something on outside you say hey take it off come on y'all gotta go with me tonight it's Wednesday we're almost there it's hump day your view I mean we gotta get there we've made it we made it look at your neighbor touch him and say we made it this far we don't make it the rest of the way look at somebody one more time and say hey take it off mark chapter 10 all I got look at me now all I got y'all I just got one Bible story but it might help you I'm just sayin might help somebody mark chapter 10 verse number 46 one more time just touch your neighbor say take it off neighbor touch other neighbors say take it off here there the Bible says in verse 46 of Mark chapter 10 Jesus and the disciples went to Jericho and as they were leaving they were followed by a large crowd everybody say a lot of people a lot of people a blind man by the name of Barnum eros was sitting on the side of the road verse 47 when he heard that Jesus of Nazareth was coming he started shouting he started shouting Jesus son of David have mercy on me have pity on me now stop right there okay now look everybody look at Reggie did y'all hear the song that they sang right before they all sing his name a lot tonight there's a man named tozer he said Christians don't tell lies they go to church and sing obviously toes are never visited this church I'm just saying because guess what if we believe what we sing tonight everything's gonna be all right somebody look at your neighbor and say everything's gonna be all right now here's my like here's one that nothing I'm gonna give you something cuz some of you some of you Church people y'all good Church people you like Oh blind Bartimaeus I know this story I know do you really are you open for a little some some on the side somebody touch your neighbors say take it off and look I'm gonna tell you tonight I'm not keeping you long but I believe God has something for us on this Wednesday night yeah I don't think yeah I don't believe in chance I don't believe it just so happen I believe you were predestined to be in that charity you're sitting in right now in this room with me not that I'm something special cuz I ain't nothing special I'm a lot of special but you know what I believe I believe God has a word the music set this night up everything when I get there is just one more time say take it off when he heard that Jesus from Nazareth he shouted Jesus son of David have pity on me verse 48 many of the people told the man to stop but he shouted even louder okay I like that okay now look if I'm blind and I hear Jesus is coming back I already know the stories you know he made crippled people walk he made deaf people hear you know that brother can spit on the ground make mud balls put it on your eyes and you can see again so what did he have to lose absolutely nothing so he heard of the stories did he heard that he was there so all he had to do was get two brothers attention sometimes all we got to do is get his attention he knows where you're at tonight he knows what you're going through tonight all you got to do is get that man's attention and how do you do it save sayers they touch your neighbors say take it off touch other neighbors I take it off hey y'all I ain't got a lot of time I got to get done because Papa dose closes at 10:00 and I gotta get there I'm hungry I need some red beans and rice y'all know I'm saying I'm just saying brother gotta eat so here's yelling Jesus son David have pity on me just a blind Bartimaeus see Jesus I never and people are looking at the blind men go and shut up my man shut up really they better be glad I wasn't blind Bartimaeus cuz they would have had to add some scripture up in there cuz if I'm blind and you're telling me to shut up you know blind people got a king right I tell you right now I'll be swinging my cane they go shut up blind my shovel shut up then it would have read it would've read blind bottom and said Jesus son of David have pity on me the people said be quiet blind man be blind then Jesus had to heal the broken nose he had to stop the bleeding from the ears cuz the blind man went creare up on them people that day see people are always gonna try to shut you up okay God just say it listen to me don't let people stop you from what you've got to do they didn't have to live in your house they don't know where you came from they don't know what you had to do to get here on Wednesday night they don't know what you're facing tomorrow they don't know so guess my sometimes you gotta ignore the voices and scream out for your Savior somebody touch your neighbors say take it off bro say little girl take it off we're gonna get there y'all we're gonna get to her Bible says he shouted all the more were that's good right there anything then you blind me and shut up go check off another like we told you to shut up your eyes love it he wasn't gonna stop I love it Jesus stop look at verse 49 just two words Jesus stopped if he stopped for born Emmaus he could stop for you if he stopped back then he stops today Jesus stopped and he said yes call him over Jesus said call him over so watch this so the people it's probably the same dude saying shut up it not like the people right there they want you to be quiet but then when God starts moving they're ready to jump in but I guaranteed they want out bless what God has for you cuz you brought their brother you gave him the invite to walk in the room oh come on that's a whole another sermon I better stop right there did you know every Sunday you can be the invitation God needs to change someone else's life as well we need you in the house somebody touch your neighbors they take it off touch other neighbors say you got to take it off watch this they called out to the blind man who said hey don't be afraid come on he's calling you I bet that