idea the way he does them nice head movement there as well you see very limited motion but when he does move he lose enough took this have his opponent miss and then he usually tries to counter off of it that's what should look at that in it's successful but limited also can be said to be efficient motion Zack you're right there in the pocket just pull back a little bit Bowman return you could just see out of what we've seen so far between Emilio and twonny the difference being twonny is throwing big heavy shots and try to put a lot of power behind them that's great you can do that but it does of guys in the sport of MMA they are losing too much weight they're trying to be the bigger guy in the smaller weight class and you try to tell guys it's not about being the bigger stronger guy it's about being the faster guy and Shawn powers it going up in fighting guys that are middleweight or light heavyweights he becomes the faster guy that becomes a problem for your opponent and the H becomes tougher and tougher keep those slim weights going as you age again yes you are one of those guys have got nutrition on the line it's tough yep baits swinging to miss and the follow up by powers there's a nice stiff jab by trice he needs to follow that up if you're gonna double it up double it up and bring the right hand but don't just leave that one out there the more that you can how to draw a trice with throwing singles start throwing some combinations well-timed kick by powers you can see now that Shawn powers is trying to look to where trice will shoot for another takedown he's in a position where he's seeing those shots coming but he's not responding and he's waiting and sometimes you just wait too long he's got to start being an offensive mind set sail and you start position in which Lovato jr. was uncomfortable against Honeycutt and this is the real question what is Lovato gonna do in the clinch position when he is against the fence and he has a guy that is just driving him into the fence he's got to learn how to start to frame out put the head into different position so he could move his hips and get out of this or either changing around to where he's the one searching for the takedown now the other type submission but again avoided the legs and that's why he's safe he's still safe doesn't matter that his head's there the legs need to be in place for him to make that submission effective kinetic chess battle of spectacular grapplers and Rafael let's go of that arm again and it is exactly what you're saying like this is a chess game but it doesn't matter if that Queen is still there if you don't put those pawns in the place which is what labatto's legs are that Queen is not going to be that tool that's going to get you the win this has been a
