so here's what I think chat room I think it's time today to play some Hades Hades or Monster Hunter I didn't know which exactly I wanted to play it but I really want to give Hades a try let me pull this up over here bang Hades is in early access there's a supergiant game you guys know much about supergiant games on blocking Hades is pretty faithful so supergiant game has made a game that I'm a huge fan of and I know already you guys are already making your guesses you guys are making your guesses about my favorite supergiant game it's not mashed and I didn't like that game for transistor I was a huge transistor fan the soundtrack is fantastic game is really fun I thought it was super enjoyable I like fire a lot too I didn't like fashion but transistor was where chatroom I got a question where should I keep my camera for this game probably up here actually alright alright alright let's see do you drop the big 3 mons professional uh what does hell mode I don't know what hell mode is should I start on Hell mode my experiences with roguelikes tell me I should not start on Hell mode that's my experience with the genre my experiences from the beginning Hell mode is gonna probably be brutal most roguelikes are really liked so the way roguelikes usually work it's it's probably not the way to do it use the camera layout I could that's true actually extra normal difficulty view tales are told of Hades I like this game already my SVN penitence this announced this uh narrator's fantastic yeah I mean to tell you such a I'm a fan of this already and also I'm a big fan of Greek mythology and roguelikes as you guys may know huge fan of roguelikes probably my favorite genre goodbye father goodbye father a para so I'm in these are all shades wow this just looks like transistor that's - a big attack magic that gets ranged attack I guess think all these give me crystals how much can i - not not a time okay I have an item there okay proceed does my camera block a lot up here and seem that bad the problem with the overlay is that it takes up a lot of the screen leaving me okay so this is a ranged attack while it does pretty good damage that's a big attack at gotcha so you want bing-bang-boom - that attack that wow you're very fast in this game the movement and while my - does a the hitbox is that correct least it felt like it and the movement in this game is mad quick okay does my - it didn't hurt on there damn it seems like it has somes homing or something is what's in the top there's nothing in the top right now collect a reward oh that's got to be her there's nothing in the name of Hades I like his little scythe hair things whatever those are miserable place do our part I see so I have to crawl my way out of the bottoms of hell's as Hades huh and the Olympic gods are gonna offer me rewards divine strike your attacks are stronger and can deflect it turns suppose the tanks back in the failing shot your cast damages foes on a small areas cause deflect your - deals damage it can also reflect I feel like I like - it's either - or divine strike I think - this seems really powerful for me cuz - is being able to deflect means that I'm like probably more mobile and also I have a chance to dodge attacks well dodge like deflecting which is good and it does it has a hitbox which maybe knocks with a lot of [ __ ] it just I just got deflected right there that seems really yeah really good okay enough I got ten bejeweled points do these do anything when I walk on them no they look like they're trapdoors damn this game looks great visually I'm very impressed already hey you hide behind this pillar one more time [ __ ] [ __ ] use some real cowards you know that I like that I can see the projectile pretty easily from this guy at least I'm sure that there's gonna be someone who's not wow they take wall damage that's pretty tired I guess in the name of Hades cool is it Athena again or is it someone else Aries 10 he looks [ __ ] tired most intriguing and yet no surprise for someone born in Hell itself of death you see yeah that's right I'm within cool what do you give me curse the pain your special inflicts dooms status curse after a brief moment victim takes a burst of damage slicing shot your cast I already have not upgrade that curse of vengeance after you take damage and flick doom on surrounding foes doom seems very useful my special special is like the big AoE I think I like this one curse of pain but there's two options this one needs a key right so I get a key if I go this way and this is money I'll take the key out that looks like it's gonna blow up what kind of elite gamer census gave that away I don't know oh you get it at the end of the room my shower works you don't get it in the beginning you also don't get J cry and dropping the big two months thanks very much oh my god coke gaming what is this elite gamer alert do I get anything from smashing pots I doesn't look like it I took five damage that sucks alright well I guess we're on this one oh I didn't collect something and it came to me okay okay well there's turret shooting at me but you can tell what direction it's gonna shoot a lot of my children Wow oh it's when you pass it I say Oh - more by the way poison and doom seems like a good combo oh well as soon as I go into this as soon as I don't upgrade my Oh what I didn't see the visual cue oh I see that other guy shooting around I see