blind man took his stick again and he's like ah don't be touching me you're the same one told me to shut up I know the sound of your voice hello mm-hmm verse 50 the man threw off his coat as he jumped up and he ran the Jesus okay let's just stop right there now let's finish it verse 51 Jesus asked Jesus asks a man what do you want me to do can I ask you a question now look it's the large crowd they're already a large crowd right there's some people everywhere Jesus I stopped and says bring him to me and he jumps up going he just jumps up and he takes his coat off and he surfs car going to Jesus you know if you blind in the large you're bumping into stuff you like probably steppin on a baby you like running into a horse go and excuse me ma'am I mean you're you're hitting stuff and it's just I'm sorry my bad ma'am Oh nice hair I love and Jesus when he gets to Jesus Jesus looks at the blind man and then Jesus is right here he say yes Lord and Jesus goes what do you want me to do you just watched your brother say hi to a horse and call it a woman step on two babies and he's looking at your ear and you asking him what does he want you to do hey never be afraid to ask never be afraid Jesus saved my children call it out speak it into existence so that's exactly what this blind man did he goes Jesus goes what do you want me to do because I want to see I want to see verse 52 Jesus told him you may go your eyes are healed because of your faith and he could see that's a beautiful story and that's what everybody preaches but when I was in college I used to play saxophone on the street corner police didn't like that until I got a license so literally I'm on the street corner before the cops would come hit their horn whoop and I just take off running after I picked up my money I had to pay for Bible College y'all I'm just saying some of you like you and Bible College running from the police mmm God can use anything finally I got back to the dorm one night I'm sweating I know you doing what's wrong with your head to run dude I had two cop cars tonight and he goes why don't you just go get a license I went were you talking about so just go get a license go downtown apply for a street license you could play on the corner so I went got a license was cool and the police came and put money in my case this story it's the coolest thing did you know you had to have a license back then to be begging like that but they didn't have like we have now it wasn't something you put around your necks or the police could see in gone it was a coat so you go in front I don't know how they did it I don't know maybe you went down to the courthouse backed in and you stand and they go what do you want he says I want a license to beg on the street why cuz I'm blind and then the guy comes up oh yeah he blind here's your license here's your coat thank you very much no no no some of y'all looking at me like really strange right now but trust me we're gonna get there so now that if we back up this story knowing that that coat that he took off was his whole life it gave him the reason the back and the Bible says that when God said bring him to me then he stood up took his coat off and went to see Jesus he was still blind when he took his coat off he decided yo y'all with me oh yeah is anybody going there some of y'all already there but let me just take you there you know he decided if Jesus is gonna call mining if Jesus is gonna stop for me I don't know what he's gonna do but here's what I'm doing I never coming back here again I'm taking this Oh somebody say take it off say take it off say take it off you know what you got to do take off the pain take off the shame take off the sorrow from your past take off get your mama left you take y'all get your daddy disappear take it off I know some of y'all going what gives you the REA all cuz my mom's a prostitute slept with a man for 20 bucks to get food for my brother my two sisters oh he got worse cuz my mama gave me away cuz she said I wasn't mistaken should've never been born take it off I am NOT gonna live my life over somebody I don't even know come on I wasn't born for that I was born for greatness why because Jesus told me that that Bible told me that but the day comes when you just got to take it Oh take it off just because you take it off don't mean God won't remember he knows everything about you he knows the sorrow the pain the hurt the shame he knows it all but if we take it often he can take us and he could dress us again and we don't I tell you when Jesus dresses you you ain't no beggar no more take off to hurt take off the he take off the memory take off the sin take off the words people have said about you take off that thing that wakes you up in the middle of the night take it off take it off look at Jesus and say I'm not going back the way I came on this Wednesday night you do not have to go back the way you came you don't have to do it somebody touch your neighbors say take it off touch your other neighbors they take it off it's hard going it's easy to be hurt it gets comfortable when you have shame cuz then you can blame everything on that hey why'd you make addy - cuz my mama gave me away what does it have to do with English I mean y-you Angele cuz my daddy never told me he loved me seriously you are behind bars and your daddy don't even know there's anybody starting to get this but here's the deal that name Jesus I wonder if we really used the potential of what we sing tonight but Reggie you wasn't there winner oh but Reggie I can't get past you got to take off depression you got to take it off a teenager you got to take off your mama didn't mean that she said it cuz she was anger and she's human you can't not live your life saying I'll make her right no because Jesus is the one who's gonna make