boss you know like it was that bad it was that bad ladies and gentlemen welcome back to I have been meaning to ask on the bench today ma you will agree with me this is a man some of you have reached out to me and said man bring Pastor tea bring Pastor tea bring Pastor tea you know what I'm done hearing that he's on the bench today thank you is a big thing man C any c bench over here we call it the bench but it's a bit softer it's so good to see you good to have you born in s my goodness okay why do I think it was Li Liu is deployment well done luru is a new territory okay so was born in samburu then raised up in narok okay the best part of my life I've grown in narok okay so childhood memories youth okay okay but then it feels like there are many other tribes and especially the kikuu tribe in the M areas yeah the you end up there the Kik tribe of course because of the proximity of nakuru okay and also you know Nasha and all that but if you know the history of Kenya 1992 1997 uh the clashes were very much ethnically profiling so most of the kikuu who invested in Nasha and kambu and even part of limuru came from Naro majority of them wow were it not for clashes narok will be in the same level as nakur is that right yeah this is what the late president Mo used to say narok lost such an inheritance because of ethnicity and of course it from the leadership because no one was born hating another Tri we all GRE knowing we are human same same blood same Sun it takes someone to doctrinate you that someone is different from you and it's always the leaders yeah it's always the leaders you know the philosophy of divide and Rule yeah you can either use a tribe you can use economic class you can use race and you can also use nationalities so ideally that has been the in the school of politics that's what they in Kenya sadly tribe works for majority yeah which is quite sad which is quite sad um so you have this integration of you know different tribes in Naro how did that um shape your upbringing uh of course growing as um as as a kikuyu that's what you call a marginalized Community back in the days but later the city became a metropolitan and now we could not see the whole con ccept of the Town being dominated by mass only different communities were there and of course diversity of culture of course brings a lot of growth in any Community language challenges the town but Metropolitan setup there's a lot of Challenge on view setup culture and even how people carry on their life so of course we're exposed that's why some of us even knowing our mother tongue is a problem yeah cuz now who was there to teach us every a different though we hear it wow wow schooling was scholing I was running like a small gang so my dad okay in class four well done so my dad felt uh this bad blood so was taken to a boarding school called M boys Bing in Elbo then went to St Joseph's Junior Seminary um my my dad really wanted wanted a school I'll be grounded yeah and the Seminary was a place where they were nurturing fathers yes to be a priest yes but some of us that was not our calling but the Seminary played a major role in terms of uh grounding but also in terms of what I call H questioning the faith yeah because now that was a place where we're exposed and were given the leeway to question the faith okay H so which again pushed me to atheism because the answers I couldn't get from some sections so at some point you were an atheist you didn't believe there was a God I didn't believe there was a God and I felt like there's a book I read but I read when I'm a Believer now yeah and that book was that book has been written trying to understand the concept of eternal life and how it shapes morality M so basically I felt hell was a story a certain religion is selling just to sell fear so that some of us cannot have fun wow and there are many people who believe that it's a western religion was brought to us and we were spoonfed so anything that came from the West is supposed to be negative right that's of course when you go to Buddhism India I mean a Buddhist and you know the whole concept of Kama uh the whole concept of the afterlife I think it's only atheism that doesn't believe there's an after which was very comfortable with that ideology like you know we showed up we live we die we decompose become humor and you know another being shows up and when they die that's when they die your heaven and hell is on Earth absolutely so I was uh you know that kind of uh when when I felt the church couldn't answer my questions I felt like there's another pathway okay so I began now to lean towards rastafarianism because there's that point of African Renaissance okay and the only people who were so close to me it was not my culture it was the Rastafarian yeah uh you know uh conjoined together with hip-hop yeah cuz the whole concept of hip-hop black Hip Hop guner rap and all that it was black Revolution and now when you go deeper into hip-hop it was celebration of black men as Gods yeah you know like this person has to come brainwash you take away your culture take away your identity and then plant another white man identity so reg calls the white man system Babylon yeah and you know the black people begin we were the the brains the Builders of the pyramids the black people dominated that's all started yeah abely so when you look at that the concept of Education it's such a deep concept men Musa the civilization that existed before the white supremacy for me it made sense wow cuz it brought a sense of identity so after the black Messiah yeah yes I after black Messiah you see pass of Truth uh you'll end up finding many truths yeah until you encounter the ideal truth absolutely without a doubt so you were looking for the truth you looking for something in as much as you had become