this guy's putting out steam dumplings and people are going to town over there holy cow what is going on this costco doesn't have anything i'm looking for the frozen cloud bread so many fans have sent me pictures of it from their costco and we don't have it here either uh it's cloud bread and i've never seen that at a grocery store before it's low carb keto cloud bread unfortunately it's not bobby approved because the eggs and the cream cheese used are gmo but i still would like to see it if you have it at your costco leave a comment down below i feel like this location here in boca is missing a lot of stuff here's something to look out for i love superfoods when something like asea has been around for a while it is a legit superfood from south america but when you want to make sure something's bobby approved you got to use the app because if you scan this it's not going to come up bobby approved because ace is good but 24 grams of cane sugar is not good i understand aci by itself isn't necessarily sweet but my friends when you add six teaspoons can you think about how many how much sugar six teaspoons is when you add that to a drink of eight ounces well any super food effects has completely gone away and more because sugar we know is terrible for you but did you know sugar actually kills your gut bacteria and feeds the bad one so i just want to call that out yes it is a superfood a ce but when it has that amount of sugar i would do a pass obviously hershey's m m's and reese's are not bobby approved but if you want to watch a fantastic tv show on the history channel look up a show called the foods that built america they tell you the stories between hershey mcdonald's all the titans and while their products aren't bobby approved how they built these companies especially like in the late 1800s early 1900s is riveting super super interesting and i love watching uh shows that i can learn about you can learn from this one it's cool all right flavor city family oh that is it for another costco haul here in south florida uh spoiler alert i'll be in utah very soon and you know what's there the world's largest costco
