so what exactly is a psychological horror game to Simply put it psychological horror games are horror games have focused on messing with your mental and emotional state an attempt to make one feel unsettled and immersed into the horror game instead of spamming you with cheap jump scares psychological horror games will instead provide you with the opportunity to explore and absorb information through its atmosphere and storytelling which is what sets these games apart from other horror games and in this video we're going to be exploring three different psychological horror games from the Roblox platform so without further Ado let's begin the first game we are going to be looking at is called Jim's computer a psychological horror game developed by Grog champ the game has a retro design atmosphere making it seem like you are playing your old Roblox in this game you are placed into the perspective of a character named Jim as soon as you click play instead of being introduced to a main menu you get sent into the actual game straight away the game starts you off on day one which is when Jim gets his computer delivered to his house after unboxing the computer in the bedroom you are able to access the computer and check out the few applications that came with it the news the shop and the chat application all of these play a crucial role in the game on the first day the shop only sells three items the shop has a rotation system and it rotates every single day introducing new items that serve a purpose to that particular day any items ordered from the shop will also be delivered to the front of the house just like the computer on the first day the chat servers are down so you can't access it yet the news introduces you to the bloxy times which well is a News website the first day's news presents the opening of the new chemical refinery within robloxia with the mayor addressing how this BS well for our town business has forever been robloxia lifeblood our town grows and grows with no end inside I am glad that I'm here to see it so far nothing out of the ordinary after a bit Jim will feel tired and your next objective is to go to bed I'm tired the Jim you literally just woke up like 2 minutes ago all of a sudden you wake up in the middle of the night in this part you walk around your house in a relatively dark atmosphere with the goal of checking the wardrobes this is a way of keeping Jim from emotional distress as it calms him down and reminds him that he is safe as there are no threats present within his house anything in here no can I open the front door I feel safe again oh okay you can then go back to sleep on day two after you finished Jim's Daily morning cardio session and head to the computer to check the news there appears to be a sudden Disappearance in downtown robloxia an ongoing mystery a man was found missing after a neighbor called in a wellness check on his household yesterday the 15th of February the uing police search found no evidence of movement except for a distinct pungent smell it's like he vanished Into Thin Air the rcpd chief sell in Sunday you now also have access to the chat but the only message you get so far is from the chat spot robot which is a welcome message the rest of the day goes on as usual Jim gets tired after like a minute of being awake and that's your queue to go to bed I woke up what the heck something is scratching the front door I can't from this angle you can't see anything but I don't know if there's any anything out there spooky I feel safe again okay uh time to go to bed on the third day [ __ ] hits the fan ain't nobody safe no more serial disappearances before robloxia no evidence no tips and no leads we are making zero progress and it seems there are more cases by the day the rcpd chief said on Monday at this rate law enforcement will be overwhelmed countywide and God forbid these cases spread elsewhere the report pretty much Speaks For Itself by the third day Roblox IIA became a dangerous place with people suddenly disappearing countywide the shop rotation starts to get serious starting from day three day three's shop consists of a medkit a gravity coil a wooden sword a taco and a geolocator you can probably see where this is going as these are all basically survival Essentials if you think about it for the apocalyptic times you wake up again in the middle of the night just like any other day to check the wardrobes however this time the TV suddenly turns on by itself what could go wrong really nah that was that was not on a few seconds ago who the heck got in my house we already checked that bro what do you mean you feel safe again you are literally experiencing Paranormal Activity shit's going off by itself okay let's check what's going on chat okay bro upon checking your chat messages you will notice that Jim receives a chat message from an unknown person with a dark profile picture saying only one word prepare the game then skips to the next day immediately mayor to address missing person's Refinery incident office Under Pressure the people out to know the mayor said continuing we will divulge the information we have regarding these repeat cases one question the mayor deny any connection between the disappearances and the recent chemical spill that occurred at the refinery on the fourth day the shop consists of a large pack of water cans of beans and a first aid kit at this point Jim is rationing these items as a way to prepare for the incoming apocalypse if you check outside you'll be able to see a helicopter fly pass overhead which is presumably from the military this suggests martial law where power has been handed over to the military temporarily in order to keep the peace there's someone inside my house what the hell D what the heck there scratching from the closet but there's nothing blood is paranoid blood is paranoid okay that tree is not helping at all what the heck do what the door's you can't make this [ __ ] up yo the sky is like red it's like the end of the world mayor declares martial law orders shelter in place robloxia and disarray Panic plagues robloxia as an unknown threat moves in the darkness the mayor said these difficult times I see only one way forward I hand my authority over to the military in order to ensure the safety of my citizens the mayor continued to deny any connections between the attacks and the chemical spill that occurred