an atheist at some point you said you know what they they must something deeper yeah yeah yeah it's not what everyone says YOLO you only leave wi and then after that now you know it's not about that personally I felt you know bringing God on board was intellectual La you know anything you can't explain you say God so I felt like and and I was an I was an I was what I call intellectualist yeah anything that sounded intellectual personally to me but I was also uh this kind of guy who wants to look at the coin from the three sides don't just tell me you have the head and the tail can we try to see there's another side of the coin so very argument you like to analyze things question and challenge how things are done not from a Critic level sometimes people call us critics but we're just trying to put people into a pedestal we've been going this way so it's just that point of trying to see things from a different lens so you go into to boarding at class 4 yes how long are you in boarding until class yes yes well done high school and then High School where where in high school uh in in St Joseph Junior sem no no no that's Mo okay yeah and and that was you know in the height of that whole post elction not post elction but there was a lot of um uh acrimony in that in that even in Elon J Elon those areas I remember those areas up to date they still hot spots look at them I hear people joke about elections and post elction especially in Nairobi on Twitter you guys it know like it was that bad it was that bad was targeting the boy anyone that is a male from this when you hear ethnic to protect yourself to say on this other side for it was more versus and all that so you you taught when they say you say when they ask you say so so you have to say that so that people understand so they know this is one of us wow yes this things are real yet Kenyans don't actually feel or actually even know the magnitude of these things so people in the same Nation that's how they were living they I will say they were real uh yeah cuz you even lost around 10 acres of property in narok like someone will just come build on your own property and tell you title Disney Makari because the former MP then had said you know K must lie flat you know literally coming and saying these our land ancestral land and all that yeah I remember that conversation of Le L like an envelope yes yes yes but I remember my my grandmother my grandmother left that land with a lot of bitterness and she spoke some words and I tell you no man lived in that land for more than one year they either bury people and because you know there's the there's the pain of you you've earned something legally you've not stolen from anyone and then someone still comes remember there a family who literally had to look for my father for apology what cuz they began to bury their children cuz you know that woman left cuz before they left um the final team of the Massi who came uh to displace us they came at night so my grandfather have so you can imagine the tears of an old Grand mother almost 70 years crying and the tears of an old grandfather being harassed by young people and by the work of post elction it's it's so demonic spiritually and the people were even involved after the post elction some of them run into Insanity some of them their lives are always not the same yeah human blood is a serious thing absolutely absolutely it's it's it's a force that comes over people and end up because even them themselves who have been involved with these things say they don't know what came over them friend of mine I don't know I got thatness but they will meet in the forest uh partake of their meals and uh you know they will be dedicated by the elders and then they will enchant some songs by the time they leave that area even a bullet is not something that scares them my goodness yeah so it's it's such a a very serious atmosphere but I bless God uh for we've seen leadership gr yes uh we've seen also civilization come on board because some of these things are just retrogressive things absolutely you and and you know when Kaki came and introduced free education you realize a lot of things have really changed absolutely you know looking at even the the elections that absolutely consequently even the the the last one where naturally people say uh you know uh this thing was stolen and there will be all these riots you can see civilization is slowly checking entry of academics and conversations that are a little bit civilized and political maturity political maturity is actually setting in and we just pray that the leaders who are now taking the power will not take us back to the dark because it's easy to take people back it's very easy yeah and the Mandate of leadership yes speaking of leadership you are in positions of leadership and you are commanding a following in especially from a particular age group who are the people you called to I I'll say research will tell you 40 40 million Kenyans are below the age of 35 yes so I I believe I'm called to the young people okay and the Mandate is not just preaching the gospel you know sometimes I have no problem being called a pastor but I feel like that title limits absolutely without sometimes you want to give your views on political matters and people are like passed away God yeah but you see when you look at uh anything that ever changed societies even looking at the the gospel penetration and the kind of uh civil Revolution that the gospel brought it will not have been done when people are confined in a docket called Pastor correct Martin Luther was one of the greatest revolutionary absolutely um and and you know this guy had the background theologically but he understood that the responsibility of the church is also to affect civilizations abut and the rights of