it right somebody say take it off last week I was in Oklahoma I was speaking in public schools and I had I had to had time and I thought I was done and the guy goes you got ten more minutes I went oh oh and now I know y'all like preachers can do that I'm not preaching it's a public school you can't say Jesus I can give another Bible story you can't do that so all of a sudden my head goes do question-answer I said what you've done that in years so I decided I got ten minutes so I said we're gonna play a game it's called a skit the black man everybody started laughing I said raise your hand when I asked you to tell me your name what grade you in and asked you a question let's play and everybody clapped his kid raises in I said you he read he says my name is Johnny I'm in the ninth grade and we don't have no water they turned it off mister it's really cold I like all your stories and stuff but who's gonna put water in my house and I said hey you see that guy back there in the blue shirt go back there and see him his name was PJ or by his way his pastor Jeff he didn't know that I call him PJ he made that up PJ but it was true cuz the pastor Jeff his name PJ I think PJ can help you with that they go back there PJ text me this morning you know what they did not only did they get the water turned on there didn't have no hot water heater so they've Church bought it and they installed it and now he's got hot water and are you ready for this that boy showed up at church last Sunday and got saved oh no you don't understand he showed up with the basketball team and they got saved - who oh yeah y'all y'all hear what I'm saying you hear him saying everybody say take it off say take it off how about this that was the first one second kid raised his hand he goes my momma said I was a mistake that I'm the reason dad's in prison didn't you've got in a car wreck and she died the same day how do I get passed down I look to him I said you were not a mistake son and you notice I called you son then I said every boy in this room you're a champion you're a legend your world change your history maker you're going to change this world and it starts with you son I said every girl you're a princess you're the sunrise the sunset you're the star in a night that can guide a brother home your everything beautifully wonderfully made now I'm starting to preach I caught myself doho and the girls some of them were clapping but a couple of girls looked down to the ground and I said the girls who are not clapping I'm talking to you first you see this world wants to dress you this world wants to put you where they want you to be if more of our kids can learn that Jesus is the one that takes care of us this bully thing wouldn't be happening why are you listening to another third grader anyway they the same age you are and if you think you don't know nothing you know they all know nothing I'm just saying know who you are and just because they call you something doesn't mean it's true cuz you know what Jesus said I died for you that's how much you're important you remember that next time you get bullied and teased at school parent look at your kids and say listen that black man he know what he's talking about the world tries to address you you got to take it off the world gave Bartimaeus that cold the world labelled him blind bartimaeus you know after that day nobody called him blind again because guess what he said to name Jesus what a night what do you need in this room what do you need I know there's about 12 drug addicts in the room you're hiding it from everybody but God's calling you to take it off he could do it he could do it he could do it he could do it swung dude in this room you did drugs at lunch today Wow what am i doing I don't consider myself prophetic but I do know there's about 15 teenagers in the room who are highly suicidal and if you had the courage you would have already taken your life you got to take it off you got to take it off you got to take it off don't even get me started on pornography please it's gonna rob you sir and girl it's already robbing you so what you say let's do this I know it's Wednesday normally it's like just study who does a prayer off to calm Wednesday they sang the song they opened it up I had nothing to do with this I'm just doing my part and my parts easy y'all got it come on come here do that last song that sing Jesus again I love the way y'all did come on [Music] that's good you sign me Jesus Jesus just you made the darkness tremble Jesus Jesus they look at me look at me everybody look at Reggie dude I'm not the preacher who loves to give altar calls I'm the preacher who loves to sleep at night if I don't do what God tells me he keeps me off y'all I love to sleep my flight leaves at 5:30 tomorrow morning I need to sleep cuz my wife got a honey-do list about that long tomorrow and I got 27 hours to get it all done you know I'm Friday I'm in front of 22,000 kids at the University of Tennessee my wife could care less but if I clean that garage she gonna be happy you know I'm doing it because you think you're coming to a man now bro my wife put her Rican [Applause] [Music] you're coming to Jesus but y'all hear me tonight y'all hear me I think I found glekas I'll probably be like one of those preachers and think he all dad if I didn't marry Michelle but since I married Michelle she's the one that God has chosen to remind me I ain't none of that and not even a bag of chips so when I preach you when I get to an altar call it's about that name Jesus and I'm a tricky like young me if that's all right see here's the way I do a young people you're a drug addict you want to be set free Jeremy come here for a second would you just right here you see Jeremy walking up here I knew Jeremy when he was 12 years old I watched