this is shirazi salad it's crisp juicy and super refreshing chop the Cucumber into small dice then add it to a bowl chop the tomatoes into small dyes then add it to a bowl finally chop the onion then add it to a bowl then season with extra virgin olive oil freshly squeezed lime juice or lemon juice salt black pepper and a generous sprinkle of dried mint toss until the ingredients are well combined easy right guys quick serving tip we love to serve this in a bed of hummus shirazi in the middle and some warm pita bread on the side hmm
