RCCG SEPTEMBER 2021 HOLY COMMUNION SERVICE

um it's it's something that comes with power yeah it's a meal that comes with power um interestingly we're speaking about fruitfulness right um that's the theme for the movie and if you if you consider what what fruitfulness means in other words you're speaking to productivity yes now there cannot be productivity without power think about it imagine a a factory and there is no power supply you know when they say so how do you produce imagine a tree that does not have the nutrients required for it to push forward the fruits it will not produce so for us as children of god we know that we need power to be productive we need power to be fruitful so at this table we get power okay okay what okay it would power yeah this contains power and i i just want to you know increase that tempo of the quest by asking you what makes holy communion so special away from me bread and wine okay well um the bread that we're speaking about here is the flesh the body of christ it [Music] so it is actually the bread of life that we are eating when we are at the table eating the community it is his blood which was used to you know create this this testament this new testament where we are in you know that is what we are drinking that is the wine that we are drinking so it's it's it's so symbolic it's so powerful that every child of god should be excited whenever it's an opportunity for communion this was a period of excitement really good yes all right thank you so much of course like for me as i said earlier i'm always excited about only communion for me okay pastor diwali yes sir to someone who is watching us right now problem i think well it's just one of the religious activities do you have any personal experience or testimony of what only community had done in your life yes um i have several ones but for the purpose of this day and this question i will not speak on about one or two now uh just like you said earlier sir you know um for everyone that comes to take communion just like everybody that goes to church apart from the fact that the main reason for you coming is to worship your maker you have some other reasons for you to relation out to god in that dimension so for people also that comes from the communion they have something at the back of their minds okay people come for renewal of power the bible says jerusalem until you'll be endowed with the power from on high you know so there are many things that we can gain from it and personally i believe that um because i'm always um you know always yes when i'm going for communion just like for tonight i am very expectant you know there is a prayer that i had actually prayed that god for this communion this is what i seek from you now i've had them coming on severally and then you know i our custom in regime when we finish taking our communion we begin to pray you know i remember some years ago it was after a communion that i received the gift of speaking in tongues wow wow at some point in time immediately after coming on when we are led into prayers god opened my eyes i see things that are yet to happen beyond that i've seen people that got saved by the you know but by the fact that the holy spirit at that point in time of the communion convinced them beyond reasonable doubt that they are in the right place you know so there are many things that one can gain it shouldn't be seen as a religious or a culture or something that we just need to gather and do for every communion we think every day every time anytime anywhere it is highly significant and it actually has to do with one particular thing in our lives so what you don't always generalize it that is just a natural meal thank you thank you so much and the the meal for this month of september is third you shall be fruitful yes talking about god bless you part eight sub topic you shall be fruitful now to those who are watching us right now probably still contemplating because we still have time if you are around if anybody is around redemption come now can still make it throughout the years all right what should they expect to get at coming to this holy communion service okay um like i said earlier sir um we all have a desires and the bible tells us that god will grant us all our desires according to his will yes now um for people that are coming at the fact that we have the word fruitful saying you shall be fruitful you know that means god himself is fruitful yes yes the bible says emit things out of nothing you know and then it created a lot of things yes now in that wise the bible says in genesis chapter 1 and verse 28 he said and god blessed them and god commanded them he said be fruitful and multiply replenish the acts of view it have dominion i tell people that you know being fruitful is not a blessing being fruitful is your commandment it's a command why because if you look at the scripture very well the bible says and god bless them he did the work of jesus bless them i have blessed you with everything blessed yes so and god bless them come back and the lord said to them be fruitful so that means for you to be a christian there must be that out of fruitfulness in you that makes you to be identified with him the bible says they saw the disciples and they concluded they had been with jesus why because they saw the virtue of jesus in them all right thank you sir okay pastor modular you are you are on a line of thought earlier very powerful and i really want you to extend it talking about fruitfulness and holy communion so what is the meeting point what what is an only communion that can bring about fruitfulness okay earlier you you're talking about power so i'd like you to extend that