so before this video gets started check this out guys we got some brand new hats on the website we got the zebra stripes right there and we got the snakeskin super fire designs and there's not very much of them so if you guys want to help support your boys be sure to visit gunsquad.com but as of right now let's get to the supra what is up guys welcome back to the channel so today we are finally back on our 2020 toyota supra as you guys seen we finished up the 2018 jeep grand cherokee track hawk and that build was just absolutely epic and we even started on our helicopter build where we're actually waiting on a special tool just to remove that engine and also we are going to be waiting on that overhaul kit for a couple of weeks maybe even a month maybe more who knows but we are going to keep you guys as updated as possible but in the meantime we are finally back on the 2020 supra and as you've seen in the previous videos on it all we did was just tore it completely apart and found out what's damaged and we went ahead and actually put in an order on all this stuff and i believe most of this stuff is already in so we're gonna go ahead and fire this sucker up pull it inside the garage and just get straight to work all right so y'all ready to see if this thing will fire up after sitting here for a couple of minutes it's been sitting for a while now but i am there's power in it there sure is power right there let's see what it sounds like on cold start with this stock exhaust this thing is going to give you the silent treatment probably i'm ready oh no is this thing a hybrid man sound as good as i thought it did you know what i mean i wonder if corsa can hook us up with something somebody help us out on this it's too quiet i know right but let's go ahead i guess it'll drive right yeah it should drive i believe we have a leak in that front little radiator which that's probably the first thing that we need to take care of situated and take care of and then right now let's go ahead and pull it in there let's just pull it inside and we'll get a game plan down [Music] [Music] so [Music] all right guys so the first thing that we did was lift this sucker up on some quick jacks that way we can get to this little radiator here and the reason why we took this sucker off is because it has a little pin size hole in it right there and we're actually going to go run to a local radiator shop to see if they can repair this i believe they can just like spot weld that with a little bit of aluminum rod right oh yeah they should be able to spot weld it and also they're going to pressure test it so we were thinking about doing it ourselves but we wouldn't be able to pressure test it yeah and we don't want no type of leaking after we get this back on there we just want this car to be running with coolant in it so we don't mess anything up and we can like drive it around back yeah so we're gonna have to figure out what type of coolant goes in it as well yeah there's two separate like coolant systems on this and as you can tell there's two tanks right there one of them is empty and that's the big one so i'm gonna have to probably just buy some like out of o'reilly's or something because it is green cooling anyways so it shouldn't be too hard to figure that out but i guess let's head that way let's do it [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] all right so we are back from the radiator shop and they actually ended up fixing this thing in three different spots right there and right there but this sucker has been tested pressure tested and it should not leak when we throw it back on and also while we were at it we picked up some coolant and we ended up getting this autozone universal coolant which is green in color we did find some european coolant at the store but it was blue and we really did not want to mix the green color that's coming out of there so this stuff should be perfectly fine so let's go ahead throw this radiator back on the car and then fill up the system [Music] so [Music] all right so we finally got a radiator installed and also we got the coolant poured in there and we even vacuum pumped it just to get all the air out of the system and we got the sucker up to temperature everything runs fine the fans kicked in and all that good stuff so we are good there the very next thing that we're gonna do is actually bring in all the parts that we already picked up from the dealership we've got a bunch of parts but the most important thing that we want to focus on right now is actually this damage right here right yeah let's get that sucker fixed and how do we plan on doing that right we can probably just bend that right up with a few crowbars and probably some hammers it kind of just got pushed down at the top right there which really does not look like a big deal at all but our main thing is to fix that and then throw that upper radiator support on and see if some of these body panels actually line up exactly so let's just go ahead bring in all those parts and then we'll just go from there [Music] [Applause] [Music] all right so you might have noticed us having a little snack there but you know what we are back to business would you what do you have there it's a little brownie a couple of like coffee i don't know what you call it coffee and milk mixed together makes a little milky coffee that's that new little tick-tock thingy that they make somebody from the house hooked us up there but we're back to business right now what do we got going on well we got all the parts in by the way we got the hood a bunch of big boxes i believe we got the bumper and a few other things here and there but we're mainly focused on this upper radiator support because we're just trying to straighten this piece out i already hammered it a little bit up top here straighten it out as best as possible but according to the tram gauge in the new part over here looks like we may have to pull this thing forward a little bit like a quarter of an inch yeah so it wants to go like that pretty much right it wants to just bend open right here kind of got pushed back during the accident so shouldn't be a big deal we're thinking about using the winch that we have on the ground over here or we may even bring in the forklift