oh oh well he has some kind of range strike hey Wow he can take damage from the environment will happens - right I should like I walked surround the enemy but I should - them because my - does damage yeah the art style is fantastic plan to flex project the house like right there he shot the projectile and I dodged into him to try to make it reflect but getting missed anyway which so it didn't matter but at the same time that's why I should try to do up close right what is this power me strength yeah I should either upgrade now blight strike which I should or curse the pain I should do this maybe I think tomb would have been maybe better there what is that is that a keel it looks like a heart right it's a heart with something in the Mills we heal this is money money I like money this one that max HP oh that sounds great hit him with the mr. issue boy your attacks commits Chain Lightning it's very good your special calls the lightning bolt to strike nearby folks your - cause the lightning bolt to strike nearby foes I think I like lightning strike lightning strike maybe for the bow oh that's gonna be a problem I have to be very careful with my dashing so that I don't end up on one of those I see the other thing about dashing is the distance the direction you - can also change where the weapon shoots that right so like the direction I yeah the direction I aim right before I - will determine where the bow goes okay so I have to be a little careful about landing on the bad thing that can happen here is if I do this and then I - and I land on one of these things and I trigger a trap that's gonna happen to me a bit I gotta watch out for that easy and talk that [ __ ] already I'm gonna get better I got a time the what's it called the bow shot with the spawn and I get a double shot this one from the dead you can shoot the bow and - backwards dude yeah I think you can I love the [ __ ] the last guy oh he's right there that moves cool I don't know how useful it is you probably need some upgrades to make it worth it I would go right yeah somebody in chat just said what I said which is it's not useful until you get specs for it I could totally see that this is one of those upgrade or this is one of those weapons where like you're where you - around the room is very important I feel like it's best to take a wide look like you know in the room like go around in a circle rather than - towards your enemies or something just do them again that's Dionysus he's one that has poison my special and Felix poison that could be okay - and flicks poised and that could be good if your life is low after encounters restore whoa if I'm below 30% you restore to the threshold of 30% this seems really useful actually after-party seems pretty strong hmm let's see nasty - seems like it's also maybe very good because you just leave behind poison everywhere and this one seems like I could be good - it's just like it's a low damage move and poison on top of it doesn't seem that useful may be good for AoE I don't know if I like blight that much blight punch I think I like nasty - this is food what is that I don't know bomb and then this is I don't know what these two things are where's this guy I think is in the top left it's like a gibbering mouth or something right what the hell is that ah that's what I was afraid of that's the first thing I said about this weapon is I'm gonna end up on a lot of bad places what was that power good enough to eat your attacks deal Chain Lightning or nasty - - I like Chain Lightning stroke a healing thing what is this try this one Oh was that homing that look like it right yeah it's got a little bit of homing a little bit of mustard at the end of that bad boy I see what your I see what you're working with there bud okay Xena and Zeus refuses to explain something transpired between the two of them I don't [ __ ] know bro I'm just trying to get out your special is stronger and can deflect that's good your cast damages foes in a small area can deflect that seems good after you take damage nearby foes and briefly deflect holy shield seems good I think I like the special deflecting more they seems useful for me because if there's like a lot coming at me I can just use my special to deflect everything I think this seems good this scene is very useful I obviously don't know but it seems useful to me I'm in a kind of liar I don't really like my position that much I almost got swish at the end of the spike yeah it doesn't really autofill this thing it doesn't really do that much damage it seems like I don't think I'm gonna be Meg with this weapon by the way well actually maybe it's better against sir because I don't have to just sit there and like fighter up close it's this shop and this is there's an exclamation point I like that - hey princess must look like I'm slacking off with the old holder here but I was just getting back on my feet a few resistors don't often leave me be where'd they go anyway what are you doing portraits all thing I had yeah I agree it's it's not it seemed very good to me that's someone who has not played the game at all like my very first run having it seem very good can't tell if I take the image from these guys or not like I can't sorry I shouldn't see if I can take that I can't tell if they're hitting me or not I feel like because of the you know when the bow does the flash that it makes me think