probably giving us more yes okay thank you very much sir i mean that's still in line with what pastor wally so we're looking at fruitfulness we're looking at convenience yes and we're saying that let's even before we even speak about the holy communion let's talk about um just us as human beings merely i'm sure you if you're not fasting you probably would have eaten today because you'd probably be not work and you need the food to be productive yes if i imagine if you're not eating all day you will not be productive at work so it means that that food that you've eaten has you know walked in your body to generate and produce power to be able to walk now we know that now bringing it further now we know the spiritual dictates what happens in the physician if we are looking to be productive spiritually and even physically then there must be a meal if you're eating a physical meal to be productive physically and it means that there should be a spiritual meal for you to be productive spiritually that would even now dictate the physical productivity now let's take it to mexico where the children of israel were in captivity nowhere bantering before the program started and you know and if you look at it the israelites were in bondage for over 400 years they were in bondage but after just one meal just one meal that the lord directed them on how to go about it you believe initially yes they were not even agreeing with moses to go no yes you know it has been back and forth saying okay we will go tomorrow no we are not going again we say okay you can go but don't go very far you know but as soon as they took that there was a push everything changed everything changed they in short the you note that the the egyptians were saying come and you people will show myself start going [Music] when this is this is spiritual it's a spiritual meal where it's in the physical brain but we know it is the flesh of the lord and his blood that we are drinking so the major results that will come forth is for me it's the results i'm looking for because yes the fellowship is great you know it's from the fellowship we get the results but then it's the results i can prove to the world because if we're eating it and there are no results they will say there what are you people pastor what they have said about you know us showing that indeed we are christians and how do we show people want to see signs and wonders we want to see the evidence yes so this new is spiritual and then it will help us to create those things that the lord has already even put inside us to breath and bring to pass you know i really like the way you are trying to compare the physical with the spiritual person you know really but when we talk about coming to the table yes for feeding yes you know so many things happen at the table that people may not even consider if you invite me to your table you know at your table with there is nothing you cannot discover at the table whether formal or informal discussion you can discuss anything and so i also say that only coming on is an invitation to the table for you to discuss you know jesus you know jesus you know i've been looking for people from you what's [Music] inviting you over [Music] and we are all sitting up with him at the table you know um usually so dinners are a time when the day's work is done yes it's relaxed you know and then conversations that do you like your friends after the day's work is done yes he realizes that jesus christ compared that we should do it at night yes you know and interestingly our father in the lord that the jail keeps saying it that it's a meal to be had at night if we're ever invited somewhere and they are having it in the morning we should know how wisely avoid it and excuse that because if you look at the children of israel the example i was given in exodus they actually had it that night yes lord jesus with his disciples as well was at night exactly yeah all right so let's not in fact hey i'm i'm laughing now because i'm seriously gaining you know some certain things i've not really you know and as i said earlier jokingly i want to say it again my next message on only communion is going to be you know when you sit around the anointed man of god definitely you'll be inspired oh you'll be inspired are you sure [Laughter] we bless god and i was going to add to what uh pastor beg i just said okay you know coming to the table signifies a lot of things the people that come to your table are not strangers yes absolutely there is a level of relationship that you have with the people coming to your table or probably with the from the people coming to your table you know either way yes and most times there is always an invitation you know just let him come to the waters it will be filled you know jesus is always calling and then he wants a relationship he said that even though you're seeing this as read as khaled he says come i will make them as one as no you know jesus is not into um discrimination that he will say no you are black don't come near me no you are white don't come near me no you are this don't come here he invites everybody he wants a relationship he wants a fellowship and one thing that we enjoy being christians is that you know most times we go to him his ants are widely opened he wants to receive us more than the meal he wants to have a deeper relationship with god you know most times i get amazed by this um you know uh paul paul said that i may know him and i begin to remember paul that wrote a lot of episodes what else do you want to know about god but they wanted to know more how do you know deeper by coming to the table by discussion by you know telling me what you feel the bible says we