hey everyone and welcome back to another video on the good night reddit channel and the r slash entitled parents subreddit where today someone gets hit in the head by their entitled aunt for killing people in a virtual game context i'm a 13 year old student who plays games and this is the story of how my aunt hit me on the head with a cricket bat for playing games characters me me ea entitled art and you nice uncle and mum mum disclaimer i am on phone so formatting might be a little bad also english is not my native language so do correct me in the comments anyhow on to the story so this happened before lockdown but my school was already closed and we were transferred into the next grade as only four subject exams were left i was having a type of mini vacation before online schooling started like 14 days after the break started and for a gamer those 14 days of free time were a blessing from the gods so i was just playing valeran and all of a sudden ea and anu visit us i didn't think much of it and stayed in my room as i was playing ea enters the room i take off my headphones to say hi and she started yelling how i was wasting my life away and how she wish i didn't existed yeah she didn't exactly like me she did like my sister but she was out with her friends so she wasn't here i didn't say anything about it and then my mom comes in and tells me to come outside as ea wanted to talk to me i take 15 minute breaks after every match so i said i would come after this match ends my mom said okay have fun in you know a nice way after a few moments i hear ea screaming about how much of a loser i am and i'm not even good looking i agree with that one but i am not a loser so after my match was about to finish ea rushes in and slaps me hard hard enough for my glasses to fly onto my bed luckily she screamed at me that i don't respect her and starts bragging about how good her son is my mom comes in and that woman has the audacity to say that i deserved it my mom screams at her and ea convinced my mom that she will stay in my room until i'm done with the match it was the last round and the enemy team rushes onto the side i'm holding so i kill all five players and actually get the win but ea was not going to tolerate me killing people in games so she takes my cricket bat from besides my bed and hits me in the head i scream in pain and she tells me that i'm going to hell and how i didn't deserve to live in the house she calls me a follower of satan and hits me on the knees while enyu was taking her away and apologized a lot and he even gave me around 13 34 bucks when my sister heard about this she threatened her and you know to call the cops on her but i said no as i didn't want anu to have any trouble she hasn't bothered me since though so tldr i get hit in the head by my aunt for killing people in a game hey so in england you now have to wear a face mask inside shops unless they're under 11 or have a medical reason not to my son is five months old and is going through a thing where he fake coughs to get a fuss it's extremely awkward in the current state of the world but most people just laugh and comment on how awkward it must be i was in wilkers with him strapped to my chest and a carrier he was babbling away and i wasn't responding to him because i was looking at some bips and bobs on the shelf so he starts fake coughing next thing i know i have a tiny angry lady grabbing my arm and trying to spin me around i'm six foot two in about the build of a wardrobe so i can be a little clummy and a cockle over a bit my child hasn't long been able to hold his own head up so he gets a whiplash and started to cry me once i catch my feet and try to sit with my baby the hell do you think you're doing you silly bad word huh boy he has to wear a mask if he's going to cough everywhere my daughter is scared me oh screw off he's five months old i can't put a mask on him and his cough is obviously fake if your kid is scared keep your distance from us there was a bit of back and forth of pretty colorful language as i'm starting to lose my tempo with her getting in my son's face my baby starts crying more and starts to cough and gag because of how upset he's getting practically in her face because of the height difference between us she then jumps back covering her masked face and pushing her now crying eight-year-old-ish daughter behind her her directed at my five-month-old son dirty little piece of crap put a goddamn mask on him now at this point i'm about to punch the crap out of her but then somebody who works at the shop rushes over hearing a shouting her tell him that he has to put a mask on his [ __ ] of a baby shop assistant you need to stop shouting he can't put a mask on his baby huh but the little thing keeps coughing near my kid and she's at risk and scared my child is hysterical now coughing gagging and crying and she gets right in his face and screams screw off in his face another shop assistant had to physically stop me punching her in the mouth and leads me away so i can calm my son down i apologize and leave but all i can hear is the ep shouting in the shop about how it's the law to wear a mask no matter how young i'm usually a calm person and don't tend to have a violent bone in my body and thinking back i don't like how close i got to hitting her in front of mine and her kid but something about her getting in my son's face just got me close to nodding her jeez karen's am i right to think that an encounter like this is just so common and just happens out of nowhere despite covert still being on by the way covert's still a thing because i know a lot of people have just you know kind of brushed it off please continue to wear a mask outside and etc those kind of things okay stay covered safe this is pre-covered so don't worry everyone in this story is following our country rules towards the pandemic so it was my sister's birthday party and as usual all of