I canโt wait to watch one of these for Ed Reed in a few years. Amazing video
Love him, or hate him, Ray Lewis has the ability to make any grown man wanna run through a brick wall for him. The man can lead.
GOAT
Iโm not crying. Youโre crying.
Yeah I got misty eyed. I got to watch Ray since 2000. I was watching this clip thinking "yup, Dustin Keller was never the same after that hit." "I remember that pick against the Browns on ESPN, he hurt himself on that pick and had to come out of the game." "Oh Ray lighting up the Buccaneers, 'I'm a machine, jerk!'"
I live in NY now and I tell people all the time, Ravens fans were so damn spoiled during those years. When he and Ed played at the highest level at the same time? And we got to watch Jammal Lewis run for 2k yards?! I even remember watching Ogden play after play during the Boller years, just because the RE/ROLB stood no chance and it was fun to see.
I love the Ravens, I'll always, ALWAYS love the Ravens. But nothing is ever going to beat watching Ray every Sunday, knowing that you were going to watch the best bring his best every damn time. I love this team, man.
Know what hurts? Watching that highlight reel and realizing not a single hit wouldnโt got unpenalized in todayโs game even the ones that just โlook badโ even if legal. God I miss these games.
