SCHOOL BUS TOW WITH 4024 JUNE 2017

hello ladies gentlemen and and always thank you for watching today I need to pick up a school bus that is broken down during the middle of a route in school and they were delivering the kids home and apparently plus just shut down and a middle of Broadway so we're heading there to pick it up they've got another bus coming to transfer the kids on to you it's the route normally I'm in the rotator or I meant the rollbacks today on men are single axle Peterbilt 40:24 one that I just recently did a walk-around off so some of you and asked if you see this one action or exactly what this truck was designed to do school buses medium beauty stuff like this works great for so I'm going to concentrate on driving and I'll turn this back on whenever I get closer to gonna break in all right ladies gentlemen we should be within just a few blocks of breakdown then an older part of our town or the straight to quite narrow where this short-wheelbase truck comes in handy and I think above and kind of stopped yeah there probably what happened is it died back there and you just didn't realize it because of the noise of the kids when it shuts off the brake pressure light will come on here when I was trying something on it said failure for communication Oh or something okay that was what was across exploring there okay that's not good that's not usually an ECM issue then I put on my emergency braking in your garbage back yeah but I did I didn't go anywhere okay all right okay good well we'll figure it out yes ma'am [Music] - please [Music] and now I'm just waiting on the kids crossing arm if it has one yep well this one that's part of them front crossing arm all right how to hold the stop sign from coming out what will happen is that stop sign has a full-time 12 volt power that wants to keep that stop sign in its stored position you're pulling it down the road the wind is going to catch it and open it up and a motor is going to be constantly trying to close you'll end up either burning the motor out draining the battery or both oh yeah I think I think I got this for our local school so I know all or most of the drivers anyway there time steering wheel down and we're just about ready to go the wireless light bar makes it a lot easier we used to have to run like toured through the back window out through the front window or the driver's window alright I know there's all kind of different methods of securing the steering wheel some people use one strap some people use two some people use the seatbelt some people use a bar mechanism no matter what method you use I suggest going to the base or a solid part on the seat some seats especially air ride you don't want to go to the therapist why you don't want to go to the bottom part of the cushion base you know go to the actual base base of the seat because today air ride will fluctuate unless you jack they're right all the way up which I don't want going now and you also run the risk of the air running down in transit which would give you play in the steering wheel not a good thing if you can see how I got these I've got one wrapped around each spoke of the steering wheel keeping it from moving alright now this point home school bus you got a shut and latch the door you got a exit out the back door since we're already hooked up the under reaches right there a view to stand on all right right be like that so that if it does break away the chain is pulling into the throat of the hook not towards the tip make sure we got plenty of ground clearance here because we do have overhang flat bar go you got to be careful with your steering wheel movement especially when you're going faster because the bus will act like a whip back behind you don't want to do that a little bit of a deal here not