people and you know how people are portrayed but I think our perspective in our nation is that the work of a pastor is to receive an offering on Sunday and shut up on any social issue absolutely and which somehow governments have managed to make sure that we operate from that qu but that's not how it's supposed to be yeah the gospel ought to affect every F of the community economies governance social uh political spiritual every fiber but of course with a with a spiritual backing so looking at the people I'm called to is the young people in Kenya 35 years and below yeah that unique demographic that no one wants to understand the Millennials and the Generation Z that's the generation I sense there's a lot of Grace when I interact with them absolutely yeah because I understand where they're coming from I also understand their social psycle kind of setup and I believe every generation has their own lead and their own voice absolutely without a doubt yes P how old are you uh 38 now turned 38 recently just turned 38 yes my goodness I mean you already shaking and moving I must look not just not just Kenya but globally I mean I was I've been following you up for for a long time and you know I I hear from even friends who are outside the country whenever you go there people are excited people want to come and hear people there's a connection that you have there's no doubt about that has it been difficult for you at your age course of course uh how will I look at it h I think our training was more militant two things that have happened in my life one uh God understands our formation so every time the Lord will always set me up with people who are ahead of me yeah so that they reduce whatever you are doing and make it look like it's a joke yes you know when when you have people who are thinking let's just even bring on board someone like Rula yeah man is thinking of building a city so when you have a 400 C Church you know this is someone's uh workers service AB so ideally that that that exposure and hanging out around people who are doing great things in our in our day makes you feel that in fact you're even behind that's right and at your age you've not conquered anything because men have done greater things while they are very young or even when you look at what they've achieved ver their age you realize these guys began early so the Lord has a way of just making sure I don't sit with my peers yeah yeah that's good now you you talked earlier about um uh the Pastoral office being Limited mited by virtue of you cannot speak some things now I know one thing about you is that you always speak your mind yes I mean you give your opinion which is great right and I love that um you've come against a lot of opposition yes and people fighting this and saying this and doing this and doing this how do you handle that uh basically I speak from what I might call an intellectual perspective yeah intellectually differing in opinions does not make us enemies yes you it's just a different perspective seen this in the field of research where someone like someone will do a serious concept paper and then another professor will do a book to counter that that's right and the same professors will meet and and laugh yeah because it's just different position yeah because you've shared your view and I've shared my view so personally I believe uh number one I never share a view and attach my emotions on it like if I want if I'm sharing a view concerning Dawn I'm not sharing because I have anything against Dawn yeah so if don't respond for me I receive it as another view as a counter and and you know when you're openminded when you interact with knowledge and all that you you tend to respect what other people are thinking number two I also come from a place of distru distru destructive thinking yeah whereby yes everyone is seeing this thing like this and you contribute another view and you come and disrupt it yes and and when people are discussing your like at least now people can see another view yeah so uh people have mistaken us to be critics but deep down we don't do anything because we anyone we don't do anything because we are guarded by jealous or malice it's just the way you see things are going this way and you share your mind and you know I've shared my mind and you're okay when someone gives an alternative and I tell you through feedback people have also shared their views and you're like wow I never said that and I end up appreciating and saying okay this was my perspective but this perspective brings another perspective and you're like wow I think I like the way that guys and that's how we learn and that's how we learn yeah because iron sharpens IR you know everyone we can't all have the same view yes secondly when I share my view uh sometimes I try not to look what other people are saying especially in our in our nation I tell you with social media everyone everyone is being bundled up in one place yeah kots and all that yeah and then you need to get this clearly uh there's a generation especially Generation Z they they they are for them through true is plural they operate multiple truth plurality of Truth so the moment you push your truth someone will also push their truth yeah and and they will they will want you to respect their truth but they will also respect your truth then genz they don't have a favorite you you you meet at a point of we agreeing this thing yeah and there's a place where you disagree today you update something they'll say only Point maum make sense tomorrow you put something and they are the ones will tell you both of my other stories the same the same guys yes the same guys on your Facebook page so for them they have no loyalty yeah they support what they feel is in line with what they believe and so when you're dealing