her friends were coming over during the afternoon playing and having fun in our room because they are almost pre-teens and they enjoy doing their own thing i stayed downstairs helping my mom with the cake and snacks for later also the brother of one of the girls nice kid is a friend of mine and because we are both musicians we stay downstairs playing the piano in the living room important for later because the em is my sister's godmother she had to be invited well she arrives and after some time decides she's going to check on ek that is on our room with the girls ek is 5 years old nk comes running downstairs frowning telling me to go tell em to come downstairs because she was ruining the party me and nk's brother went to the room to check it out and as soon as i entered i was dumbfounded she was playing scrabble with her five-year-old and my sister she has a disability so she acts basically like a seven-year-old and the rest of the girls are sitting on my sister's bed looking very bored and sad i decided to ask what the hell was happening and this is the answer i got me what's going on girls nk iam told us we couldn't dance and party like we wanted because ek is sweating ek isn't a hyper kid and he sweats when he runs like a normal person em thinks that this is a problem me just go ahead and do your thing it's okay em fuming at me em um excuse me i'm the adult here and i said that they can't dance anymore because then ek will want to do the same and he's already sweating enough at this point the kid was basically nude because she thinks sweating is a bad thing me this is a birthday party they have every right to dance and party like they want to if ek is sweating that bad then he can go downstairs to cool off and then come back egm yanked dk out of there and apparently started telling nk's parents that she was rude and had a bad attitude towards her and ek has revenge for getting me now nk's parents actually care about manners so they did start getting mad at her for it but me and her brother jumped in to tell them what really happened and they apologized and backed off after that ek tried to hit me nk nk's brother and my sister he threw a tantrum because he wanted to sit at the kids table that only had four seats and consequently forced my sister's best friend nk to sit at the adult table at dinner we had small led lights all over the room to make a kid-friendly party and he decided that he wanted to collect all of them and take them home leaving the room in the dark and em of course did nothing and though he was just being cute definitely a great afternoon slash night if you want to read more about this crazy couple of entitled walnuts i have written two posts about them in the past and i have one more good one but before i run out because my parents decided to cut communication with them to a minimum ah ridiculous oh that's awful i feel bad for the child that has to deal with that as their godmother i guess we can kind of hope that the you know the karen passes away first huh please take that as a joke i don't want anyone to die hey so this is being written on mobile yada yada sorry if you're being a dunce or so title is sort of clickbait i couldn't exactly think of a better title story about that anyway so recently my friend told me this story about how he was supposed to get a laptop for online schooling but for some reason his mum never let him use it as his own so let's begin iam the entitled mum dad for d f a friend the person who told me the story so with all the corona stuff online schooling was bound to happen and when parents got news they had to get all sorts of accounts webcams but f did not have a phone nor computer to use for the schooling so one day dee told him that soon he would get his own laptop to do the schooling so he got excited other than a ps4 he never really had anything that was a way for him to talk to people privately and or just have something where he could do his own things without someone looking over his shoulder so soon after that they went shopping but instead of his dad going the em of this story his own dang mother went with him and during it she started off with saying stuff like it's going to be the family's computer but they got it and went back home and they had a conversation about the new laptop f i can't wait to use this finally something for myself em uh no it's my laptop i'm just allowing you to use this keep in mind she wasn't even paying for it the dad was f what but dad said it was mine em well i say so and i am your mother so you must listen to me the conversation ended right there because while not working at the time she ran the house and made everybody do all the chores without doing any herself and if someone doesn't listen to her she can go full out karen mode so even though everybody in the house knows it should be his no one will speak up and no we got to present day and it still ain't his pretty much everyone has tried reasoning with her in their household but to no veil and because nobody could get it to be his like it was supposed to be now his grade suffered because he only allowed to use it for a lot of time of 1 hour on weekdays 2 hours on weekends so unless he was on a video call that passed the time limit which after he would be scolded for he would be kicked no matter what even if he was doing school work so after also this doesn't really have to do with the story but all christmas presents he get go through her so if he got a video game console she would take it and first declare it's the families or just straight up taking it saying stuff like well i gave you the gift of being born or mommy needed a new phone and you're young to have one and other stupid stuff like that well that was the end hope you enjoyed i kind of hope that he can um get like a note of sorts or an email towards the school saying them that if he doesn't have something hinted in it's not his fault