hi guys welcome back to my channel i hope everybody is doing well um today i'm making another quick and easy one of my favorite um winter puddings i'm making a sago pudding um please give this video a like i would really appreciate it okay now the first thing i did um i soaked in 1 cup of sago now i did it overnight but you can soak it for at least 2 hours in a saucepan or a pot you're going to add um i've already added a liter of milk now to that i'm going to add some stick cinnamon and some cardamom pots um okay so i'm just bringing my milk and spices um to a boil um and then i'll add my sago um and i'll just let it simmer um until it's nice and thick okay so now that my milk has heated up i'm just going to add my sago i've drained most of the water so um okay so now i'm just going to let it simmer until it's nice and thick but i am going to keep stirring it just so that it doesn't stick and now i'm just doing this on a medium heat um and as you can see it's already starting to thicken up um okay so now that it's slightly thicker i'm going to add a teaspoon of vanilla essence and now the vanilla essence is optional some people prefer some almond essence um and i'm also going to add one cup of sugar now that is um to taste so you could do um three-quarter cup now if you don't like it too sweet or you could do more than one cup um and i'm also going to add about 70 grams of butter and now i do have 70 grams but i'll keep about 10 to 15 grams aside just to place on top of it before it goes into the oven now another thing that is optional um i've got one tablespoon of pasta powder that i just mixed with a quarter cup of water now like i said it's optional um okay so now that it's nice and thick i'm just going to remove it from the heat and then i'm going to let it cool down completely before i'm going to add my eggs um okay guys so my mixture has cooled down a bit so now i'm just going to add six extra large eggs um that i just walked up slightly um my oven is also creating um at 180 degrees um so my eggs is nice and mixed in i've also just greased um my parrot's dish just with some butter so and so now i'm just going to add some butter um and i'm just going to do a light sprinkling of cinnamon sugar i don't like to add that much because i find that the cinnamon just browns the pudding too quickly but it's up to you how much you prefer on it okay so now i'm going to place it in the oven for about 40 to 45 minutes um or until it's set and nice and golden brown um okay guys my pudding is out of the oven um it was in for 45 minutes as you can see it's still bubbling um it's still very hot so i'm just gonna let it cool down um the full recipe is always in the description box below the video please give this video a like please subscribe if you haven't already click the bell so you don't miss any of my upcoming videos um leave me a comment i love reading your comments um and i'll see you in the next one bye guys you
