Simple Middle Eastern Salad

the classic middle eastern salad this is a staple in our house and we can eat it for almost every meal of the day sometimes my dad switches things up and throws in some fruit and cheese too the common vegetables you'll find in this are cucumbers tomatoes and red onions but i sometimes like to throw in some bell pepper and definitely radishes in there too the dressing is also part of what makes this salad so easy and simple fresh parsley and mint are added to give an extra element of freshness herbiness and color plus the little green flecks they make throughout the salad make it so appetizing add each ingredient to your liking and give it a good toss and then begin working on your salad dressing to make it all you need is salt pepper and some mat some fresh lemon juice olive oil and dried mint crush the mint between your hands and let it fall directly onto the salad they call this a simple salad for a reason but there's honestly nothing better
