hey everyone and welcome back to another video on the good night rider Channel and the oscillation title parents subreddit where today a lady attempts to sue someone just because they're a lesbian and let me say it gets pretty ridiculous so stick tuned so this is when I was visiting America to meet up with some family with my girlfriend aka for what my parents know my in quotes best friend so anyway I was with my girlfriend on my older cousin who I'm very close to and was the first person I came out to so we're just going to the movie says it was after a pride parade June 2018 anyway so we all had pride pain on our face my cousin is open transgender MTF so we were just buying some candy to sneak into the movies so at the gas station we were picking out candy as I had a small faded rainbow on my face as a lad tap to my shoulder and to my surprise it was just a little boy I'll be excuse me me yes son lb what does that mean he was pointing at the rainbow as I explained what pride was as the little boy went off to find his mom I met up with the goals girls I met up with the girls at the register as we waited for the keshe en excuse me you with the long hand I turn around as I have hair down to my stomach says the other two has hair to their shoulders and the other one has a buzz card as she donated her hair to cancer me yes the little boy was hiding behind his mom 'i'm how dare you try and make my baby queer i was really confused him a human ally i shook my head as my cousin pointed out that i'm gay am very bad would you freaking prove it trying to also very bad word my little boy the see cashier rushed out and tried to calm down a.m. see ma'am you need to leave right away p.m. started screaming at the cashier about american amendments and stuff and the cashier called the police as a.m. was still screaming about I'm gonna sue all of you for ignoring my rights I'm gonna throw every one of you were jail do you know who my husband is no how would I know you're okay anyway I said put my stuff down and stepped aside as I was getting walked up as I could still hear him yelling as I was about out in like 13 at the time anyway I see police cruisers pull up as I looked through the glass as I saw my cousin gets slapped by M which a.m. was taken out in a police cruiser my girlfriend came up to come for me as we all got our snacks and went to the movies I want to know what happened next I feel like the husband of this e/m is just like it would be funny to face if the cashier was her husband it's like Jesus Christ Karen come on we can deal with this later just can the goddamn car like I feel like that would be quite funny anyway I feel like it's a bit stupid honestly that um you know because you like girls your girlfriend likes girls I don't think you can turn your son gay because go anyway long story short I mean you did I hope you got like some form of discount or something for like the trouble you went through maybe like a um free movie ticket that would be freaking pong but yet again you trying to sneak in so either way it would have been free huh I mean in the end she got a police cruiser you know put in a police cruiser I see this as an absolute win marble use a formatting might be weird anyway this is also my first post Tim and I have out a couple of encounters with people like this but this one is the worst so far so just a bit of info I live in a smallish neighborhood there are about several trail systems nearby some of them are marked rails others are glorified footpaths I ride a mountain bike with friends on them because I am too lazy to drive an actual park but they weren't too shabby so the usual cast of me my friend F and entitled the lady EB and a son slash husband ad F and I are riding our bikes around our community taking the occasional trail or going down stats nothing too interesting but that sort of sums up me we're getting ready to turn onto the larger trials when ad walks out of his garage we didn't really know the guy but I knew his mom slash wife was you know pretty see I might post that story I'm curious first um why is it mom / wife I didn't I didn't know we were in Alabama anyway as we were turning into the trail he yells out hey that's not a bike trail this was one of the trails that were marked but it wasn't marked as a designated bike trail F points out that it doesn't say not to ride a bike on it and ad cuts him off with shut it douchebag that was just the first part after that happened we just started avoiding that area but we were bound to go back there because the trail is pretty fun fast-forward to today F and I are back at that trail and we actually went down it and nothing bad actually happened while we were coming back up the trail though it ends near a railroad and there isn't any other way to get back we see EB sitting on the patio's behind a TS house as we are walking by she starts yelling hey boys you aren't supposed to ride bikes back here F course back where does it say that there is a pause and she says the Charles sign says there aren't any bikes and you know it doesn't so hey you lying I try to explain to her that the sign says use your trail at your own risk but nothing about MTBs she but you know yeah she just cuts me off don't disrespect your oldest she then tries to tell us as the trail is private property even though the sign clearly states that it's for the public I sort of just laugh and say to F just let's go this Karen isn't worth the argument I said this almost under my breath but apparently she has wizard is what did you call me Karen I know the president of the HOA and I will report you I don't like to leave and we hightail it out of there TL DR lady tries to scare us away from using a public trail by threatening us with the HOA well my thoughts on this is quite simple if it's a public trail then I feel like you just have the right to just go straight down ahead man and it says at your own risk so if you're feeling risky and feeling like a fighting spirit then go on men chase the wind bullseye - - as you want hey yo so my lost story with Daisy did relatively well so I thought I'd share this one we don't exactly have loads but being a beautiful pump we have a few if you don't want to know more about desi specifically and a phosphite altercation my first post is on my profile all the way of no idea how to link so you know apologies that sir the general rundown is that Daisy's an extremely dangerous dog and I used to walk her perfectly behaved with a family and on a property but take her off and she was a wild animal she hates everything mainly children though and other dogs so we're doing nothing walking her by a dog park not ideal at all but a property literally packed into it kind of impossible to a boy and a dog approaches us she plays a bit and has a good time some days she was really well-behaved