Qatar Airways Business Class - FOOD REVIEW!! 🇶🇦 Bangkok to Doha to Milan

today we're flying Qatar Airways business class from Bangkok to Doha with a quick layover I was going to take it kind of light but I couldn't resist the lamb shank and then on to Milan Italy known for their comfort award-winning service and delicious inflight food it's really fluffy aromatic you see the oil all here's the oh huge what a dish let's see what it's like to fly on the world's number two best airline here we go welcome to power Airways hey everyone it's Mark wans we're starting off in Bangkok this evening uh let's go check [Music] in our first flight is from Bangkok to Doha and we leave at 7:10 p.m. this [Music] evening uh we're all checked in let's go through sec SEC it's an A380 where we'll be on the top [Music] level um TV in the front plenty of leg space they just came around with loungewear big pillow another pillow huge blanket and gift on the table and then they also came around with the the menu so I think we'll we're leaving at 700 p.m. so I think we'll have dinner on the flight the first meal yeah thank you welcome aers let's see what's inside fresh lotion face cream a lot of good options on the menu Ian Kitty chai signature dishes nice he's a very well-known Chef in Thailand dinner order is in that's a lot of choices oh man I'm hungry before dinner uh some nuts your chili oh thank you [Music] okay man katar really takes it to the next level candle light dinner the artisanal bread is served and one of the cool things is that you can choose your flavor of olive oil and so I got that tomato chili olive oil oh yeah the bread is really soft and fluffy oh yeah and you do taste the chili kind of at the the back of your throat all right I'm almost Bush salmon today M oh and the dill creamy salty okay we're moving on to the next course this is uh cream of mushroom soup truffle oil oh wow oh that is thick oh oh it's a whole grinder oh with that pepper that takes it to the next level okay we got a little lucky cuz my wife Ying is sitting behind me and she's not hungry but she ordered all the different dishes that I didn't order I ordered the Arabian or the Qatari met but this one is the scallops by Chef Ian looks like uh I think that's um pomelo maybe crispy shallots Tomatoes Wild open Beetle leaves as well few chilies and some ginger or some shallots on here lemongrass as well even some gold leaves on top as well oh man that's a big scallop okay and now my my appetizer has arrived the Arabic me Little P bread and mam oh mam I love it a mix of walnuts and chili oh oh it's airtight it's a little [Music] pillow chilies nuts I'm not sure if there's tomato in there too it has a nice acidity to it but Rich creamy let's try that hummus oh yeah you can tell how creamy foamy this is [Music] okay and then for the Tabo personally Sol okay here we go first main course and it's the golf style uh Biryani with shrimps oh yeah it's really fluffy aromatic you see the oil oh here's the oh huge prawn on the inside oh man that is extremely fluffy very aromatic I mean definitely the turmeric in there maybe kind of like a clove cardamom pver to the crispy shallots what a dish thank you okay so my next main course has arrived this is the G by Chef Ian Kitty chai uh so it is a grilled chicken from south of Thailand and typically gagal is with a coconut milk barbecue sauce Oh there's riceberry uh kind of like a purple rice on the bottom that sauce you can smell the coconut the crispy shallots and then uh some oh some broccoli on the side a little bit sweet I mean you taste the red chilies in there the coconut milk um almost has a similar flavor to panang curry really nice actually the food is delicious on Qatar I mean you really taste the quality the freshness of all the ingredients and the dishes are really I mean really well planned out I think I can say it's my first time to eat riceberry on an airplane I typically eat riceberry when I'm at home I really like it it's a a nutrient dense antioxidants good flavor good [Applause] texture broccoli is a little overcooked okay moving on to the next course and I ended up getting the cheese plate and these grapes look at the size of these grapes oh man these grapes are huge it's almost like a little mini Plum it's a massive grape oh yeah oh it's an amazing grap and then so much juice I like berries I mean fruit in general but berries are the perfect way to end a meal blueberries raspberries strawberries and that was a really good [Applause] [Music] meal wow Mirror Mirror mini mirror but I think we have about a 4 and 1 half hours or so until we get to Doha but I'm going to call it a night and I will see you in the morning [Music] welcome to Doha it's about 10:30 p.m. we're going to transfer wow nicely done Doha smooth efficient modern high-tech and welcome to DOA [Music] Airport okay oh yes made it to the lounge excellent [Music] service I was going to take it kind of light but I couldn't resist the lamb shank oh that melts in your mouth a midnight snack I wasn't even hungry when I came into the lounge but the the lamb shank has rejuven yeah called [Music] me couldn't resist the sushi bar [Music] so one side of the lounge that first side of the lounge is more of the buffet Lounge uh that's a busy section the other side of the lounge is more of the quiet section uh where they they still have some food here but it's more of a relaxing lounge overlooking the gardens and so we've transferred over here in the meantime we might go well Ying wants to go check out something else oh [Music] nice so Ying wanted to take a shower and then there was no line no qu so I decided to take a shower but great to be able to take a shower in the middle of your flight oh man what a lounge niceo I don't think we ever took the the golf cart in the airport okay we're on our way to catch our flight now to Milan c81 the seat is pretty much the same as last plane but this is a different uh aircraft actually it's almost the same length six I think she said 6 and 1/2 hour flight uh but this time we have the the the middle seats we do have a menu but it's only a 6 and 1/2 hour flight in the middle of the night I'm really really sleepy and I'm pretty full still from the lounge so we might just try to sleep immediately and then maybe try some some of the snacks later on okay check this out next I got dumplings well these look really good a sort of dumpling oh there's some noodles on the bottom too with some sauce on the [Music] side smell garlic vinegar soy sauce as well oh yeah it's hot shrimp I love the garlic on there think that one's a vegetable fresh fruit cantaloupe melon grapes and I think this is going to be my last thing to eat on this flight as we have about an hour left until we land welcome to Milan the local to here welcome to Milan Mal Pensa airport it's about 45 minutes outside of the city I think but that was and I mean fantastic flights uh Qatar Airways takes the service to the next