at the refinery on this day in the shop is a hammer barricades and a black Square okay we got to barricade these areas okay can you barricade the you're going to barricade the windows but not the door are you crazy J okay you know what go to bed I guess without barricading the door we up oh the computer's up too you wake up to a new chat message keep quiet and stay calm don't make a sound you go to check the wardrobes nothing then all of a sudden sleep oh shoot okay emergency alert system oh what the heck um what the heck uh oh oh shoot wait wait this next game is called Adam's life a psychological horror game about an average teenager developed by Damen broha in this game you play as a character aam as suggested in the title and you'll be exploring his life again as suggested by the title he spawn the front door of Adam's house as Adam himself and if you were to compare the game so far to Jim's computer Adam's life presents a more lively version of robloxia with amm's home being situated on the side of the roads right next to other houses you can even see NPCs roaming the map and you can even interact with them which is pretty cool like there's a badge for pissing off an NPC isn't that neat oh I think I pissed I pissed them off let's go yeah what you going to do about it huh now there are three endings in this game so let's go through them the first ending starts you off with with trying to enter your own house but somehow the front door is locked your objective is to then find the lost key which is located at a very odd location to say the least upon unlocking the door and entering Adam's house you can explore around and even find notes sced around the house notes that identify and explain Adam's current situation the know the Wardrobe talks about Adam's internal family problems with his parents constantly going at each other's throats which would obviously exhaust him the other note is a love note but if you actually read it it's more of a breakup note a picture can be seen hidden under the couch if you click on it the game then becomes really foggy and then you get teleported to another game does this game seem familiar to you if you're an old Roblox player you'll probably be familiarized with the bright red sky well this is soright on the heights well aam's version of it at least if you check in the chat you can see text messages being sent these are anam's friends and this is aam reminiscing the good old times if you look around you will notice how there are platforms surrounding the center of the spawn attached to the center by the bridge bridges on this platform there's this NPC girl which I'm not sure what she does in this area there seems to be an unloaded leaderboard which could be a result of my shitty internet well either that or it's you know it's supposed to be like that alongside a donation board on this platform is a gator some sort of weapon Giver created by aam himself which gives out swords according to the images displayed on the machine behind it is a photo of sorf fire on the heights oh yeah sorf fire on the heights Sor fire on the heights yep un original my old game very good memories then there is the Mega Gator and behind it is a photo of anam's friends my f my my friends I I can't I can't do [Music] this I miss the old memory so much I can't handle this what the what you once again get teleported to another game this time to a big mysterious library of some sort the atmosphere is really dark and the only light there is a green light Anam illuminates Adam also appears to have a ghostly translucent appearance if you walk around the library you can find no Scout across the entire Place discussing different topics about life there's also a ladder climbing the ladder will bring you to a small parkour section after all that you will stumble upon the portal once you enter it you get brought to another game yo is this the father are you okay nah bro yeah what do you mean have you been crying no do you want to talk about it no do you want to hug yes hell H yeah bro damn another ending requires you to sit on a toilet as for some reason out in the open behind your neighbor's house like what the [ __ ] on the way you may notice two NPCs standing further away called Mia and Austin at the moment they don't really do much but you can converse with them and they also appear to break the fourth wall sitting on the toilet will cause the fog to appear once again and fill the screen before teleport you to a different game oh my what the heck acne okay wait hold on what's going on this game is called loneliness enam appears to be dirty and depressed in this version and you could probably tell why the know the Wardrobe becomes the stupid note while the love note on the table becomes the well it it's still the love note but it's it's about breakup so is it so is it really about the love if you try to go out aen will break the fourth wall and tell you to stop trying to get him to go outside and how hard it is for him to to do that if you keep pressuring him to go outside this happens what oh oh oh oh what the [ __ ] you will receive a gun and at this point you have no choice but to pull the trigger no matter how hard you try to save him this is it in his last moments aen probably felt that he has hit a dead end and that this is the only way out last but not least the third ending for this ending you must run to the hidden corners of the map a forest of some sort you will be met with a levitating dark entity with a similar appearance to a them it speaks to you in Mor code which translates to everybody hates me nobody cares why bother making friends I hate everyone no more leave also ADM appears to be green hello hello welcome to something that I like to call my breaking point oh yeah that's not good there is a lot to explore be my guest is a place to your liking no not really are you enjoying yourself no not really no why bother anymore I can't please people is this him talking to himself I don't care neither should you fine I'll give you content to enjoy just because I'm so nice even though you don't deserve it at least you're trying to give a crap then you get teleported to an anen party what the heck is going on what's good man oh this guy's completely knocked out oh my God is he dead if you look carefully you'll be able to locate an arcade machine out in the open once you interact with it