with such a generation and understand their psychology you never take their feedback as hatred you know these are just liberal um Democrats people who believe that you've shared your party let me share my part so the moment you put emotions I tell you you'll call it cyber bullying and you might die my goodness yes do you think as Pastor T Apostle T you have a uh do you think there's a form that you were formed to be able to understand these people because anybody I'm just trying to think anybody older than you in the same capacity would be catching every day and then you cow into what people want you to become um I don't know number one I think is out of just research yeah number two is out of you read a lot yeah I read a lot and number two is I think out of design uh cuz my design is when I live with Don I'll try to understand I will not want Don to understand me and assume that so I try to understand what does Da want what is it which line you like rose and will not be on a very good pedestal with da you know and then now that helps me now to know how to deal with you that is I was wired so I Tred to understand people and in the understanding I now know this how I'm going to relate to these people so that has really helped me to penetrate in that space cuz you understand this how they reason this how they view life this this the ideology and then this how we enter Then naturally some of us we have nothing like what we might call pastoral background you know like my grandfather was a pastor my mother was an elder we don't have those backgrounds that's the mystery so naturally some of us the Lord just threw us in you are the fast yes in your in your in your lineage yeah even for so long I think is recently when my dad accepted that now I'm a pastor and there's a pastor but there you can be why why did it take so long for him he believed as a graduate cuz I did geology and Masters in environment so my father believed I needed to work in GDC wow need to be in one of these exploration companies looking for gold or oil and all that so for him pastoral is a good job but you do it on weekend then you work Monday to Friday so he couldn't understand how are you living there's a time you even send me money can I just in case Nairobi are you serious this is how long ago was that that was after uni I stayed almost six months this is me just to tell you I support you by the way my father wanted me to study geology yes he even got me a uni uh Arizona State University he really wanted me to go into geology I I I had zero interest in geology so I did something else but well done so you actually that's what you studied yeah that's what I studied wow so is is it was it out of Interest or was it that's and then for me I found it was an intimidating name you know way like geology the study of rocks yeah what are you doing geology what is geology explain but I prayed about it so I said that that which the Lord has opened a door for them that's exactly so you've never done anything but it has helped me because now when you begin to deal with this generation because majority of them are trying to handle aism from Science Background okay so when you have a scientific background especially geology because geology deals with creation you can't understand concepts of minerals uh concepts of deposits under the the Earth deposits in the sea if you don't decode the mystery of creation absolutely and you see when you study now creation on is it collusion or is it Creator so in fact you read 90% of geological books every geologist will always acknowledge there was a designer because it's so technical the the the The Coincidence of the existence of all these things it's so technical for you to just say two things they happen absolutely so for me geology gave me that scientific view uh knowing that I'm dealing with a very scientific generation what YouTube so some of them you don't counter them emotionally you must come from a place of fact you must come from a place of countering whatever they think is true and geology gave me that particular platform oh and of course you you earn the right to be hi because when you step into a place and you say this is what I studed someone will listen to you yeah a few ath you aist me I'm a scientist by training so whatever be very on yours but then again they believe it that's the challenge they truly believe it yeah they truly believe it and then what we call theological propa so there's that blanket propaganda that has advanced so when you go to academics and begin even to go to secular history things are just clear W yeah things are very clear but people don't want to read they say many people want to approach history with a broken pair of spectacles so you see what you want to see you hear what you want to hear then you come with a notion yeah yeah then you build a whole curriculum and that's why say I more appreciate you you know let's talk give me a view let me give you my view let's reason together yeah it's so true but at the end of the day it's got to make sense and you see what is happening practically you're putting your child in a system Monday to Friday they are learning philosophy because the background of Academia is philosophy yeah absolutely phds of philosophy something so at the end of the day you we are raising very philosophical children who want to question everything and they want answers but we are not ready to meet them at that philosophical space so slowly the philosophy they hearing daily begins to make sense Than The Man Behind the pulpit because they have so much philosophy and what we are bringing them is fade that cannot be explained yet in school they begin with definitions and they go to explanations and then they go to the lab and do practicals and then they see the facts yes and they see