Idol today we are going to talk about register ative clauses which might be confusing for you but don't worry first we need to decide which relative clauses can be reduced step 1 find a writer pronoun step 2 look at the word write on the right side of the pronoun if it's a verb we can reduce the rate of close because the pronoun works as a subject let's do the same thing find a relative pronoun which is who look at the next word is I here a verb or a subject it's a subject that means we cannot reduce this sentence because the relative pronoun works as an object so there are three basic rules the first one is about the active verbs like speaks the second one is related to passive verbs such as is spoken and the last one talks about prepositions like in on ads and so on now we will look into them when we're reducing director clauses with active verbs first we get rid of the relative pronoun then look at the tense point a verb I'm just at an ING to it completing it doesn't matter which 10 cities we just take the verb and put an ING our second role is about passive verbs now look at the sentence find a relative pronoun get rid of it look at the passive structure find a verb and write the past participle form because you're dealing with a passive structure your work will be in the past participle form already so you only take the verb as it is rule number three is related to the prepositions find a relative pronoun and you raise it you will see where P erases as well look at the preposition now you'll want to keep it so pronoun bien three position towards to only preposition it wasn't that hard was it I hope the whole thing is clear for you now well that's all if you have any questions or comments here is my email see you soon created using powtoon
