Quick Tip. Pins and locks on characters(easy) Daz

whatever everybody so here's a quick one have you ever noticed if you're trying to move something they are locked and you can only move them to certain places well ever wondered what this is or that is if i take this one and i set limits to off you can start rotating that thing however you want it now don't go crazy but sometimes you just need that extra little bit that it doesn't give you and now you can do that you can twist as much as you want and you can go mental with it don't worry don't go mental okay but uh sometimes you just need that little bit to get that position that you want and you can do that uh the other thing you can switch them back on bam and it'll go back to being normal the other thing is this little thing what does this thing do so let's say i take this hand right and i click on the hand come on mr hand click on it and you get this little thing with everything that you select if i click on this and say pin translation and pin rotation check this out if you're holding something or if it's holding and you you want that hand to stay there let's say you've posed it or whatever and you want that that hand to stay there well that's a good way of allowing that hand to stay in that position which is pretty cool you can do that with all any parts that you want like let's say he's holding a box or she's holding a box or something and you can pin your translation and rotation or just one or the other and you can go ahead and you can start moving your character and it'll stick in that position and you can do the same with the the legs i mean that's a cool one like if you do something with the legs like this pin rotation pin ah no and you do those two check it out so let's say you want her to bend or whatever and now she'll stay in place with those legs pretty cool well as much as it possibly can that's just a quick tip if you ever wanted to uh behind something or you wanted a part of her or him to stay in a place that's a nice way of doing it and once again you can click it and you can un unpin that and unpin that boom or unpanel boom and then it's back to doing whatever you want it to do okay hope that helps and i'll see you in the next one
