Roman EMPIRE Map WARS! (Minecraft)

oh god if he's cheating then i stand no chance he what the heck getable if you die you're out today in minecraft we're doing another map wars video this theme is the ancient roman empire look how amazing this map is so we have three factions cannibal crab will be playing the germanic tribes you can see him up there yes he's going to be leading his men and then we have crack and kid playing cottage they have a bit of southern spain and also northern africa then me as caesar himself ruling rome map wars is a game we created where you build armies and take over land each player can infinitely respawn until his gold block is deleted then if he dies he is out you can spend time capturing more land and resources or you can stay home and defend your block leaving home could be rewarded with riches or end in disaster enough talking let's get started in this roman empire map wars video are you guys ready for another map wars video ancient rome edition are you ready for another mad boys video cody i almost beat you last time i brian's prepare for glory mike you're the germanic tribes you're not sparta okay sparta's over there let him sound at school germanic tribe alright so we are starting map wars in three two one go now for roads this time we actually are using cobblestone slabs because we want to be able to traverse uh terrain like that mountain over there the helps the swiss alps i don't think that's gonna be possible oh my gosh uh kraken kid are you in hispania right now it's fonda i don't know who that is nope never heard of her no hispania it's a modern day uh spain and who am i by the way the gorgonites is that what you said no not the gorgonites where is my dude i believe i play some northern italy go organize dude we should do um people were saying avatar the last airbender map wars and we get the different elements we have the um the mod that you can bend with different stuff um actually oh i'm gonna get the leather on uh so the gold block you have to place it within the first five minutes so you can start working on your base maybe cutting down some trees there aren't going to be many trees where kraken and i live but i think over in uh the germanic areas we might be able to chop down a lot of your forest there mike oh yeah we gorgonites we're one with the trees oh my gosh uh now we are we actually have some new units guys so uh we've been having just two units each map wars video oh there you are sir i'm gonna trade you for some soldiers uh yes there's a super duper trooper and you're actually gonna have to go out and get some wheat you gotta feed your men okay so you need iron and uh actually i'll see right here and five wheat i think it is five iron five wheat there's different areas in the world if you do slash warp map you can see where there's different resources down by egypt we have ourselves some of that uh juicy wheat and i think northern algeria kraken i'm coming for you but no you can't do that that's cheating me and cleopatra fine me and cleopatra we will live in harmony okay actually i probably should get more cobblestone slabs and we go oh we're gonna punch down a tree a guy i gotta get an axe and everything oh god okay i've spent all my iron i still have some more time before i need to place this gold block i don't know where i'm gonna place it though uh nobody's gonna do a preemptive attack right are you guys gonna be friendly in the beginning i already got three super soldiers so i'm coming right at you you already have wheat oh yes i forgot uh i think you're over by denmark so you're gonna have a lot of that junior oceans okay uh we also have a furnace crap what am i doing the wood i need wood that's what i need to do let's go get that well i'm gonna strategize now so you guys can go and leave my call fine rude fine rude gorgonites ow all right so each unit that we have here i i think we have arches and we also have legions they're going to be uh legionnaires they're going to be the same strength as cracking kid in cannibals troops okay they're not going to be better let's just make a pickaxe here and i'm going to get some more cobble uh which i will be able to actually craft into a pickaxe or probably should get another axe uh the wood would be awesome for making a defense there's not much cobble around there's some sandstone that's not gonna be useful for me we can gather all the resources we can now a lot of the gold is actually going to be in i think uh persia i don't know what the equivalent was in the roman empire times um maybe we got modern-day turkey and then over there there there's lots and lots of golden iron so that will be a plentiful area where we can uh go and get some epic resources we're gonna get a full set of stone tools and this will help us in our journeys algeria is fine okay northern africa it is all good we don't have to worry about it we should do caesar's campaign where he went and he took over gaul he took over gaul and i think he helped pompe over in uh spain i don't know if spain was a caesar victory or land claim but we'll we'll do it anyways and we also have to get britannia oh god there's a freaking sheep brittany if you are not familiar with the ancient times it is england okay wait can i not i can't get gold okay we need iron is there any no okay we'll make another pathway though the pathways are the only places you can go are the roads uh and that's the only place you can transport your troops not placing my troops down now because i'm a little concerned i'd give myself away uh we are now going to need to place our gold block you know what before i get iron we're gonna place this gold block it is going to be right up there in the swiss alps guys crap we are running out of road as well we're gonna need to mine up some cobble make some more slabs and there's iron now in the ancient times there was a carthaginian leader uh named hannibal and he actually led his men through the albus i'm pretty sure and did a sneak attack and he sacked a few roman cities but then he eventually died so uh yeah hopefully i don't end up like him but it's a very tough task i'm gonna place the gold block it has to be visible like to the naked eye but i don't want it too visible and if i build roads around it it might actually be a little uh cheat sheet to kind of hide it because they're down there in low altitude then they won't be able to see it right well let's get the iron we'll gather some resources here in the alps there's not a lot a lot of iron but there are some scattered around never mind we got so much resources down here we have iron for oh my god we