the facts so on this other side H we are not saying anything and I've discovered generation that's true because when you're sitting in church and you're ministering people are doing research on everything you're saying so they know whether you're lying or not but you were speaking of belief isn't that the same problem we're having now even in the church circles where people are in the space where they want to believe in a greater creation a greater being you know a God but then because of not doing their own reseearch for them eles they find themselves in funny situations Cults like and you know is that the same thing that's going on in the in the church circle of course it's not even the church I believe uh globally cuz I I was watching this guy trying to challenge what people believe yeah the reality is many people believe but they don't know what they believe in so it's like you just need to create a wave yeah and someone will and someone will jump in that wave and they will say you know I don't believe in God I believe in science then you begin now to ask them very patent questions in science and they cannot answer but because someone created a wave was considered as an intellect they feel like no but I just believe in science and and that has been the problem people believe without reason and that's why I think Paul wrote and said and said I know whom I believed in very personal many people have a blanket cover on on on belief and and that's why I said this book I read uh the concept of the art afterlife and how it shapes our morality uh so many of them uh decided to believe in a certain Faith because of the afterlife consequences wow so they it's like a safe house like when I'm in this house called Church their God will not burn me so but uh in terms of now knowing the content of Christianity for yourself the depth of all that it's it's very it's very different literally when you move from basic definition Theology and read the Bible you discover is a spiritual manual absolutely and historically no religion every religion ends up as spirituality so the the point here is which manual guards your spirituality absolutely because you enter every religion Hinduism they will go in fact in fact Hinduism I'm not very convinent but I believe Hindus don't have a religion per se but they have things they pursue like Buddhism absolutely you go to the Realms of meditation you go to the concepts of yoga opening the seven chakras me opening the third eye you're already activating dimension of seeing in the spirit you go to Islam Islam have what they call elim without a doubt yeah yeah which in that concept you even taught how to sermon my and even and you know for them jeans are not bad things absolutely so you and that's a spiritual curriculum and and and they you know what's funny about that and sorry to cut it short what's funny about that is I have met many people yes who in the spiritual now they're not Believers but they see things in the spiritual yes and operate from it and operate from it now you come now to Christianity again there's a whole concept of the real of the spirit even African traditionalist those guys whatever they slaughter it's invoking of spirits so what happens is that after pursuing all these whatever we call religion Cults and everything their end goal is to penetrate in the realm of the spirit now the the problem is the defs cuz you can be taught spiritual things are taught but now the the problem is the clarity and the definition absolutely before I became a Christian personally I I had all those questions you did what makes this right yeah why why not this and why not this absolutely and I I you know just interacting with history I discovered I think the Bible is the only holistic book that presents spirituality with all answers the challenge is one many of us have never interacted with the Bible from spiritual navigations we've interacted with it from principle you know the giving part the discipline part the moral part but you open the Bible from a spiritual docket it is so serious that they say it is you are more advantaged when you are a Believer mhm when you want to join some Cults like freem Masons cuz they know you have an understanding they don't need to convince you there's a you already know there those are things that you're already very familiar with yes now they just need to enhance the the lect toate that dimension for it's an advantage when you have that basic knowledge yeah because I believe in the church we have a lot of lazy going church goers and and I think it's because one is territorial H the terrain the second thing I I I I was doing my research and I discovered is also the bias of our evangelism you know we came from we we are still are third world country but we are now shifting and the the former generation focused on Necessities you know getting a meal dress house car Basics the basics that was a miracle and because of this biasness today but I call it a blessing absolutely but when we go to the real definition of a blessing it's beyond what I wear where I live what I but because of the territorial configuration of poverty someone breaking through we now consider that person blessed now Generations have advanced technology Medical Science good governance and what people called Miracles are now accessible through other channels wow so we have a generation that can access Necessities without god wow now the question is why do I need God because your evangelism told me if I get God I'll get a house I'll get a job I'll get car you have a house and whatever uh I'll get all these things now I have my own house I have my own car I have my own insurance I have Savings in the bank so the question is why do I need God so people now of View Church from a place of people who are less