foreign [Music] Welcome to our tiny home so why don't you come on in we'll show a video of the exterior in another video but this is our front door what we consider the front door uh it does have blinds on it between the glass which is nice just to show you that so come on in you come into the kitchen and you can see that we have quite a bit of storage seven drawers under cabinet storage and then tall upper cabinets that have quite a bit of storage in them you can see here so we're able to store stuff all the way up high and to get to that we have a nice ladder in our room closet over here um while we're looking here up above is the Pioneer Split unit uh that works very well keeps the unit very cool in the summer and warm in the winter so it's very quiet efficient it's a heat pump unit out that's outside uh so we're very happy with that um again keeps us very comfortable so if you come over here you'll see on the right side we'll start with the refrigerator this is almost new refrigerator top freezer bill with ice maker water supplied from a through a filter under the sink here we have a two burner gas cooktop and exhaust fan above that has three speeds that's the top speed so it's pretty quiet I don't know if you can tell that but it's a fairly quiet fan and it does evacuate everything out so it's not filling the tiny hole we also have a electric convection cooktop that's available if you prefer to have that induction induction thank you um so that this could be easily replaced with that um 24 inch stainless steel interior Whirlpool dishwasher that cleans dishes very well and is very quiet with 30 inch farm sink stainless steel power sink that has The Cutting Board and then we have the dish strainer that goes in there a fairly new faucet that has the typical pull out doing it on it and then it also has you can see here it has drinking water that's supplied by the same filter that was used for the ice maker under the sink and then all the way to the left we have a 24 inch gas oven convection with a rotisserie um it works very nice below it a brand new microwave that again is super quiet you can't even hear your running works really um quartz countertops that match the countertops in the bathroom and uh tile backsplash that also match the bathroom so I think that's it for the kitchen uh then on the other side we have stairs up to the master Loft uh shoe storage down here below and then we have a number of the stairs that open up and then the first two drawers are double trash can pull outs so we have recycled trash is how we use that dog food and laundry in this side for us above that is a nice pull out that you keep a mixer and food processor on and there is an outlet back in there so this could be used as a work surface it might be low but it could still be used as a work surface so then if you go around the other side on we have uh our broom closet that we keep a broom A wet floor sweeper mop in it this has an outlet in it as well that we keep a little vacuum in that you can basically vacuum the whole place if you wanted to and then here is our ladder storage [Music] and then next to that we have two pull out pantries a narrow one and then a y one it may store quite a bit of food in there of course that's full of clothes as well I didn't mention but all of the Cabinetry in here has slow closed mechanisms on the doors and the drawers which is just which is nice and then below the pantry we have pan storage so that's the kitchen and the stairs and shawna's in the living room right now so once you back up we can look at the windows so we have a lot of window in here which is very nice and that's a lot of light it's always bright in here we have a patio door that lets you out the back which is very handy so you can use this if you have a backyard fenced in you can let the dogs in and out here if you have dogs which we do um and we've had both an L shape sofa in here and now we have this love seat reclining love seat that allows us to sit comfortably and watch TV so over here in the corner we have a TV set up um that we have a swivel on so we can pull it out and kind of direct it toward us with a sound bar on it um so it's very comfortable in here we have a pine ceiling which is nice um and plenty of room we have like I was saying we have three golden retrievers that share this with us and there's plenty of room for all of us in here um so that is the living room you come down to this end you see we have a window in the bathroom at the end it's less light flood through again and these are just to look at the windows quick these are vinyl windows that I'm very happy with they work very easily dual Pane and you know there's no air leakage or anything in the winter time so they work very well so here's the bathroom we have a good sized vanity with that same quartz countertop backsplash as the kitchen a brand new faucet here that was a nice underbound sink there is some storage underneath the cabinet but it does share space with the water heater three drawers and a nice medicine cabinet we're able to store a lot of stuff and then Linens and whatnot and these two upper cabinets here um and then we also have a second heater in the bathroom so when it gets a little colder in the winter we do use this to keep this space warm and cozy um and then the crown of the unit is our toilet so as many tiny home people talk about their toilets this is our toilet it's a Cinderella gas incinerating toilet that's kind of high tech it works very well for us he basically put a liner in each time you use it you hit the button here it flushes down into a pan and incinerates it into Ash and then about every three to three weeks plus we have to empty that Ash out so it's very simple no smell the smell going out goes through a catalytic converter so there's no smell outside or virtually no smell we have some storage there for toilet paper and up and below that and then across from the toilet we have a space that is set up for a washer and dryer the washer and dryer will come with the unit so I added this shelf here for the dryer to sit on with drawers for what what could be laundry detergent and whatnot so we have it set up as a closet because we have alternative laundry here on this property so I added some shelving in here which can be removed which can be removed in the in the washer dryer will go in there and then next to that we have a 36 inch one piece shower unit that's plenty big for the two of us the two of us for either of us um and it has the um conditioner dispenser that will come with the unit uh because I don't think we get it off um and then it has a uh handheld that comes off for the shower and then a couple of shelves there as you see um and to give you privacy while you're in here we have a pocket door so nice little bathroom so we're very happy with that so then that's the downstairs so if we go upstairs the stairs take it to what is our sleeping lot and so I'm approaching 60 years old and I thought I'd have trouble with this but I really don't and you see you don't have to bend over until you get to the last step and it's fairly comfortable and easy I may have hit my head the first day but I haven't hit it since um so we have a king size bed up here it is a I can never remember the brand dream called dream Cloud one of the upper end dream Cloud mattresses um and uh it's king size if I didn't say that and it is available to go with the unit it's pretty darn new and it's always had a waterproof cover in it so it's like a brand new mattress here um so that's available if anybody's interested um so I sleep on the low ceiling side and as you can see I can get in here and I it's very comfortable plenty of room I'm five eight so I think if you so I've got that much above my head so it's very comfortable here a lot of window so it's always nice and bright up here when we want it to be um and we can talk about the shades real quick the whole house has except for the other Loft and shades that come down from the top so so that's nice and every every window comes with the shades like that so on the other side you see we have a TV in the corner um and we seldom use but sometimes uh and then linen storage and then this additional storage cabinet that you can see what we have in it you can use it for clothing and or books or whatever you want so we'll go downstairs again I just briefly talk about the comfort of the place so it has a ceiling fan as you see that keeps we have it on 24 hours a day keeps air moving throughout so even The Lofts stake comfortable in all weather so it's always pretty comfortable in this house we're glad to see that uh so if you look across you'll see the uh secondary Loft and Sean uses that for her office and I believe she who's comfortable yeah but that could be used as another bedroom uh additional TV sitting space reading space but it's almost as big as the other Loft see we have a desk in there and additional storage including these cabinets on the outside um there are some of our clothing goods and whatnot we have this nice Pine ceiling that matches the stairs and other ceilings so the nice accent in here so this is a very cozy place we have enjoyed it very much while we've lived in it we bought it with plans to purchase land in Virginia and take it with us we fell in love with a piece of property down there purchased it but unfortunately has deed restrictions so we can't take this with us we're still going to stay in a small place but we can't have a tiny home there so we've we've really enjoyed this new way of living um with much less stuff oh yes so it's it was really good to purge it makes you feel good uh and it's it's a nice lifestyle um so we're hoping that uh somebody else can find this to be a nice comfortable place to live so thank you for watching [Music] hello this is the outside of our tiny home so you can see it has a fair amount of window and as you saw if you watch the inside you have these large windows that flood the place with light so it has a lot of Windows all the way around LP siding a little bit of Steel siding here so uh fairly maintenance free siding um so this is this is what we consider the front and then if you come around this way we'll go around actually that is the front but this is the front of the trailer so it's built on a purpose-built trailer so it's made for a tiny home made by trailer made I believe it's a 30 foot trailer 30 foot house eight foot six wide 13 6 tall so it's legal without any permits to relocate so it has a steel floor structure insulated uh so like I said it's purpose built for a tiny home a wood frame structure so here we have a compartment for a bottle and inside is a regulator that is a two tank regulator that automatically switches from one tank to the other right now we're running off of a large tank on the property so we don't use the small tanks uh pioneer Split unit heat pump it's running right now if you can hear it so it's very quiet very efficient works great um and then if you come around here to what is our back of the unit you can see we have the this is the stack for the incinerating toilet that I talked about inside it did come with a regular flush toilet so the majority of the plumbing is there I had to cut a little bit out to vent the underside of the incinerating toilet but that plumbing could go back and a flush toilet could be put in there in place incinerating this is one water inlet there's one that I put underneath so the hose isn't sticking out um this is the truma hot water or water heater instant water instant hot water heater very efficient gets water to you pretty darn fast so we're very happy with that it was never ending hot water um and so this is the like I said the back of the unit the patio door we did construct these wheel covers that'll go with the unit whether or not they fit on your property um you know it depends we have a slight slope here so we can we just have to see you'd have to see but uh and it's underpinned with just with foam rigid foam with a little aluminum lip here that holds the foam in and that has worked well pretty simple um and then if you come around for the back of the trailer [Music] there is an outlet up top that's switched inside that we use for these lights here so anything else it has a steel standing same roof the upstairs Windows you are able to exit in case you need to yes those are excellent Windows yeah um I think that's it thanks for watching please
