we gonna go let's just go Tina let's go team to be safe all right what we're gonna do is you gonna start here all right we got Santa do ready okay Oh okay I went inspected that's the only way I would expect one is desert but I'm still alive ah whoo we made it abbreviated workout let's do it I'm a race Antony yeah look we cut through a lot but as you see you take those routines and you master based off muscle memory that's the number one thing when someone talked about being in shape or working out consistently consistently how can you work out everything how can you work out every day saying where you train your brain every day with three-part beings my embodied spirit you can feed one and not feed of so feed at all that's what your muscles acts for it acts for endurance that's why the repetitions are so high so high so high so before we get done if we were to finish the entire workout we'd have been over part of fifteen hundred reps pretty much on everything combined and that's how I break down my workouts from 60 minutes I take an hour and a half to two hour break 60-minute hour and a half twelve sixty minutes I always start with car to your hallways and work hard Hill everything get between his weights my new Wednesdays and Fridays abs four times skip to one day abs and so I never really take a break on the day I really rest the Sundays you know cuz I truly believe in the Sabbath day and some days most of the days now now definitely stretching is a big part of my routine and that's why I try to tell young kids if you want to be in this business long enough you know saying you got to take care your body this is our temple man I just hire I develop a work ethic a long time ago and so I really appreciate the opportunity to just share with you and share with more people out there that's that's whatever it may be struggling with whatever it is get out of the house get off the couch because time waits on the one and only thing that we have in our younger days that's going to help us in our older days is what did you do with your body when you were young I've lost a lot of people in my day and it's because our bodies are feeling watch the foods that you put in your body a gallon of water that's a start for me two gallons of water is my average everyday watch what we're doing to ourselves let's put back into ourselves that's what I say that so that's why I thank for the opportunity being here bro we thank you it's definitely been the most intense celebrity sweat thus far I want to say that just for definitely on you know say the mind controls the body your body creates your soul so mind body and soul at all times I appreciate that definitely so long we want to thank again future hall-of-famer my name is Trey Lewis again a huge fan and so many are out there watching this right now your your man you're the epitome of what it takes to definitely succeed not just in sports but just in life period man as you said again everything that we've been able to do physically it helps you mentally because to do it physically you're saying that you can overcome you know how so many people do give up I try to stress that too a lot of people that say my camp -