do not have an eye please that cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities because in all ways it was tested you know it's our doctor is our engineer yes he's our physician he's jesus he can be anything to anybody so he calls us every time and one thing about him is that the bible says he that washes over us never slumbers muslims so if at the night time you want to come to the table you always meet him there he's not sleeping at the morning time you always meet him yes and everything that he needs to give us to revitalize our spirit is always made available he doesn't need to go to the markets to buy them yes he's in him as a matter of fact he's even him he's all sufficient he's all sufficient unless we leave this aside quickly let's address it who should partake of holy communion okay let me start from here yes um like we said earlier it is very hard for you to relate with somebody that you don't know okay there is a level of god that you know that actually makes you to be eligible for you know sitting with him at the table to eat his flesh and to drink his blood now and that is why i said earlier that um god jesus is not a racist that would say i don't want this i don't want to but disguise must be a level of willingness in you to fellowship with him for you to accept him as your personal lord and savior he wants that fellowship beyond you coming to the table he doesn't want you to come at the second day you are back like a dog you know that goes back to his vomit no so the people that would come to him are the people to understand that wants to have a continual fellowship with him and that they want to be identified with them so those that will come at to his table must be those that are not coming for what they are coming to gain but those that are coming for fellowship professionals because in the fellowship there are a lot of things yes let me just say this okay you know there was a time the bible says that um peter fished all night and they got nothing yes and the bible says you know jesus came and said let some to the land let me use the boat for preaching and then he did that and they began to preach the bible says afterwards he began to wash his necks and just you know that washing the neck signifies that they were done even though there were no fishes and jesus said let down your neck for your cash he didn't say let us do it probably maybe probably you know we are going to get some features he said he told him in fatigue because he knew everything and everything answers to him after i was baptized the bible says there was a voice from remember that said this is my beloved son in um that means there was no category of what was meant to listen to jesus animate inanimate anything he spoke to the tree they had he spoke to the wither that they had he spoke to the storm behind so he said lay down your neck for a case i'm going somewhere sir and the bible says peter said well we have to hold on there but we got nothing but nevertheless he laid down the net and the bible said the net began to break it was as a result of fellowship now the bible says every other people in that same area they left their boat and they came to epita why because the two boats began to think now those other people too afterwards they sought a relationship with jesus why because at the end of the day jesus said are you going to follow me or you're going to go with the fishes he looked at the difference he looked at jesus he looked it was a very tempting thing this is an investment but the bible says he went with jesus because he knew that so far i am with jesus i need no go to the strength before i get jesus relationship sir goes a long way in talking about communion and in an unending level of fruitfulness so to to be part of only communion and to be part of its blessing thereof you have to first seek for relationships with jesus relationship it goes a long way all right i'll be coming to you shortly but then i need to let our viewers know that uh very soon considering time will be linking up to the handle fruitfulness know as fast as wally mentioned earlier you know he said god himself is fruitful so and us that he has created yes he has commanded us to be fulfilled to be candid god is not pleased with anyone who is not fruitful i know that can you say that from the scriptures [Music] you know and this fruitfulness covers every aspect of life you know to someone who does not have who is married and is yet to give birth to children you know waiting waiting to give birth to children they you know god has already blessed that they should be fruitful for someone who's who materially probably is lacking you know financially or even mentally read the book with a father in the lord said someone could be barren mentality you could read for exams and get to the example and go blank that's not the design for of that's not how god has designed us today you know so and if you look at the parable of the talents you know jesus christ was trying to describe how it is when the lord has given so the lord is an investor he has invested in us making us alone you know interestingly you know this period where we are hearing that people have to be given oxygen when they have certain challenges and then there's a cost to one cylinder of oxygen a day i think i think it was said to be something about twenty thousand or something one cylinder of oxygen and i hear that we consume several of those cylinders per day thinking about it freely yeah freely so that means okay if you multiply that you know that means we are expensive to keep you know that means we are expensive we are very expensive for us wow so that means he's investing a lot in us already