so we decided to walk her through the park she was being great unless other dogs barked at her which she didn't acknowledge them that is until Karen walks up and I get the usual snotty comments whining about her harness and muzzle yadda-yadda-yadda to kids about ten and five run up and the oldest squeezing a chin chew up a Chihuahua type dog oh no I thought the poor thing was gonna pop Daisy is getting stressed and turns to run in the opposite direction this is good behavior so I say I have to go and practically just run with her well they release the hounds three Chihuahuas come and they're biting at our ankles what did the other two come from I still have no idea dizzy snaps and starts lunging trying to bite the dogs who eventually just back off my ankles began to bleed and am allergic to dog saliva so I could feel myself getting sweaty and whatnot she makes some stupid excuse about the dogs being happy to have a friend some people are looking on but don't exactly approach because of my wild but dog kids stand there trying to better and she's still snapping at the dogs and now the kids to lady holds her hand out and asks for the leash I'm starting to feel weak and my knees are shaking and all of my strength is going into holding this dog back she says something along the lines of my daughter's want a walker she clearly needs exercise and you obviously aren't doing it properly I will add that Daisy is not overweight but she needed a good old - we argue for a few minutes and she goes well you calm her down stop making it do that trick my idiocy gathers all my strength stands straight and looks her in the eye and goes look she's an ex police dog she does this when she smells drugs I wasn't gonna tell you but if you freak off I won't report you if you don't leave me alone I will report you and also your dogs for attacking me so will it be three dead dogs possible drug charge and an evaluation for your care of dogs or a peaceful walk home I don't know how she thought that was true but got very red in the face and dragged her family away I collapsed over on the grass and took allergy meds although it was a little late this isn't as good as the other one but it's another day in the life of Sebastian and Daisy long all right so my thoughts on this first things first holy crap I hope you're okay because the logic reactions can be severe especially because you made it wait so long and you you know put some pressure on yourself so uh props to you for getting her under the Karen but I'm kind of curious that the Karen did have drugs on her now because she seemed to walk away super quickly so yeah only one way to find out right please know that I wasn't on this flight only my dad was I'm writing this from what he told me and my brother and my mom so the details won't be exact also the goal was about six years old so I can't exactly blame her this is just how she was brought up so under the story this was a seven-hour flight from Abu Dhabi to London on a two story plane forgotten which plane exactly my dad was sad a few rows back from the eternal family but that many could still get a good view of what was happening at first things were normal the plane and a smooth takeoff and was now climbing to cruising altitude so the flight attendants were about to stop preparing the food and drink trollese this is when the girl started to misbehave even though the plane was still climbing and the seatbelt sign was still on she decided to jump out of her seat and run up and down the aisle which made everyone look except her own mother one of the flight attendants managed to catch her and bring her back to the seat and asked the mom to controller but the mom just waved her hand in a sort of go away kind of so the flood attendant sat back down about 30 minutes later the flight attendants had started bringing the trolleys around which obviously meant that the girl could mess up out it mess up out again this time she tried to climb onto the trolley when the flight attendants back was ton because she was serving a random person on the other side of the aisle but luckily the flood attendant stopped her again before anything too serious could happen she once again talked to the mother but she didn't pay any attention once the flight attendant had moved down the place the girl was up again and decided to go upstairs remember I said this was a two-story plane to where first and business class are but the flood attendant up there stopped her at the top of the stairs and brought her downstairs to look for the mother the flight attendants and quite a lot of people were now really mad at the mother for doing nothing but by this point she was on a phone call and ignored them the girl went up the stairs about five more times over the course of the flight before they got someone to guard the stairs someone had also moved into the entitled family's row now for some reason so the girl couldn't go out also people thought the girl now realized she couldn't get out the way she was going because she decides to go straight over his seat literally just Paco's over there unfortunately for her there was a nice couple behind her who pushed her back into a seat so for a minute there was a pushing battle between an elderly couple and a six-year-old girl before the mother shouted at the couple to stop touching her daughter the girl then climbs down and disappears from view and then pops up in the most unexpected place between my dad's legs she had crawled under about five rows of seats somehow avoiding people and my dad had no idea what to do he couldn't touch a random girl especially after the mother shouted at the last people who stopped her but before he could think of anything the girl was off until she tripped and was caught by a flight attendant she then took her back and the last hour of the flight was somehow peaceful thanks for reading guys this is my first post on him first off what the heck man oh I would have just thrown me and had a mother out of the plane who gives a crap if your midair mid-flight just G's to control your kid it's not that Hardman just be like Sandro could she just could you sit in the seat please come on honey we're almost there just a couple more hours good take a nap like a normal kid right don't annoy the attendants please don't annoy Tyson first time post on my wall etc a.m. is my mom and SD is my stepdad ap is me since none of you know this I am one of those people that needs a defined sleep schedule if I wake up of a 15 minutes before or after a time I am tired for the rest of the day I wake up at around 7:15 a.m. every day unless it's an extreme circumstance what I mean by extreme circumstance is if I happen to stay up much later than I normally would or if we were leaving early to go on a vacation my parents know this and they've had no trouble