Shipping Container Tiny House w/ Plunge Pool Full Tour!

today we're going to be checking out a shipping container house not just one but two one's a tiny house and the other one is this one right here behind me very cool setup let's go take a tour [Music] we are back at onera today and this is going to be the last tour we do here at this property in Fredericksburg Texas and I saved the biggest one for last which is the Live Oak Lodge this front has all these windows you can see the shipping container look rooftop deck great patio area and I'll also be showing you a tinier version of this the Walnut house which is made for two people and that is definitely a tiny house so we're getting two tours here today we're starting with Live Oak Lodge you'll arrive on the property it is gated I should know less than a mile from Fredericksburg to downtown area find your spot walk down the path fire pit walk up onto the patio space and this one has some features we haven't seen before like the plunge pool right here in front of me this concrete square it is small if it's a really hot day like it is today you can jump in enjoy your time I like the blue look and this is just I think unique to this prep property here at ownera continuing along we have a dining table outdoors with four seating options here there is a wood soaking tub on the other side you can do cold or hot water in this one and it comes filled up which is nice they refill it up every single time between guests at the very end of the deck there are steps that lead up to your rooftop deck this takes up the entire roof it's very spacious up here a couple lounge chairs right here in the middle you can see the trees all around us the beautiful sky over here the ledge we can Overlook look down at your two plunge pools and then here at the very end there is more seating to be enjoyed up here so plenty of space to do some stretching or workouts if you want or just soak up the sun and walk back down and head through sliding glass door it Blends right in with all the glass in the front it's this one right here and we'll walk inside and check it out [Music] walking inside immediately this entire wall of glass windows lets in a lot of natural light in here I like this feature a lot and it lets you see your plunge pool outside your soaking tub and the greenery all around the first thing we walk into is the kitchen space all along this wall I think this has been the most aesthetically nice kitchen out of the places we've been to on this left side we have a really large mini fridge down here larger than the ones on the other places oven slash microwave to be able to bake anything you want Butcher Block countertop with your Nespresso maker there is a sink here in the middle some shelving down below a little bit less storage than usual a hot plate down there and then the Live Edge floating shelf above with all of your dishes and this is just a clean nice kitchen back here is the first bedroom of this entire Place really spacious in here the cowhide rug on the bottom is a cool feature and then there's windows on both walls and you can of course close them up with the curtains if you need to there is your own AC unit for this bedroom alone and speaking of that there are three AC units in here total the next one is here in the living room this is a really nice living room with the couch on this wall two neat coffee tables here in the front and this all faces your dining table with four chairs here because you can sleep four guests here it's really nice up against the windows and the space is very spacious you can walk around very freely all of the ceilings and walls are the same and it's just a nice rustic naturey feel mixed with clean minimalism since there's not that much in here taking up space or cluttering behind this door is your bathroom largest bathroom we have seen and is beautiful in here there's the sink to your left there's a nice wood stool next to it and then the shower something we don't see too often is this bathroom is 88 complaint you can see there's the ramp that goes into the shower it's all open there's the bar the knobs are low and there is a seat on this side so this is a pretty cool feature some storage behind that and then a toilet over here so one large big Square for the bathroom it's clean and then off of the living room over here is your last bedroom space very similar to the other one uh identical I would say cow head rug windows on both sides you have your own AC unit in here as well robes and towels that they leave for you for the plunge pool and the soaking tub out there or the communal area I featured that in the other videos it's a container pool hot tub lots of cool seating options out there for the community if you want to use that so that is the Live Oak shipping container home here at onera there's a smaller one very similar to this one that we'll walk to right now we have more to explore today if that one was a little bit too big well this one I'm about to show you is a little bit smaller if you're just a couple this is the Walnut house very similar style it's a shipping container that is a little bit wider they built onto it to make it a little more spacious which is nice this will just be a brief tour of this place since they're very similar walk up find your parking there's a fire pit area the deck Space is really nice because there is a wood soaking tub right here on the edge of the deck the hand rear lens open so it's like it's hanging off it is very beautiful right here a couple seating options rooftop deck on this one as well and then all of these glass doors right here and this is the sliding door and we can walk right in walking inside you can see it is definitely smaller than the last one just one king-sized bed here in the middle and you can see your kitchen space the dining space and there's a full bathroom in here so definitely for the couples if you need a smaller spot the bed on my right side very spacious you got the AC unit right above you which is nice facing this entire glass wall of Windows you can of course close in with all these curtains around there's a lot of curtains here but the views are beautiful the dining table is right in front of this window and on this back wall we have the kitchen sink in the middle a couple cabinets below fridge oven slash microwave hot plate and then a floating wood Shelf with your dishes so very functional kitchen for a couple days stay this is probably the smallest one we have seen here at onera but very nice and then behind me is the bathroom very spacious as well for this tiny house vanity toilet and then your walk-in tiled shower it's all white and bright in here and and this is the entirety of the Walnut house very nice if you're looking for other things to do in the area there's this hike called enchanting Rock we're doing that right now it is the hottest day on record today and The Rock the lady was telling me is 140 degrees at the top so we will see we just started I'm sweating but this looks really cool foreign [Music] harder than it looks we're almost there a few inches later Justin's down for the count we made it up top the views are incredible highly suggest this hike here it is really fun and unique right let's see how hot it really is I'm kidding I think it'll make this sizzle wow and I'm kidding I added that sound in so that
