Creamy Dill Potato Salad (perfect for BBQs)

this is our dill potato salad it's creamy Tangy Herby wow cook the cook the potatoes in salted boiling water starting from cold water until Fork tended then drain them and rinse them to cool down now peel them or not then cut them into bite-sized pieces and add them to a bowl while they're still warm add a sprinkling of apple cider vinegar then add thinly sliced celery finely chopped Red Onion pickle cucumber and thinly sliced radishes now we're going to make a delicious potato salad dressing with our homemade vegan Mayo but any mayor Works Greek style yogurt apple cider vinegar finely chopped Dill mustard and a pinch of salt whisk everything until well combined wow this is crazy then pour the dressing over the veggies and toss until everything is fully coated you can sprinkle with some smoked paprika easy right