i think the forklift is the best bet because we actually got a sliding hammer as well we were thinking about using that because it is aluminum it shouldn't be too hard but there's no like perfect attachment on that sucker so i guess forklift it is ain't yeah i guess we'll just like chain it up and just put it to the boom and just slide it back so let's go ahead and fire that sucker up [Music] [Applause] [Music] oh wait man hey this is a framework machine a portable one a frame machine on wheels that's for sure right there dude that was pretty nice right there how it pulled out yeah pulled out pretty dang good actually all the bolt holes finally lined up perfectly let's just go over there and check it out okay now then i'm glad we bought that thing right there great investment big old blue right here called blue oh blue man puts in work like no one else oh yeah and we got big blue right i mean big big camo camo right here she she gets all blue out the dirt she gets her blue man we gotta have both we gotta have all that man to do what we do we're right on the money man are we we're right on the money both holes line up perfectly as you can tell we finally are able to screw in these holes at the top i mean these bolts over here dude we're good the only issue that we had while we were pulling is that this sucker was uh kind of sliding but we had some that little locks yeah some triangles right here trying to hold it back but you know what we just kept pulling kept pulling in it went right to its original spot that aluminum was pretty dang easy to pull what would have been nice is if we would have sunk some uh hooks into the concrete back in the back in the day we should have did that we weren't thinking about that you know what but i believe we're only going to tell if this is good once we get all of a body panel yeah so we're going to test fit all the body panels there may even be some more pulling who knows we may even have to get that sucker on the frame machine you know we don't know yet but as of right now it went all perfectly smooth right right back to the spot i believe everything's gonna fit yes sir so what's the next thing that we're gonna do right now next thing we're gonna do is actually open up probably all the boxes because you know i want to get the radiator uh clamps on here i wonder did we order those i think so the radiator bars or the big old supports or whatever you call it so we're gonna go ahead and unbox everything see what we got just slowly start piecing this front end [Music] together [Music] do [Music] dang sun that's a super bumper right there man that's just a plano super bumper right there look at that the price is primed and everything so far with all the parts man they've been on point probably one of the best like ways that we got brand new parts you know everything is boxed up 100 nothing is just like bubble wrap and that's it you know that's a german engineer for sure and there was a lot of being it said uh toyota partnered in what did it say in partnership with bmw or something like that these parts i believe are made in like germany or europe i mean the car i believe is made in europe so yep that's a european super right there which is pretty dang cool man yeah as the more we work on this court the core the more we work on this car the more and more like actually kind of liking it now figuring all this stuff out knowing that it's made in a totally you know different way than a normal bmw or toyota is made you know it's crazy dude it's pretty dang complex and as you can tell a bunch of these little parts right here is just like front-end components to hold up the radiator radiator support hood latches the hood latches are pretty crazy right there too yeah they have their own like little bracket thing right here which is pretty crazy bracket mechanism also got those supra covers what are engine bay covers yeah some dress-up pieces you know for these big big like this engine bay is huge like the the way the hood is set up it's like all the way across so you need like some big old covers to like make a nice hood though man huge man we may have to hold that off a little bit may have to like first like try to figure out where all this stuff goes and spinning you know it's been like a month or so since we worked on this thing so we're gonna have to start piecing this together slowly but i believe i have some pictures on my phone yeah so that's that's always a good thing to have you know just to reflect upon but i guess let's uh start doing some front end work over here let's do it [Music] [Applause] [Music] oh my goodness dude this front end is basically together other than the body parts this sucker is just flowing together honestly i thought it was going to be a little bit harder but man just based off memory we're not even going off pictures man i'm telling you eating them super foods thinking a lot from superfoods protein bars and brownies in that coffee man that just got us going but we got basically everything around the radiator completely reassembled all the new parts here this is actually a used part i believe this is just how the bumper is like so it doesn't like flex or something there it's like the nose of the looks like a beak but we got this new lower uh what would you call this that's an air air shroud air guys air guide yeah air guide lower air guide we threw this bar back on everything just went nice and smooth so far up to the top we got these brand new brackets over here brand new hood latches here and there i mean this is just looking like a super you know what it's starting to look like a super it's starting to look pretty dang cool up front here i'd like to just whip it as it is man i wish man when we are still in limp mode for some reason the engine won't rev up it'll just be like it revs up really slow yes so we got to figure that out but i guess we're probably just gonna continue tomorrow in the morning because we did get a lot of work done today and i guess what are we gonna do tomorrow tomorrow we're gonna take off this beat up fender that's on this side take off this under skirt or whatever your splash shield and then i believe we're going to swap out the hood latches throw on the hood the new fender probably the bumper