and that it's his mother's for not being you know for not allowing him to use the computer because yes his grades will suffer from that you will need more than an hour school time on a laptop that's that's for certain hey i don't exactly know if this counts but all people involved are parents so hey whatever you all it's still on the subreddit so i'd assume it was allowed bit of some information about me i am mexican and was born in texas houston this story was way before my birth and was told this story by my father however i am bad at relaying things people have said to me so this might be detailed at all but hey please enjoy backstory so my father was born in the usa around the north as his father worked as a coal miner while my mother was born in mexico and ended up crossing the border later in life to look for work it was this time that my father's family moved to texas and my grandmother ended up working with my mother i think that is how my mother and father met and became friends my mother had already had my two older sisters who she could not bring over the border my father had decided to fix this problem by marrying my mother don't know the legal crap but hey it worked nonetheless however my grandfather is a hard man in the sense that he had at least six daughters i barely pay attention to my mom's side of the family and my mother was the youngest he was not immediately receptive to the marriage but he was alright with what my father was trying to do my aunts and uncles though hated my father for being a mexican-american there's a slur that he used in the telling of the story that i just don't remember and thought him as lesser than him so he wasn't exactly very respected by my mother's family the story so my father is in mexico with my grandfather in his house don't exactly remember much about the setting but hey whatever and my grandfather mentioned how he wanted one of my uncles to chop down some of the branches on a dead tree in his backyard the tree itself is freaking massive easily a bit more than two stories wow that is a thick tree my father offers to do it himself but my grandfather declines but my father was persistent in trying to impress him so my father goes and gets some rope and a freaking climbs the damn tree right in front of my grandfather eventually when he gets done my uncle arrives to cut down the tree and my grandfather tells of what my father just did my uncle is astonished and since then has had nothing but respect for my father huh absolute stonks well my aunts were all just you know pissed and jealous so anyway that's the general story and the summary of the story my grandfather still to this day has only ever accepted my father i'm sure he could have told this better but hey i don't care your dad is one hulk of a man congratulations for being able to climb a whole tree and then cut it down question mark i don't i don't you know i'm pretty sure he cut it down as well climbing a tree isn't all that impressive but i man em my mother and me moi 21 female em and i live in two separate provinces we see each other a few times a year but often talk on the phone as she loves to keep in touch tonight was no exception the following conversation was held in french we were just small chatting as we usually do and somehow came on the subject that in quotes one day i will be the one changing her diapers i laughed and told her that i have enough with changing my own which is actually quite hilarious because i have an absolutely useless bladder and often result in wearing diapers to avoid embarrassment and being full of p e m right now i have x as my power of a 20 p awa but as soon as you turn 25 you'll be the one in charge if something happens to me this actually came as a shock it was never mentioned to me nor was i even consulted in that regard if i had been i would have made it very clear that i have slash will have no interest in taking on such an intense responsibility me oh i didn't know that i don't think i would want to take on that responsive em cutting me off well you don't have a choice sweetie you owe me that i am your mother i was speechless i proceeded to explain to her as politely as i could that i actually do have the right to refuse to become her power of attorney as i was not willing to assume such a stressful and life-changing responsibility i even mentioned that it would be a good idea if she started thinking of someone else who would be willing to become her poa when the time came it would truly be a shame if something happened to em and no willing poa were to be appointed a tedious process would then be started with the office of the public guardian and trustee opgt to appoint a willing guardian to manage em's finances and such em blatantly ignored what i had said and just moved on to tell me all about the barbecue slash bonfire slash party she was attending the following day needless to explain that em is also a cove idiot i think it might be worth mentioning that i suffer from borderline personality disorder or bbd and struggle not only with stress management but with managing my emotions altogether often feeling overwhelmed will result in anxiety attacks or even depressive episodes leaving me exhausted posting on my boyfriend's account as i didn't exactly have enough karma to post it on my own tldr ian was acting like a piece of crap over the phone told me i owe her to be her power of attorney when i turned 25. honestly just because they're your parents doesn't mean they have legal rights over your actions i've said this before but you're your own person you don't owe them anything just because you're their daughter that doesn't matter you're your own free person and you're free to do whatever you want and that's a human right so even if your mother doesn't want a uh an attorney then i guess you could try and find a good one for her that will actually be able to get the job done well but if
