San Francisco's "Painted Ladies" inspired houses | The Sims 4 build

[Music] thank you hello everyone and I hope you had an amazing day today we are continuing with a Willow Creek save file and here in this neighborhood where um the pancakes family lives I decided to I don't know delete the house that I already like built into something else just because I I don't know I felt like it's so basic and I really wanted to bring something different to this neighborhood since I already have like one um similar style house like Victorian house and today you are watching me building this Victorian cute pastel um Victorian townhouses it was a lot of like struggle building this and I I changed a lot and I changed so much and I try to go back and forth back and forth like you know thinking about um how this and it's just supposed to look like and because Victorian it's very specific style and you really need to put a lot of like um work to this style because it's so beautiful so detailed and very specific style and that's the reason why I spent so much time thinking about and changing you won't see it in this video because I cut up a lot of my footage here but um I think I managed to make something very cute and since we have like three townhouses here I only like you know um furnished one because you really needed time to finish three houses and believe me when I say one is enough but three it's so crazy so I'm not so sure when I'm going to finish out the two I already did this it's so stupid I really love to build townhouses and I can build townhouses every single day but if someone else can furnish them I would be so grateful I don't know um I only furnished one so I like I already said um I only finished one and that's the first one here on the left uh the blue one and oh my God it's crazy especially when you're using CC but luckily I found one um set from a peacemaker he basically um just like expand um the same like Windows and Doors that we already have in the game and he added a couple of more versions I really love this like add-ons that he is doing like all the time because he is the best everything that we need or is something that it's missing from the game or pack he always adds that missing pieces which is so freaking amazing and I really love to use um he's been those indoors especially from the like the add-ons um and I also use that over here so don't worry I'm going to list everything on my patreon page so you won't miss any like you know CC like hopefully I will miss uh because sometimes I I can always I I can also forgot something but don't worry I will try not to forget this like you know set from a peacemaker but um maybe you already know uh about this set because it's like he released this a long time ago and honestly if you don't want to add that set like those like Windows and Doors add-on you can always uh you know use windows and doors from the game because they are basically the same but he only also have I don't know different heights of every single window in the door and that's the beauty of the CC especially his CC and his add-on so um I'm finishing up like the exterior I'm finishing up this green one which was probably one no the yellow it's my like favorite but the problem with the yellow it's because it's in the middle and we don't have a Windows we only have Windows in the front and in the back and I really hate that when it comes to the like a townhouses because you don't have a lighting except for like you know this front windows and sometimes when I'm finishing um apartment or something and if I don't have a window in one room I can be very like oh God I hate it you know because I really love to add videos I really love like natural light that coming through the windows in this game because it's the most perfect thing I talked about this um so many times and you already know it but here we are um like finishing this first house the blue one um and I believe that because I'm recording this probably two months after I'm the voiceover I'm recording two months after this build was like furnished and now I'm realizing that this was built when the Chateau kitchen was released from the Felix Andre so this was the first time when I actually used that kitchen oh my God I have so many footage and so many you know cool videos to show you guys and when I see actually um like the date of the footage I started laugh because I cannot believe how it goes by oh my God it's so crazy but um I quickly run through this video just to you know try to remember what I actually did here and it's basically like um two-story house and with the two bedrooms um three bathrooms I believe yeah three bathrooms um it's very cute very like um small townhouse but I don't know big enough for like a smaller family or just like you know one starter um house maybe for a couple something like that if you're enjoying this stuff I try to go with um traditional approach but also added a lot of like um a modern elements because I'm not very like into old houses and builds in general um you know me you know that already but I really loved you know add some kind of a like a modern touch because we are living like today in present day and when you are playing The Sims except if you are playing for like you know there is one challenge like a decade challenge um if you're not playing that you'll probably uh won't mind a couple of like historical um touches to the house but I really love houses to be elegant but don't mind me if I if I ever decide to you know furnish another one to be like a more um like a more than one because that's cool you can see now that a lot of people are buying um this like beautiful historical houses and make them I'm totally different but they are trying to keep um every single beautiful detail that house has already like molding and you know fireplaces and that's the cool thing that is something that I really love and if I have money I would probably do the same I will try to keep every single beautiful detail and you know use a little bit more than um Furniture not very modern but I'm into like details and decoration and you can see through my whole Channel and every single build that I'm doing that all the time it's something that really defines me as a builder and this house is not different at all but and I love this game I love this game so freaking much because this is the only game um that actually allows me to you know play and build I can do this for hours guys I'm not even kidding because um there is none there is no such a thing as a Sims um there is not something similar that you can fully like experience and enjoy like Sims and I'm like talking from the building like you know aspect I'm talking as a builder not as a player because um like I said I can do this for hours if I have time I can build for hours and this was the period of like period of time when I actually built like crazy and that's the reason why I have so many like unedited uh and unpublished builds and I'm now trying to go through every single like footage to see what I need to edit and record the voiceover and actually show you because it's a lot and I also need a space for uh to make like you know a couple of builds and schedule them because oh my God the summer is coming and when you're asking me about the summer if you are following me for a while you know the summer is the busiest like season for me and that's the period when I have a lot of work to do and I cannot build that much and I need to record as much as I can and schedule as much as I can because I won't actually be there I don't go to holidays on summer I'm work on summer but what can we do that's the reason why I am like very into building and I don't want you guys to um don't have a video to watch but I know that everyone is going to be on holidays but if you wish to watch something you will always have um some kind of content on my channel because you know that's what I'm doing and that's what I love the most and if you love to watch speed builds you know where to go you know which channel you are going to find and here we are second floor um two bedrooms two bathrooms the bathrooms are basically the same same colors same furniture and oh my God what's going on with me the red me and the red recently you're going to see a lot of red on my channel um in a couple of next weeks because I don't know what happened probably these beautiful tiles and the beautiful new wallpapers that I have in the game from not just Felix but something happened and I started like using red like crazy but it's like a you know small touches of red it's not like completely red it's not crazy red because I will never going to do that and here we are the last bedroom so basically I use like um you know double beds um like