headlights front bumper because we did actually buy headlights not from the dealership we got a really good deal on amazing deal i thought it was fake at first i was like are you sure it did seem kind of like a scam but yeah we'll show you guys tomorrow i guess in the morning [Music] [Music] do [Music] all right so it is actually the next day here we just got straight to work on removing this fender it actually turned out to be a lot more work than we expected we had to set this car up in a certain way that way we can remove these quick jacks and just access all the bolts underneath to the under tray then we got the side skirt off and we even had to pop off this water tank right here just to get to some bolts but we finally got that fender off and dude i gotta say that's pretty dang wild for this tiny little thing here for the world's smallest fender that was probably the most amount of work we ever done but hey we finally got it off and the next thing that we're gonna move on to is probably just popping on the brand new one they want to swap out these hood hinges and bring in some body panels or headlights and then just just keep slapping body panels on this [Music] thing [Music] all right so we got that fender on the car along with our hood hinges and we got these little bumper slash headlight brackets on both sides on now it is time to go ahead and crack open these headlights right here that we got for around 1300 bucks for both of them fry is insane because when we went to the dealership and asked them how much a headlight was they gave us a price like 2 000 bucks oh yeah and these are gr edition or launch edition right yeah their launch edition they have a little bit of red in there but i do believe that they're not complete headlights i believe you have to install your own ballast on them so and we got all that stuff we got the broken headlights somewhere in a pile somewhere but look at that you got toyota genuine parts right there dude this is crazy we thought it would have came in like a little piece for a lego or something yeah we didn't know that this was true because the description was very minimal it was like short it was just said like 20 20 super headlights and that's it and i actually made an offer so we've got a little bit of a price cut on them as well yeah i mean it doesn't hurt always try to get good price what if they just don't work at all you know i don't know i mean they look brand new to me look at this awful now we did check one of them out because dude and they got the red over there you see that so these are gr what what are we missing back here oh yeah so we're missing this little like i believe a little ballast that goes here and i believe that's it which we have that stuff so man i say we go ahead slap both of these headlights on here and just see what it looks like [Music] and that is just one of them because one of them is actually missing a ballast right yeah the boss that came off of our broken headlight is broken so we can't reuse it so we're probably just gonna have to buy ballast i believe it's a bulb and a ballast but dude that it dude that orange right there looks pretty neat too dude it's super bright hit it again oh there we go man that is nice man i can't wait to have them both working but i gotta say we saved a lot of money four thousand dollars from the dealership for both headlights that is just insane man i can't believe somebody was even selling these because they were just they just came out these cars and somebody had a pair of brand new ones just exactly and maybe they got after markets or something but i don't think i yeah yeah we did look up some aftermarket nobody makes them yet so i don't know what happened maybe something may be wrong with these we don't know who knows i mean that works clearly the drl but we haven't tested the other lights but i think they'll be all right they look brand new to me but the 1300 bucks is so much better for both of these rather than paying that forward but right now what do you say you wanna go ahead and unbox that hood and see if we can throw it on dude let's do it let's do it [Music] dang son it's not perfect but it's coming together it sure is and it looks pretty dang sick with that gray bumper that primer bumper as it is it almost looks like something aftermarket i know right it looks crazy and uh we just noticed that there's actually two pieces of this bumper you know it's not just this is just like the cover and then there's like a skeleton almost like the lambo exactly yeah the lambo is the exact same way in which that skeleton was pretty expensive so hopefully this skill are we just going to reuse that we're just going to maybe or we'll probably yeah we're definitely going to have to buy buy some because they're kind of cracked right there so we're gonna have to buy a skeleton of the bumper but as of right now we kind of adjusted it with the fenders and the doors right here and as you can tell dude that is looking really good i just don't know how this you know how to really adjust 100 because it's weird how this works because it's trying to adjust to the fender and the door at the same time and you know it's kind of flimsy yeah there is a lot of adjustment though which is a good thing right definitely there's a lot on the headlights there's a lot on the bumper and there's even adjustment on the hood latch you can it will go in and out which is crazy which is a good thing i guess but it's going to make it a little bit more difficult but you know what we always like a little bit of a challenge but so far dude this thing has come a long ways we actually got a lot more done done than i thought we were i know right but dude it's crazy we're definitely gonna have to order some more parts we need like some more parts here and there like extra hood latches and a few other little brackets and stuff but other than that dude it is coming together alrighty guys so that is pretty much gonna be a wrap for today's video the supra is finally back and it is coming together quick we got some pretty cool things planned for this thing so make sure your post notifications are on so you don't miss out on anything and also if you want to inside scoop before youtube definitely give us a follow on instagram