Jeremy do drugs I watched him go to rehab more than once then I watched him fall in love he was that a youth rally with me and when he fell in love with his wife he never heard a word I said you got I remember him looking at me going I'm sorry man I'm sorry and I just said you're gonna make it you're gonna be awesome you gonna save lives I need everyone who's dealing with a drug problem hey if you can hey just say Vegas this is a lot safer than Vegas they say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas hey what happens on Wednesday night were reggie stays in church always never graduate but I just believe the Bible says in Matthew if you declare me before men I will declare you before my father you got to take it off that man took it hey you know what's sad when blind bottom man stick that coat off you know somebody picked it up so you don't need to worry about what other people are gonna do some of you like wow these people are oh nice and everything are you kidding addicted to the same thing you are but did Jesus that we're singing them I was about to set you free sing the chorus twice you got twice whatever addiction you have if you want to be set free come stand right up as close to you can to pass the Jeremy you got to move now though sing it two times they were gonna go on you got to come every addictive person that wants to be set free come on come on come on come on you right here in the middle right here in the middle am do I have a pastor from this church who's dealt with their own personal wanting to take their life on a pastor who dealt with suicide in their past at any time if you did just I need your help any pastor our pastors what I was gonna call on you dad is crazy just right right in the middle right in the middle I need every suicidal person every person who thinks that way who has that thought come and stand by my friend right now come on come on come on come on they're just working their way down the aisle that's good girl hey hey okay a lot of people wearing more than one coat that's good sing it twice come on I don't think church do you see what's happening right now do you understand what's happening right now we're saying is getting you declare with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you will be saved every day is a good day maybe tonight you're in your seat maybe you even responded already but you know there's sin in your life I cannot let you leave here without the greatest opportunity of your life to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior we're gonna do it all together from the front to the back left to the right so everyone bow your head and close your eyes you know if you walked into this church with sin in your life you know this is for you so everybody's gonna say it so you feel a little more comfortable everybody say Jesus with my mouth I declare you Jesus are the son of God in my heart help me believe that God raised Jesus from the dead so today I can ask please Jesus set me free save my soul I believe you died for me and you rose on the third day for me and in jesus name i'm saved i'm saved i'm saved in Jesus name I'm saying everybody say Amen a man I met Hey look every hat up every eye open everybody looking around on the count of three if you walked in this church with sending your life and you meant that prayer I don't care less how you feel fillings come and go but the presence of God stays forever it's a choice it's a choice that you make if you hear you say Reggie I said that prayer in a minute tonight when I came in I've sinned in my life but I said that prayer in a minute and I'm not ashamed of that if that's you on three I want you just wave your hand as hard as you can one two three go you did it tonight all over this um room look keep wave and keep waving keep waving keep waving look at somebody waving go get my hug and welcome him to the family of God say welcome home just hug him and say your kids this song [Applause] and that camp ends on a Sunday morning right here in this church all right but here's why I'm saying that now this camp registration opens right now we wanted parents and adults and get a glimpse of what's gonna happen for your children and your kids need to come to camp they have registration in the back hey they got a deal going if you register your kid for camp you get a free Reggie CD and the tables are right beside each other all right so you can send your kid to camp and have a saxophone CD and have a party while they're gone somebody say Amen hey Howie listen I would not be here today everyone for camping and you ready for this watch this my foster care parents they were so poor there was a man in the church who paid my way every time they go to Canada he had no idea I would become a preacher so many kids are grown and gone and you want to sponsor a kid hey this is a part of an altar cult it's gonna take place that's the third week of June we're just believing that our kids are gonna be changed they're gonna be changed by Jesus amen so if you want to do that after we get done singing and you can go back there and be cool there's stuff back there but just remember let's take our kids to camp let's let God change their life hey four days where Reggie can mess you up are saving one or the other be the way the kids are coming back changed and man hey can you stretch your hand toward all these who came forward all of them we're gonna pray for you guys for just 10 seconds everybody lift up your voice and say Jesus let him never go back again no more no more no more no more no more if you're a front say I took it off and I'm not taking it back on say I took it off and I'm never taking it back again now take the other hand both hands Church raise them high raise the pine sing with me come on sing it [Music]