you get teleported to another game a really pixelated game there will be an area covered by some sort of pitch black wall with an NPC guarding it it asks you to collect five ball scatter around the map and know that two between your legs do not count if you have them after collecting all five balls the pitch black wall will remove itself the NPC will thank you and you will be able to enter the area kind of reminds me of the Maze Runner not going to lie except there are no Griers out to eat you a text in yellow saying you win will then pop up and then you get teleported to the end game the sance is a pretty short and simple psychological horror game developed by dread development presenting the idea where your daily routine that appears to be mundane goes off script you wake up in your bedroom and are immediately greeted with the basic objective of grabbing something to eat objectives aside there appears to be an interactable wi piece of paper on the drawer and upon opening it shows a picture of what seems to be a picnic however the person present in the photo is scribbled in Black pen this does not really tell us much at the moment so let's just keep exploring you have the ability to explore around the house and you may notice the door being barricaded for some reason if you enter the bathroom you have the option to view your own reflection in the mirror and by looking into the mirror you see the appearance of the character you're playing as who appears to be a man with the Roblox Shaggy hairstyle smiling into the mirror after grabbing something from the fridge to eat your next objective is to watch the TV you end up watching the T TV until night time and that is when the game finally tells you that it's bedtime and that's basically the routine all of a sudden you find yourself in a white room with some sort of TV sty filter covering the screen it's safe to assume you're in a dream there appears to be a stair to the left leading up to Nowhere the camera slowly zooms out and then it stops suddenly you wake up as you probably already have guessed the game progresses the same as the first day look into the mirror if you choose to hold on eat watch TV sleep repeat then boom you're back into the dream white linal space a slow zoom out again then you wake up this time your reflection seems to be more joyous your character appears to have a big smile on his face uh this is probably random generated and this is what happened to me so what happens to me might not happen to you know you guys so yeah the reflection thing probably RNG I don't know this time the camera finally Zoom zooms into a room a woman with blonde hair can be seen looking out the window then suddenly oh my God you wake up in the middle of the night this time presumably from The Nightmare your character also decides to eat and watch TV for some reason instead of trying to go back to sleep but whatever I guess there's going to be something crazy on the TV hello I knew it oh my God how long has it been Steven Hawkings are you seven weeks you need to let her go go you need to let her go just let her go oh jump scare um um what who is that woman so I think he had a girlfriend and something happened and bro probably feels guilty or he's just like he just misses her very much which I guess is fair no no no no what is this what this morning is the most unusual morning of all even more unusual than the sudden Awakening in the middle of the night the objective appears to be distorted every single object in the house is either levitating or glitching into another object after doing everything the game tells you to do the game then tells you not to open the door now in the servance there are two endings you can either choose to open the door or go to sleep if you choose to open the door you are LED into the basement okay we got a basement okay there's a note Claire's picnic if you click on the piece of paper to the right it turns out to be a picnic photo from the bedroom but unsri bled it says cla's picnic and the person in the picture seems to be the individual looking out the window from the previous dream the piece of paper on the left is a breakup note which is probably between the The Shaggy dude and the you know the the CLA dude CLA Clare woman then there's a white door the white door opens to a woman that was seen staring outside the window from before now standing right in front of you staring at you as the camera Zooms in towards her then you two engage in a small conversation are you [Music] CL no the next thing you know your character is sleeping in the same room as a corpse what the [ __ ] with a man with a Shaggy presumably being the murderer then you get kicked out of the game with the game telling you to wake up which could be a way of telling the Shaggy man to wake up from his delusions the other ending is the result of you choosing to go to sleep instead of opening the door after you fall asleep you end up in a dream again with the same pieces of paper from the first ending appearing you will then stumble upon the same drawer from the bedroom but this time with a different piece of paper on top this time is a photo of a missing person the same person or should I say corpse from the first ending judging by this is safe to assume that due to the main character not getting over the breakup he decided to kidnap a replacement and trap her in the basement which led to her death death he never woke up from his delusions closing the photo would then provide you with a special surprise wait did the guy kidnap like some random girl as a replacement to Claire and just kept her in the basement that is messed up if that's the case a jump scare of Claire and then you get kicked out of the game again and get told to wake up again which is probably the game telling the man to wake up from his delusions as it had caused him to commit murder and as we all know or should know at least murder is is not good yeah and also you know when the TV went crazy like it asked the dude like yo so like how long has it been 3 Days 7 weeks you you got let her go that that's like that's like how long the the the woman has been kept in that freaking basement of his and and bro Shaggy man was like no I ain't letting her go and then she just ended up dying and mosquitoes are like [ __ ] I don't I don't even know anymore man anyway that's it for this video guys thank you so
