hey guys this your face baby of chasing on today and welcome to chef Stephane today we're going to feature a simple easy recipe crab it's finish lasagna my personal favorite and hey let's start some shopping over there why back for the fun of it so let's do it you guys ready let's go here we are we got all our units that we need for this entire I should be right in front of us so let's start with our vegetables here so we're gonna have some asparagus just in the side of our lasagna for a nice little green vegetable there we have two red bell peppers three white onions a little bit of spinach here I went ahead and took some of the ricotta mix here and we mixed it out with two cups of sour cream and a little bit of seasoned celery seed black pepper sauce oh wait I'm just for a bit of good flavor you know me over here we have our bursaries for essentials so some generic sauce you can get traditional marinara whatever you like I like to use vodka sauce I think it personally tastes a little bit better but you know to each his own I have some other crazy lasagna here this is all I can find in store this time so hey let's use two cans of lump crabmeat you can use as many as you like hey you like it I love it and a little bit of heavy cream these are all our ingredients here that we need for this entire dish you guys ready okay guys so here we're gonna go ahead and prepare our asparagus for we're ready to put in the oven let's give it a little bit of olive oil and we're gonna hit it with some sea salt and cracked black pepper all right and what you want to do is just go ahead and massage that get it nice and covered it's headed to the side next we're gonna go ahead and chop up our onions you want a nice small dice okay however to your liking small/medium next we're gonna chop up our red pepper same way let's give it a nice more medium dice so guys let's go get that chopped up we're gonna go ahead and move over those peppers and onions to a sheet pan all right next you want to melt down your butter and a nice medium sized pot room enough to have all your sauce in okay we're gonna go ahead and add those onions and peppers to that melted butter until it gets nice and translucent next we're gonna add in our spinach and cook that down a little bit and then you wanna add go ahead and throwing the seasonings Old Bay salt and pepper next you're gonna add in your sauce mixture so you want your heavy cream and your marinara sauce as well as your vodka sauce guys whatever sauce if you like it please start it and then mix it together and we're gonna cook that for about five minutes next guys you want to get a nice sized pot and we're gonna go ahead and saute that shrimp up in some butter alright guys so here we have our sauce mixture here with our bell peppers our onions village and our cream sauce we also have our comest our cream mixture here with a little bit of our Parmesan cheese mixed in there as well here we have our crabmeat still you can season to taste as you build that the oven ready lasagna sheets over good to go so first we're going to take I like to take a layer of sauce and just layer the bottom just like this so you can take like two spoonfuls and just get that sauce in the bottom you know what I mean no one wants to drive us on it's destroyed you have to say hi okay so we're gonna go ahead and put a little sauce on the bottom and then we're gonna start with the sheets just so we can have something at the base I've been ready no need to boil at all you can fit about six of these on the bottom and it's okay to like shingle the lasagna sheet you can make cheese with it have a sheet will effect all right so again so we'll start off with some more sauce here on top of the sheets it smells amazing all right so we have our sauce on top of the sheet next we're gonna put a little bit of crab meat don't be shy remember we have two cans and all of this is gonna go in here you want to make sure you sprinkle it all over so you can get essentially a bite in everybody you have crab meat and shrimp and everything else all right so again my crowd me I like just put a little bit of Oh baby we are in lemon okay it's a little bit of old bay for flavor get that good good good good good got seasoning in there and then we're gonna put a little bit of the shrimp that's 1/2 and so from there we're gonna add our ricotta mixture here this you can also season again with old bay salt pepper garlic whatever seasons you like to each its own you know you use your preference I like everything about with spicy so of course everything has a little touch of cayenne in it and then you can also make it as thick as you want to or loose if you want to I like a mixture like lasagna it's not a cute dish she's not I mean it's almost like you know you want to be like just a little bit messy but Messier the better tell TV show us that all right so then we have we have our work on emissions cheese the way I like to cook though every layer should have all elements that way it binds together and you just get like a powerful powerful dish you know you make fried chicken you can't seizing your chicken not seizing your flour you have to do both alright so here we go we're gonna put the oven designer sheets here again a shingle effect is okay if you don't have enough space or filler so you don't have enough space you can kind of do a shimmer effect and make it do what it do sidebar I think I put too many others all right so let's help our own sheets we're going to go ahead and sauce it up again this looks so good definitely gonna have extra I may be able to do a second part all right not to my sauce you know just make sure it's nice in that face value and just be able to coat the back and spoon all right so we're going to layer with my crab meat again I'm gonna save a little bit of this crab me I'm gonna do one layer dish alright guys to add on this layer we're gonna go ahead and put that saute strip on there alright that looks great it smells amazing we're gonna add a little bit more of our ricotta mixture and seasonings and we just want to make sure we spread that all around nice and tight looks great next we're gonna add a little bit more Parmesan cheese and then we're gonna do a final layer alright guys so here we are at our final stage we're gonna go ahead and put one more layer of sauce on top of our lasagna sheets alright just so the cheese is directly on top of those on cheese I like to use sharp cheddar and Parmesan for my final coating but you can definitely use cheese to your preference and then we're gonna go ahead and stick that in the oven guys and here we have it guys this is our final look right here look at that it is beautiful nice and crispy on the top juicy in the middle this is how you want you to Sonia our asparagus is nice and right look at this the cheese is oozing out it looks amazing that guys this is your final look I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial
