in this video we will show you how to do real-time markerless motion capture for any models in blender the required plugins have been introduced in our previous videos so we won't go over them here let's start by importing an fbx then open the vmc4b panel drag our Armature into the Armature field of the plugin there is a binding setting for bones in the lower half of the panel we need to fill with the corresponding bones of this model let's open the bone hierarchy fill the hips field with pelvis spine zero one spine zero two we will fast forward this part the right side is the same process the rest are the settings of fingers we won't fill them this time the settings in blender are done now let's open dollars mocap make sure it's tracking normally and enable Unity streaming vmc protocol in the settings window back to blender and click the connect button the character in blender will be synced with the mocap program now let's try another fbx file let's fill the bone settings once again we will skip filling in the finger settings for brevity when we connect we will notice that the motion is not correct we will disconnect first and select the model now in the object menu let's select apply and then all transforms after this step when we click connect again and the motion will be okay now
