in Asian market I asked for if they sell it it's really hard to find but this guy a butcher really nice he just shave up some fat from the beef for me cost $5 we're going to cut them first in small pieces in the walk here the sizzle still fry in the walk for a couple minutes on high heat now we add some water there the spatter the water adding we turn the heat down to me medium low slowly render the fat out this process probably about 15 20 minutes so now just about 10 minutes it's getting golden brown o so now you see all the beef fat rendered out drain the fat or you can save in the container and in the fridge for traditional Su Hot Pot uh we use beef tow you can also use this for your beef noodle soup still hot let's try one