that's just talking about oxygen have you ever heard of someone trying to deliver transplant or kidney do you know how much it costs i know this is where they're already so the investment of god in each and every one of us is is yeah so he expects us to be productive we can't so he can't even have what's not and i was speaking about the parable of the talent you know the one who got one talent i went to bury it and said because i know that you're not a good person you know he he lost what he was given because it was not productive so we're now coming to the communion that we're speaking about about fruitfulness now sorry we should have come to i need to get the signal right are we ready to link up with the new arena now is everything ready over there we need to know uh when to to move on i need to know if everything is as soon as we don't overshoot our time yeah yeah oh okay okay okay thank you so that was quoted that you know um at you know he had died and god had wiped the earth with the floor that noah's time but the interesting thing is in genesis 9 god mentioned the blessing again upon noah and his children and the first thing he said as well again is be fruit food multiply and replenish so it's as if god has been pushing yes you guys go and be fruitful so god has provided for us to be fruitful what then remains is for us to access what is required and which is the part to be productive you know if it's if it's a if it's fruit of the womb there's there's there's the provision for its distribution yes provision for if it is mental burner there's provision for you not to be mentally burned if it is financial there is provision for it like we were saying he is all sufficient he has all those things already in him and when we are fellowshipping with him when we are communing with him or at the table then we can access all those things you know what pastor you have uh pastor modular nurse you are really you have touched something in my heart honestly you know why some people are standing somewhere even probably including myself say oh god you have not blessed me i don't have these i don't have that what should i thank god for what has god done for me but you know what you just said now the investment of god upon our lives is great it's great sir if i'm to buy kidney do you know how much it costs if i'm to buy oxygen if i'm to pay for blood if i'm to pay for whatever and all these things i have freely really yeah expensive we are very expensive we are everything we are friendly is even a sense of the fact that we need to appreciate ourselves yes exactly you know there was a time that i'm trying yeah i'm equally too expensive more expensive than all those things happening people want to commit crime to buying if you want to compare your own worth to it you don't have the choice exactly you don't have exactly you don't have the price by the most precious blood of jesus that they said at some point in time you know i've forgotten the administration topic but he said that um bless the lord oh my soul and all that is within me bless his holy took the cup when he had stopped saying this cup is the new testament in my blood this zoo yi as oft as ye drink it in remembrance of me and drink this cup yiddish show the lord that till he come wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread and drink the sculp of the lord unworthily shall be guilty of the body and blood of the lord but let a man examine himself and so let him eat of that bread and drink of that cup for his i eat it and drink it unworthily eat it and drink domination to himself not descending the lord's body for this cause many are weak and sickly among you and many sleep for if we would judge ourselves we should not be judged but when we are judged we are chastened of the lord that we should not be condemned with the word we are for my brethren when you come together to eat he took butter and milk and a cow of a witchy a dress and set it before them and is chewed by them under the tree and they did it and he said unto him where is sarah thy wife and he said behold in the tent and he said i will certainly return on today according to the time of life and lo sarah thy wife shall have a son and said i heard it in the 10 door which was behind him now abraham and sarah were old and well stricken in age and he ceased to be we said after the manner of women therefore sarah loved within herself saying after i'm wax old shall i have pleasure my lord being old also and the lord said unto abraham wherefore the sarah laughs saying shall i officially be a child which i'm old is anything too hard for the lord at the time appointed i will return unto thee according to destiny of a woman and a husband a meal that opened the womb that was hopelessly shot a meal that brought back to life the womb that was already dead a meal that led to tremendous fruitfulness so the unique communion of tonight is not just an ordinary one not just a regular one it's a holy communion that is going to lead to the opening of wombs [Applause] if you read genesis chapter 27 from verse 1 to 33 genesis 27 from verse 1 to 23 isaac said to esau prepare me the kind of meal that i like make me pleased with this very special meal that i may pour my blessing upon you you know the rest of the story somehow the mother of esau informed jacob of what the father was planning to do jacob prepared the meal very nice meal while he's always away brought to the father who didn't fully recognize him the father ate he was happy he was pleased and he poured tremendous blessings upon jacob after he finished and jacob had just gone out of the door the brother came back from the farm and the father said what are you