special um but unfortunately the entire family as we need them is still deceased they're not coming back the family is still deceased uh but contractual obligations state that we must still deliver christmas which is why uh for today's stream uh we are going to have to create higher paid actors uh to play the bob family give me one moment merry christmas everyone the bob family household is they're really really dead and i cannot stress that enough you can't use necromancy to bring that back but we can hire actors it's what a lot of christmas specials do okay like how are we going to get got all of the dlc for this game um it was an investment for the channel we have all of it now uh ironically it was soon after i bought the dlc for this that we started playing sims 4 i took a hiatus from the sims i can't remember we never really got to play with most of it but we can do so now can you make it a bit brighter is it dark can you guys see the image okay is it coming out okay it's good it's a bit dark let me see what you guys are seeing hang on oh yeah something's going on there hang on [Music] options graphics how do i how do i change that i don't know [ __ ] hell the alert is something and like he's immediately blinded let me turn on the contrast a little i have to wait because i the only way i can see what i'm doing in game is i have to watch the stream myself so i have to make the change in obs and then wait for it to happen i think that might be okay i think that might be okay we can try it hang on black screen for a moment are we good no that's that's too much that's too much okay hang on let's dial it back oh my god dial it back open it's like we're playing on like a windows xp computer or something or like we don't have a graphics card is that better do current color key might actually be removing some of the green i'll have to wait and see you can see it we took so long that all the in-game music died too now it's just uncomfortable as ross bob's stream i think this got quite derailed from the christmas special we'd envisioned yeah the sims do seem a bit more generally wasteful like there's just garbage all over the kitchen like no one cares yeah someone else will clean it up i mean we did kill most of the bob family and like the ones that are somehow still alive living suffering that's pretty good you mean garbage all over the kitchen is not christmassy merry christmas well that is christmassy because like it's all the wrapping paper furniture still seems quite clean it's not as dystopian as i thought it might be [Music] oh god thank you so much everyone for coming by the stream tonight though i think we're gonna wrap it up there um the christmas special i feel got the raid derailed a bit because every expansion the game decided to turn on and we got quite fixated on kill in the future bob timeline i'm not sure what happened this stream but i still hope people enjoyed it it was fun playing the sims again too rip the bob
