thank you i'm sure i'll see you again all right everyone we made it back home another fantastic day of garage sales didn't necessarily buy a ton this time but found some really great stuff so real quick let me show you what i picked up to resell at one sale i found three nintendo ds cases i've been finding like a lot of uh ds's it seems like at yard sales lately so i figured for a buck a piece i might as well grab these and uh as i find them i can kind of bundle them with the systems and you know maybe get a few bucks more so that's why i grabbed those and then at this hill here i spent 30 bucks and it was kind of a weird deal but let me tell you what i was thinking she had this radar detector it's a cobra radar detector she was asking 30 bucks for it but said make an offer i figured it was probably worth about 20 or 30 bucks but then i spotted this box of posters and i was just really intrigued by them they're all like vintage sports posters mainly so i kind of just offered what i thought the radar detector was worth so i could get a better deal on the posters and uh you know just kind of look through them at my leisure later so what we have here are pretty much all uh old kostakus brothers posters um they were they were really big like back in the 80s and 90s for like sports posters there's some that are really valuable and she said her husband worked for the printer so i don't know if he actually worked for costas brothers or whoever they contracted stuff out to i'm not sure but there's some pretty cool stuff in here this is probably one of my favorites it's uh got michael jordan scottie pippen and uh dennis rodman i thought that one was really neat it's got some wrinkles in it but it should iron right out and then there's a few of these jordan posters right here i think there's like three or four of these that one's also really cool posters are really hard to show on video there's a penny hardaway that one's really neat too i think i think there's only one of these and there's probably like 20 of these sami sosa posters and then a handful of these mark maguires and then i think there's some poppy stuff in there too yeah but like i said really hard to show this stuff but i i just thought it was neat and i kind of wanted to gamble on it um i'll just i'll just probably donate the ones i don't want and and like list the cream of the crop so we'll see earlier in the day i paid 20 for this sony rdr vx535 vhs dvd recorder has the manual and the remotes there was a time in my reselling journey like 2017 2018 where pretty much 90 of what i sold were like vcrs stereo components combo units and stuff like that i spent about a year doing that and i didn't really have a lot of returns but i had a lot of bad buys as far as not working so i did kind of back away from that business model but for 20 bucks being a sony dvd recorder um you're pretty safe as long as it has the remote because if nothing else the remote can usually get your money back so so as a working unit i think this is probably worth probably 150 to 200 bucks somewhere or if it doesn't end up working the remote is probably worth 30 to 40 bucks so either way it's a win and another sale grabbed a few things here's a little stack of comics like some walking dead and some george rr martin stuff these were all just like super cheap and i'm a sucker when it comes to picking up cheap comics because you're very rarely gonna find gold but you just never know so it's worth spending the i think this was like two bucks for this whole stack at that same sale got yoshi's island super mario advance 3 game cartridge for the game boy advance paid a dollar for that and i think this is worth around 20. and then i paid 10 for an xbox one connect bar these aren't huge money but for 10 bucks they're kind of a no-brainer because you can usually get around like 35 to 40 plus shipping i think or or like 50 to 60 shipped so so at 10 bucks there's definitely profit there and i'm always happy to find those and then at that same sale i grabbed something for personal use it was it was this 32 inch hp monitor it's a 32 qhd monitor i've kind of been wanting a bigger monitor and there was no way that i was going to pay the price to buy a new one so i found this one without a power supply they were asking 20 with no power supply said make an offer so i i just said 15. stopped and got a universal power supply and it fired right up it's got a little scratch right there but that doesn't bother me it's kind of obnoxious of course i had to look it up on ebay afterwards even though i wasn't going to sell it and you know these can sell for like close to 300 bucks like two to three hundred bucks and with the power supply i have 45 dollars into it so definitely a cool score always fun to find something for yourself and then the absolute best find of the day ended up being this box of action figures so when i was kind of looking through the box a little bit i saw what appeared to be just like a lot of mcfarland figures but mcfarland figures can be extremely hit or miss so i wasn't expecting too much but i didn't really dig through the box either there are plenty of mcfarlane figures this one's actually pretty cool it's a spawn club promo figure from i think 1996 still in the package so that one's actually pretty cool i believe this horse is a mcfarland thunderhoof i think turns out that it actually has comps on its own for like 50 to 60 bucks so that was that was a nice little surprise right there and then there's another horse from his dark ages series and then a lot of these are the brand swc which is i think stan winston collection so there's a few that are missing parts and pieces but for the most part i think a lot of these figures are going to be worth like you know like maybe 10 to 15 bucks a piece but there's a ton of them down here there's ash from evil dead that one's pretty cool and this one's actually pretty cool this is a 12 inch talking punching chip hazard from small soldiers i'm not sure if his weapons are in there or not but i think this by itself after i change the batteries can can sell for like 30 to 40 bucks on its own so that one's pretty cool and then there's one of the six inch small soldiers action figures so yeah there's plenty of money just in this stuff but what i was really surprised about were the small figures i've started separating some of them already i started matching up people with their weapons there's a bag of weapons that i still have to figure out who they go to but what these are are vintage toy biz resident evil figures they're from like 98 and 99 i think and these things they were not on my radar but i tell you they are now because these figures can sell for quite a bit of money like just what i have here i think i can lock this up and get over 200 just just for what's here but if i want to piece everything out and sell it like with their weapons or like with the little nemesis they came with some of these can go for like 30 to 50 bucks per little set so i'm not quite sure what i'm going to do yet i think i have like 18 different figures so that's going to add up pretty well i think i will piece them out because it's going to maximize and it won't be that hard so that's that's probably what i'll do and then inside this bag are some more resident evil figures but these are from the palisades brand and they're a little bit more intricate a little bigger but the ones i have are also kind of missing stands and pieces and stuff these can actually sell for quite a bit of money too so on these i probably will just kind of sell them as a parts lot and i think that these three figures with these accessories that i have will probably sell for like you know 50 bucks for parts which is which is pretty incredible considering i paid 15 for the entire box of all this stuff and made several times my money just on the just on the not so great mcfarland stuff so pretty cool so definitely keep an eye out for these uh resident evil figures they're they're a little grotesque because they're kind of hard to miss a lot of zombie stuff just really really weird not everyone's taste but if they catch your eye it looks like you can make a lot of money on them so that's what i plan to do all right guys that is all i got for you this time as always i want to
