Red Meat Cooking: 3 Ways You Can Profit (BDO)

hello I hope you're all doing well I'm summer and in this video we're gonna talk about needs hunting is getting more popular and one thing hunting does really well as to produce tons and tons of meat so you might find yourself in a situation where you have a stockpile of meat in your storage but no idea what to do with it so in this video I'm gonna show you a few of my favorite recipes to do with meat now while working on this video I thought a lot about how I can give you a nice crisp overview but at the same time also give you all the tools and techniques so you can really dig into this yourself so we're gonna split it into two parts in part one we're gonna keep things simple I'll show you three options for how you can use meat from easiest to most profitable and I'm gonna go over the pros and cons of each so you can decide if this is something you can see yourself getting into and then in the second video we're gonna go into the more advanced topic of profit calculations so you can really decide for yourself which recipes are worth your time all right let's get started so I've prepared three methods for using meat and they're all gonna involve cooking but before we get into that we have to establish something and this is what I'd call it a bonus fourth method that everyone should be aware of because you don't have to cook the meat you could also just straight up sell it on the market and that can be for two reasons first if you don't have any interest in getting into cooking cooking is pretty chill but it still takes a bit of setup like you have to get the utensils ingredients and have to be there at your PC to refresh your cooking not everyone enjoys doing that and second in its current state cooking is quite Mastery dependent and if you have really low Mastery you might fight yourself in a situation where profit-wise your best player is to straight up sell the meat obviously you'll need a value pack for this but there are these one day loyalty value packs and the cash shop that it will do just fine overall selling the meat is fast and headache free but obviously you may be missing out on some potential golden profits but still selling the meat is gonna be our Baseline option and you should really consider as a valid alternative to the options I'm gonna present next alright but what if you really want to do something with the meat well then you're gonna need to cook it now there are a ton of recipes you can cook with me and the great way to check this is this website videolytics so here we can navigate to life skill and then cooking and then we're gonna get a huge table of recipes but for now we are only going to be interested in the recipes that take meat so what we can do is type any meat for example I'm going to take deer meat into the search bar and now we delete expert show any recipes that take meat it's gonna show recipes that have it as a direct ingredient like red sauce but then also subsequent recipes for example cheese gratin which takes red sauce as an ingredient so this is a really useful feature if you're trying to figure out what to do with your materials however we still have this long list of things we could do with the meat and to make things simple I'm gonna give you three recommendations the first one is gonna be red sauce red sauce is an insanely simple recipe all you need is meat and then three more ingredients that you can buy at cooking NPCs it's not only simple it's also super light and it's a great recipe for doing overnight for example on a supreme or coffee and utensil now to use videotics properly we're gonna need to do a tiny bit of setup you first want to select your region in the top right and then open the settings and enter your cooking Mastery and cook time I'm gonna go with 1K Mastery to simulate an intermediate setup and for the cook time we enter 1.2 seconds that's one second plus the server lag which is gonna vary from player to player but point two is a good one fits our solution there's also the solo Coke Mastery and cook time that spread must be clothes but we don't have to fill that in right now also I'm gonna select that return the byproducts into milk now there are some more details in setting up this recipe page and we're gonna look at the setup and all necessary detail in video two now what I want you to pay attention to is the profit per hour down at the bottom here and I think we can all agree that this is not the highest I've gotten profits but now we have one really simple recipe for cooking our red knees it's really convenient even though it may not be the highest profits now if you're looking for something more profitable the next option might be your choice the guru and pure boxes and as much as I would like to give you some lower level options the sub Guru Imperial boxes that take me just aren't that good now if you're going to cook Guru meals be prepared to put in some work let's take a look at what it takes to make a guru box and we're gonna go with balance meals because when it comes to me as it's one of the most approachable ones but even still you can see that they're pretty involved you have many sub-recipes and even more ingredients and these ingredients also come from different life skills so for example you can supply eggs with your worker Empire you can process your own dough and cheese and you can set up Farms to harvest crops like onions pepper and hot pepper not all of this is required some of those you can also just straight up buy off the market but it definitely doesn't hurt your profit to found them yourself and setting up the supply streams can take a bit of work for example you want to get a farming oil level to Artisan to get magical seeds and so on but once you have all that set up it's actually quite a manageable workload on a per week basis for example say you have 350 CP so that's gonna be 175 boxes and that's gonna be about 1.2 K boxes a week and that lets you burn through 28k meet a week but you're also gonna need 5K eggs and about 2.5 case magic Trunks and about two and a half hours of cooking which is not too bad really if you got all these ingredients you can just do one big cookout maybe once a month or once a week and then for the rest of the time you can just hand in the boxes every day and that can be a pretty nice and kind of stream now let's look at how much money you could make from this say per day 175 boxes are gonna make us about 100 ml profits and that is on top of what you could make by selling all the ingredients so compare that to buying the meals it's gonna be slightly better but not by much at lower must be the real selling point of these is really the XP so by making these Guru mirrors yourself you'll have a solid stream of income and exp and also a way to combine other live skills with cooking on the flip side you're gonna have to invest the time in getting all the materials and then cook them and also how much profit you got and how much meat you can use up is going to be limited for your daily Imperial quota so there's a spot on those meals but of course you also got other options that you can do other little meals media and Valencia although Valencia only takes a small bit of red meat and you're really going to be limited by the exotic meats now onto the final option Market cooking there's going to be recipes like cheese gratin Good Feet organic feed and also the big boy meals and I'm gonna be honest here if you don't have the cooking Mastery to back it up you're not gonna see much profit and Market cooking if any at all like look at this if you make cheese gratin with 1K Mastery you're going to be in a negative and the prophet only really starts to ramp up if you're going into the 1500s in practice that means if you're gonna cook these recipes like cheese gratin got feed and so on you better bring a solid amount of Mastery because else you're simply better after selling the meat now the big plus for Market cooking is of course that you can pretty much sell as much as the market will allow you which for these recipes is usually quite a lot like they sell in the hundreds of thousands each day so if you have the Mastery to back it up Market cooking is a really solid option like you can provide the meats pretty much by all the other ingredients cook sell and call it a day and but again these recipes are extremely Mastery dependent and you really want to calculate for yourself if this is breath during which is what we're going to be looking at in the second video in any case I hope this video was
