Half of these aren't even really clues, just scenes that have some more context now
Anyone else think Rose/PD was legitimately talking to Steven at the end of Storm in the Room? I missed that discussion at the time so I don't know of this is commonly agreed or disagreed upon, but to me it seemed like that was actually her talking to him.
PD seems to hate being herself. She goes to more and more extremes to not be herself. She had a growing obsession with how humans grow up and change over time. In the end she got what she wanted. There is no more PD and now she gets to grow and change like a human.
When Pearl says "you didn't build [the kindergarten]" she feels guilty, because she did.
This is great, but the fact that they put "Rose Quartz is Pink Diamond" in the title of an official CN video seems like it's going to spoil it for at least a few people.
GREG KNOWS
Pearl is a much more incredibly tragic character in Rose's Scabbard when you rewatch it after the RQ = PD reveal. Everyone thought Pearl was just a deluded and unrequited lover who was lashing out. When you realize that Pearl was right in thinking that Rose wouldn't keep secrets from her about anything, you completely understand where she's coming from.
She still says some incredibly hurtful things in that episode, especially that line about Steven never having met his mom. But now my reaction is less "Wow Pearl, quit being so terrible!" and more "Poor Pearl, don't do this, you didn't deserve any of what happened to you..."
I am very intrigued by how they had a clip in there just of Ruby and Sapphire fusing at a point and being surprised by their findings as a clue. Could they be trying to say that one of Rose's Diamond powers to make others feel love?
Most of these aren't actually clues at all, and most of the ACTUAL clues, such as the pink diamond on Pearl's spacesuit, are left out. Bad video.
