Replacing Tracks On A Kubota SVL75

[Music] we are rent one are you dealing with a damaged rubber track head on your track loader today we'll show you how to change the track move the capo de track loader to level ground place the jack stand underneath and lift up the back end put flat bricks or cinder blocks underneath on both sides to prevent the machine from tipping lift the front of the track loader by pushing the shovel end into the ground use a socket wrench to loosen the grease fitting removing the rubber track can be tough you can tie a strap around the track pad and pull it off using other machines a pry bar can also help to get the track pad from the drive sprocket as well as the front and back idlers tie the new rubber track pad to your lifting machine and move it to the Kubota tractor use the pry bar to get the track pad around the front and back idler and over the drive sprocket tighten the grease fitting and use a grease gun to lubricate it run the machine to make sure the trackpad doesn't slip on the drive sprocket or idlers you have just learned how to change your track pad on your Kubota svl 75 track loader drive it around to ensure you have the right tension set to the track head so it isn't too loose or too tight thank you for watching our video when you need heavy equipment rentals for your jobsite turn to rent one [Music]