talking about who is he that brought me food i've eaten i've enjoyed the meal i've already blessed him and if you look at verse 33 then he said and he shall be blessed when isaac enjoyed the meal he pronounced a blessing that cannot be reversed in the text that i write to you tonight abraham and sarah prepared the meal for god god enjoyed the meal and said whether you believe it or not whether you laugh [Music] immortally whether you want to say we've had to be say before in genesis chapter 12 you said that i will [Music] through my seed the nation of the world will be blessed in genesis 15 you repeatedly say in genesis 17 you said my seed would be like the stars of heaven now that we are old 25 years later you are now saying i will have a child because it doesn't matter whether you believe or not i've enjoyed this meal i'm pronouncing my blessing on you i am saying to you all the promises will become a decree [Applause] nine months from now sarah will have a son i stand on this holy altar and i decree to all those who are barren who are partaking of this holy communion whether they're here physically or they're watching at various viewing centers nine months from now you will come rejoicing [Applause] [Music] now man prepared meal for god he enjoyed the meal he was pleased he made a decree and the degree came to pass can you then imagine a meal prepared by god not by man and i'm telling you god is a good cook in psalm 23 verse 5 psalm 23 verse 5 david said now preparing before me a table before me in the presence of my enemies god is a good cook he knows how to how to prepare table and the meal that he has prepared the lamb that he used for the meat you know abraham got a calf god got a lamb his old beloved son john chapter 1 verse 29 the bread that he said we're going to eat according to john chapter 6 from verse 48 to 51 john 6 48-51 is the bread from heaven the bread of life the wine you're going to drink according to luke 22 from verse 19 to 20 luke 22 from verse 19 to 20 is the very blood of the lamb of the lord himself he has gone to a great extent to prepare a wonderful meal you can then imagine what will be his pain if you treat that meal casually i mean in matthew chapter 22 from verse 1 to 14 matthew 22 from verse 1 to 40. he told us a story about a king who prepared a mighty meal at the wedding of his son and then he invited people to come and eat have prepared and he was saying we were not interested he was so pained that he dealt with those people very harshly you know the bible says when you come to the holy communion don't come on what they live because if you handle it carelessly it can kill but if you come to that table with joy with excitement with faith believing that this meal provided by god himself is the meal that is going to open my womb is a meal that is going to turn around my destiny oh then god will be pleased because the bible says in hebrews chapter 11 verse 6 hebrews 11 6. he says without faith it is impossible to please god what does that mean with faith it is possible to please god tonight is not asking you to prepare a meal for him he has prepared the meal but he's asking you to come and eat that meal with faith is expecting you to come and demonstrate your faith in him that you will eat this meal this particular meal and very soon you begin to give back to glorious children [Applause] god is always moved by faith i was telling my children that one of the money devotions last week talking about the power of faith how god can be pleased by faith so i reminded them of somebody who wrote me a letter and said daddy i'm not asking you to pray for me i'm not asking you to invite me for prayers all i want you to do is read this letter i know if you read this letter i will get my miracle so i read the letter and i said to god let it be to her according to her faith two weeks later i got another letter ah thank you daddy i know you read my letter because i got my miracle have faith connected to god our faith pleased god and led through a miracle i want you to come to the table tonight with faith that by the time we have the next convention you'll be coming forward with your children [Applause] the meal is ready prepared by god he will be pleased if you don't treat his meal casually it will be pleased if you take the with faith and we're not just talking about [Music] physical wounds now we're not talking about women who are barrenna we're also talking about people who have been considered fruitless in every facet of their lives come true and god will open your womb and you'll be fruitful in every area of life [Applause] the holy communion is an extremely special meal powerful highly anointed the only meal that god himself could have prepared that's why the bible says don't take it or what delay don't take it if you are not a child of god don't take it if you are living and saying don't take it if you have a brother or sister who offended you that you have not forgiven because if we do so it detects that what's real to us you can become weak you can even die but you eat it worthy you eat it with faith it will open your womb so if there's anyone here who is not yet a child of god if you want to surrender your life to jesus want to say bye bye to a life of sin please come now we will give you two minutes we will settle your case first before we go forward to this important meal so i'm going to count from one to five if you want to surrender your life to jesus come now the almighty god is waiting is ready to save your soul is ready to forgive your sins come there's power mighty in his blood to wash away your sins and to make you a child of god i'm counting now one [Music] two as for those of you are