hit the ultimate deposit so sometimes you actually may find some deposits like this and they're going to be super super rich let's snag this oh my god it goes infinitely let's grab it i think i'm going to grab about 30 and then we'll go back and we'll start smelting it we probably should grab some more cobble as well so we can make another furnace our cobble supplies we are only down to eight crap and i have to dig my way all right build my way out of here build build build okay we have enough dirt okay uh we're just gonna keep stationing up here there's nothing really back home in rome for me so i'm just going to leave rome rome is going to be i got to defend this freaking thing actually i should get some troops down shouldn't i uh roman archer i'll get some of you guys down okay so i'm gonna grab uh four units i'm gonna tell them the hold position how they're defending that's oh god they're defending the rhinoceros please rhinoceros don't kill me thanks for killing the rhinoceros guys well we'll just eat this meat up okay uh fall back in protect the block okay now hold this position jeez okay where were we so the furnace we got to place you down and oh god there's what is this i don't even know what that was the iron no okay we gotta go get coal so coal you can actually only find out in the oceans and there seems to be some in the mediterranean sea so let's grab some more wood here that way i'll be able to make a boat probably should make a backup boat as well because if i don't have a backup boat and then one sinks or kraken shoots me down i'm gonna be into trouble okay we can get better our uh armor and weapons by trade in this homie uh yeah we get some red death worm oh my god that is not really uh accurate but whatever you get what you get okay there's the dramatic tribes they are in uh maybe macedonia northern greece okay they are building roads and they are trying their best okay there we go we're gonna need to get that coal as soon as possible i gotta get things cooking there's a rule where you can't use wood for uh furnaces that way we have to go out there i'm gonna get a little bit of roads here down by the boot uh the boot not the butt the boot of italy all right to the coal we go to the coal we go now i don't need to build roads strong units i'm able to grab a good amount of them and the rest is going to be actually roads so uh actually i'm gonna probably get a few more archers boom i think we got like four or five stacks of roads there we go yes let's get some more men um actually i'm making a little faster point here should i you know what i should start working on a bridge a bridge to algeria that way into northern africa so i'm going to be able to flank kraken from um his homeland there we go we have all our men on us wait hold on why is there two in boats did i put those boats there there's one boat okay they're they're literally sharing a boat that's hilarious what the heck okay well that that always happens with the boats man they just they literally just they all uh jump on the boats probably should grab some more wood if i want to build a base as well because that liberty base looks pretty freaking cool for cannibal maybe i should work on the swiss base guys stop you're all attacking me at once i know you're excited to go to northern africa but just give me a second here on our way there we should probably also work on getting some uh some more coal because we've like totally run out okay the bridge to sicily we have done it fall back in come on soldiers the roads all roads lead to what rome i'm gonna be really excited to see what the map looks like at the end of this because probably should have so we're going to build a road on the back side of northern africa here that way cracking kid cannot find me and the mountains will give us a little bit of cover i still haven't not been able to figure out where he is there are some mountains separating france and uh spain so he might have struggled with that is he building any defense there's literally no roads oh there's a road he's totally encased his his uh little traitor here let's go say hello to this trader i should buy some of his troops actually i don't see the advantage in that so we now have control of his trader that means he gets no more um he gets no more troops if i defend this where would he hide his gold block this mountain these roads are like so weird that's him literally right there man falling on me let's go he doesn't even see us let's get it wait he's got good armor though come on ah cody okay come on man he's running down down through the hills oh oh my god heal go go go get him he does there we go it is set back to normal let's uh go find out where these roads lead if it leads all the way to uh persia i'm gonna be in luck because we are gonna get some serious money bro we are going to get some serious iron and gold oh there's cannibal he's got some good eye he's got some good armor he's raiding some farms okay let's go back to attacking man hello there cannibal building the roads get up oh crap archers shoot no you're not shooting in the right direction he's trying to escape his been oh his men are stayed behind well we stopped him for now there we go get some good hits on him i keep them back oh my god they are cleaning up the archers must be like glitched they are not functioning properly oh he didn't punch the wheat he actually just right clicked it so he didn't like destroy it but he is not going to be coming back here i'm too strong for them i've spent most of my money on getting troops and i think it is allowing me to bully the other players wow i really scared cannibal man he did not come back so we should probably head back that way i am doing so good this time i started off really really bad when we were uh doing the england uh map wars video but uh this time you better watch out because i am coming through at the beginning hopefully i can keep this steam going because uh i did win last time even though i had a slow start but i i think i think we're managing well look at all the roads they go everywhere looks like kraken yeah he is holding down over by northern africa cannibal he oh i think i see his new road you know what i'm right here i should probably go up and intercept don't have any visual you can't see troops if they're this far away 17 soldiers we have we probably should put a cap limit on how many soldiers you can get there's the hostile factions carve a path for me divide his men kraken you realize you're going to a dead end right four damage i just gotta get the dead one more time oh he's i might be able to jump to that
