Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes Made by a Restaurant Cook!!!!

well I'm so excited because now we're getting ready to make your Maryland crab cakes and you're using Maryland blue crabs and you like to use the backspin and is there a reason why you like to use the back then well I think it cause it makes it better crab cakes crab balls make better Imperial crabs better stuffed shrimp whatever you want to use they'd love for its mix better Oh back pin if that's a bad better it's better okay so let's get started I'm excited to learn okay I'm gonna first start with my two eggs so you basically use it one block per and then I'm gonna rip them a little and then after up with them a little then a bad omen mustard [Music] some black pepper - right right and then from them Oh Edie my man expenses [Music] and now with that so you said you use I miss mayonnaise I [Music] [Music] saw hot sauce that's what I like give it extra spice a lot of good flavor [Music] little of all days but you said you don't like to add too much old families mostly because you don't want it to overpower and I also have fault invest in the hall and then I'll add in my you have some sauteed green pepper red pepper and a sauteed [Music] and then I whisk in my right and you made these fresh breadcrumbs cut the crusts off of it and implement in the food processor right [Music] well Cassie autumn made so many and once I trim the cross off of the bread I use three slices of the bread for each bang okay bread for each Pat ever after I trim it okay cuz I don't like the crust in here the crust makes it a little dark to bright and then after this is all mixed [Music] and when you have your crab man you kind of like check and this has crab cake recipe that you learn right yes have been did you work in the restaurant [Music] and all of it was dealing with si si si I was a cook I was cooking the boat I've made crap house I made all the cream of crab soup all the vegetable soup I made all of it I met Rodney I get all of that from scratch and I heard so many good [Music] and I like it I'm like I like what I was doing I got a lot of everybody there [Music] I went up that little [Music] Neverland never miss a day and never miss [Music] how are you Hey [Music] and you still work in my mind and my spirit I feel good and I get a pain [Music] you know it's Thompson mixes the crabmeat with the feeling that you did not just forward it in and you lightly fold it cuz you don't want a crate because you want to break it up you don't have a lot secrets that much bread to a per pound see it's not a whole lot you won't go on a crab cake [Music] did you want me to add some olive oil let me know how much [Music] and you always face it takes a different city to update how much I taste while you cook it so do you know what you need to add something else [Music] good huh I don't know Mike I don't know about that it is because I smell so good I'm ready to try some [Music] you got some two little sections of crab cake but you rather than deep-frying yes [Music] and I like lady I go to her house and put her on it so then your citizen place in hunting down okay it called friendly health center okay so first thing I do I goes to her mama her daughter's house and when the boss come and pick her up and put her on get on the bus and woke her up then I get in my car and I goes down put him down two of us sick where she goes and who stays in there until 2:15 Rosco it's a wonder there was some activity around the paint but you got stairs i'ma show you a lot of stuff that I've been here okay play bingo checkers all that stuff and twice a month they take them to [Music] then twice a free time a year they picked up the whole staff Golden Corral okay there we have Christmas party and everybody's birthday they celebrate everybody birthdays mix it up in the second we have ice cream and cake made [Music] that's something I have some of the other people with they bingo and jingle some of the notes it's names and different things they don't know or wouldn't say that Anthony garage they don't know what a garage is you have to put a chip on it and help them like that a lot of put sweaters and coats and hats phone when your boss car those are very warnings oh yeah yeah you know a lot of money and it gives you this man it's something to do lately I go to in high-impact [Music] and Fridays I'm just a companion for her and that's such a wonderful segment is still working and Oh God still working still try getting around you don't need anybody to take care of you that's amazing really fun it's all you're not the real almighty it's all because of the Almighty God I put my trust and when I get up anymore I put him first and everything I do up with God first and I don't worry about anything I just go on but my daily [Music] [Music] nice and golden we can on that I like a pretty like that right all right and it smells so good you just can't wait to eat back and what the I can use our aid I don't use a capital C for special crab cakes because the fish and strength I eat Martha but feeling is thought--who used with crab meat I don't ever care where I get but they always say what you take something I said no you know you have it the familiar man after don't but NASA insurance above I'm a fashion heart and we we live in a good area where you can get a lot of fresh fish but it is in the summertime so you want to check out of the day are they okay [Music] and for how long I don't come oh I don't time because everything in it most of that is stomachs that's the egg baby food you know right and the hot sauce hey Lou and the other ingredient as a chopped-up general all right so you're basically doing it right okay so I'm gonna bring you the pen here so when they're ready I can just put them on my just sit it down practice really not a time for some No let's get everything together just like I do it's like when I do my bread pudding or anything if I have to make some somebody tomorrow I'll get everything ready and sit on a cake all I have to do I won't have to run back and forth you know everything is right at my finger okay so now we fried up all those crab cakes and we have a little tartar sauce to go with this all right [Music] see normally crackers I don't like it yeah I'm sure you try so many of them but that's the first time I've tried to crab cake Wow it's absolutely delicious dynamite is almost I mean it's like you're going to a restaurant it's so good it's very very good are you tastes mostly crappy you don't taste all the extra bread Phil it's very like very like you taste the hot sauce [Music] very dilute thank you so
