all right this is a demonstration of the progress so far usually we have a robot and a phone and basically um a map of a scan environment so what right now we're going to do is want to have Solomon click um on his side from the web browser to have it go to the loune so he's going to do that can oh okay sorry all right so now Salon is going to move that red dot which is the destination he's going to move it somewhere else and then the robot will know where it goes where it needs to go all right go ahead B all right now that's going to do that I'm going to enable the automatic mode and now it's going to slowly see I'm not controlling anything let's well it's okay yeah it it try not to hit the door oh it's doing a really good job and nowy go around imaginary chair yeah there's oh did when when we SC it there was this chair in the way so that's why it's it it believe there was a chair there but it's really not so that is basically what it's seeing it's moving towards that cou and it's going to know that should know yeah there you go it does it knows that it's there based on that that's what it sees kind of hard to focus here but yes this is what's going on so there you have it all right let's make it go back to the office all right so now he clicked so now the robot is heading back to the RO uh to the office as you can see there and then later on we should have a um a representation of its path so it knows so we can communicate to the user where what the robot is thinking the path is and here we are slowly going so this is um a very scalable solution because it's just a you know a slightly bigger version of what Solomon had in his house and might hit the door might hit the door so yep it hit the door because I it didn't know that it was there so the cool thing is I can take control any time using the manual override so I don't have many too many holes in my house there we go and I'm going to have it go back to automatic mode and it will know where it is kind of try to go around this imaginary person but okay right there was a there was a person over there when we scanned and there we are we are that's it thank you and happy 4th of July
