it's late i'm hungry i was saving this for another video but i want to treat myself so i thought i'd let you in on a little secret a little something to add a kick to your steak beef tallow some of the restaurants i worked in we would cook our beef with beef fat make sense she's beautiful [Music] now i'm going to let that rest at least half as long as i cooked it so how's everybody's holidays and then before i go to plate i have some more beef fat here just going to brush the top it's going to make it glisten it's going to make a beautiful presentation and also just flavor this smoked salt because i miss having a grill freshly cracked pepper chives bone apple teeth