with it if we're planning on leaving to go somewhere early oh they normally take the time to tell me what that tell me what they're planning on leaving earlier sorry I can get ready at an earlier time today was not one of those days though where I lived the past couple of days have been extremely hot around 85 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit my grandmother has a pool and we've been using it a fair amount because of the temperatures last night I went to sleep earlier because I was swimming almost all day and that brings us to this morning I'm sleeping peacefully as you do or as close to peacefully as I'm able to get and when I hear up and sd's shouting obey get up at 6:45 in the morning I made some kind of noise and since I was just barely awake apparently he felt this was an invitation to throw my door open and make sure I was actually awake I toss a book at him and he leaves nice I sit in bed for a couple minutes making sure I am completely awake and I end up going downstairs at around 655 after getting dressed and getting ready for the day I walk into the kitchen and cem in the kitchen with my two little brothers and she's old cherry good morning I just grumble and wave and heads of the cabinet to get a pack of pop-tarts oh nice the second I hope and sit down she sons yapping at me to do a hundred other things get your brother's back pants are all the lights turned off upstairs you better go check I need you to go downstairs and get the chicken out from the freezer that sure looks horrible you should change it all the while I'm still a walking zombie barely able to even think about eating breakfast finally for getting ready to head out the door at around 7:15 I am and iam tons to me without a preamble she says I don't give a crap what you feel you're not a lot to be tired today like seriously I'm not a lot to be tired when you guys made sure to make me up really early anyway that's my story if you feel that I'm overreacting please let me know thanks for taking the time to read this thing's first it wouldn't be you know necessarily entitled if she didn't add that end part in but she didn't so when a congrats you got yourself an inside apparent story but my thoughts on this are um I wanna sleep make up coffee that's what I do and I'm drinking one right now y'all can hear it zero regrets coffee is amazing take it and you won't be sleepy sleepy anymore hey so I am a long time Locker and this is my first post although kids were not involved in this story edy mentioned them during his testimony so this story seemed like it may fit here sorry the cost includes me the overworked prosecutor and edy entitled dad there have been cases in this form that resulted in the EP being arrested and I thought there may be some interest as to what happens after the arrest this happened many years ago when I was a deputy prosecutor handling misdemeanor cases in this particular case there was a street on a private beach with a series of houses in a remote area there were other places that had public beach access and this particular place was off the main road and not easily accessible there was no reason to be there unless you are a resident of one of those houses or were visiting someone there the edu drove into the neighborhood and stole a boat motor from one of the properties her neighbor watched him put the monitor in his truck motor into his truck got the license plate number and called the police a deputy responded and pulled him over a short time later the deputy found the boat in the back of the truck and Edie admitted that he took it he was city for misdemeanor theft he was taken into custody but given a notice to appear in court this was typical for a nonviolent property offense I then got the case so I was minding my own business working in my office when Edie called and demanded to speak to me he then demanded that I dismiss the charges against him he didn't really have a coherent reason as to why since he pretty much had been caught red-handed he mainly Yeldon was very obnoxious legal tip number one yelling at the prosecutor will not result in criminal charges going away but it will result in having to deal with a cranky prosecutor when he couldn't bully me into dismissing the charges he then demanded that another prosecutor be assigned to his case this didn't exactly happen legal tip number two people charged with crimes don't get to choose the prosecutors on their cases the case is set for trial he pleads not guilty and elects to represent himself at trial like all as witnessed the neighbor the boat motor owner and the arresting deputy Edie presents a beachcombing defense that if he is able to keep it pretty shell he finds at the beach he ought to be able to keep a boat motor it didn't make a lot of sense it really got interesting when he called himself at his own witness he questioned himself by having a conversation with himself here is an example of some of the actual testimony when he shifts of the last side of the witness chair mr. Edie's last name do you have a motive to steal a boat Edie then shifts at the right side of the witness chair and looks at an empty space that he had just occupied no I do not have a motive to steal a boat Edie slides to the left mr. Edie last name do you like seafood Edie slides right no I do not like seafood my kids do not like seafood my wife likes seafood but that's not a motive to steal a boat I looked over at the arresting deputy who was sitting next to me as my designated law enforcement representative and he was watching with a horrified expression and I saw his lips silently words the sorry form the words what the frick Plata when we were outside the deputy told me how freaky he thought he was it took the jury 15 minutes to find him guilty I don't remember specifically what he got is a sentence but it was likely only fines and community service since that was typical for that type of offense so wow that's interesting I he maybe skits question mark I don't know but that's really interesting or may have multiple personalities but that's kind of that's kind of interesting to see in court to see that all unfold I feel like that would be like a really interesting thing to just watch and see happen like wow that would be something to look at that would be something to admire but hey at least he got what he deserved for stealing the boat motor and got his jail time slash community service so all in the end I think it was pretty good and that's it if you guys did enjoy please do hit that like button and if you haven't already hit the subscribe button too for more videos just like this one and if you want to be the first to see those videos the bail notification thingamajigger generally helps with that tell me your thoughts in the comments below and I'll see you all next time bye everyone