privileged and you come to the philosophy ofm Mar it is the religion is the Opium for the poor yeah because that's how church was framed but now when you come to the the the real Theory and Theology and the concept of spirituality you discover that there is a real in life where men don't transact without a spiritual backing absolutely a friend of mine called me two days ago he told me he's he has a mind someone and he told me one of his employees gets up leaves his home on a d MH mobike gets somewhere comes back home and says I sensed I was going to be hit by a truck and I was going to die today leaves his Mike goes to the mine and he gets buried alive wow how do you explain people who are not in because this is not a Believer how do you explain people who are not Believers being in a place where they start to see things and Opera in that realm intins now this is what happens the spirit of a man has two compartments there's a book I read called the anatomy of the spirit written by a medical doctor who did a research on how the the configuration of the spirit because when Paul writes and says the spirit man so that person said this man must be known from Anatomy so the spirit of a man has intuition and the spirit of a man has power so it depends with which dimension you activate the intuition Dimension is where you get word of knowledge Word of Wisdom prophecy discernment of spirits it carries the intelligence Dimension that Dimension is activated through fastings consecrations setting yourself and and living that's what people call meditation cuz many people who want the world calls meditation you realize meditation you can't go through drugs you need to be very sober and very alert and not toxic no negative Energies see the way they framing it in a phys physics language so the component of that Spirit when you expose it to a certain environment and you are able to understand the order of consecration your intution whether born again or not your intution is activated which you can sharpen yes and you're able to design and you can even find a person who is not born again but they will tell you that's a person if that gets born again that's a prophet my goodness do you think we all born with something like that believer not believer it's a spirit as long as you're a man you have Body Soul and Spirit so your spirit has also this other activation of power that activation of power most of the time operates out of Revelation light that's why now there are people who can exercise healing H by by the Light Revelation like there's the traditional healing of Japan yeah the P call when you study that thing tell you is 90% spiritual my goodness because there is a light they exposed to to understand the configuration of the human soul human Spirit the nerves and all that and they know what to touch and that thing is connected to the whole ecosystem but you need spiritual discernment to know this is the place to transform wow and that's why now you begin to see other than Christianity you also have other religions where people able to manifest power because they have grown a dimension of their spirit and they're able to program it to manifest certain levels of power even Faith what we call the gift of faith there are people who are not born again but they have a force of Faith they will talk and you feel you know what I think you're the ones who don't have it so Pastor T when people are looking for the truth yes and they come across dimensions of that yes is that a dimension of truth of course what I will say is that the Bible now brings it with Clarity You Now understand what it is the world will call it secret you'll write a book called secrets but you study seven secrets of yes but when you study these secrets you discover it's all the concept of Faith it's only that they not saying this is Faith so when I read the Bible and I read that book called secret I begin to smile I'm like this is faith faith is the evidence of Things Not Seen so if it's evident it's there it can be seen with another eye but secret will tell you write it put it there think of it every day believe that you have it and one day you'll hold it it it also Aris what we call the law of attraction it is there ask and you shall ask seek seek that's where the law of attraction is that you're the first one to step out before the thing shows up so now people who read the Bible take the principles of the Bible and now put them in secular writings but not give credit to the source absolutely now secular men are using our principles and our strategies even the concept of spirituality is borrowed a lot from the scripture and then now they will repackage it you know why you need to meditate meditate on these word day and night so that you may you know and then have good success and prosperous so I believe for me when I look at it when I look at the Bible it has so many secrets that Believers don't understand but some of them even exercise them subconsciously reading secular books but they don't understand the whole thing was borrowed from yeah yet there are formulas I mean there entire Industries built around this I mean when you talk about even motivational speakers what are they speaking from it's it's majority even is a Book of Proverbs andas exactly just formulas and things that have been put in place in scripture I remember during RMA Feist you know VY um read something MH and it was the story of Samuel and and Saul and he spoke about being able to allow a business to run even in your absence and he used the story of Samuel and Saul as his backing scripture and I tell you he opened that scripture in Dimensions I've never seen wow because his background perits him to see some things that I've never seen and he taught a whole course on business and delegation and knowing your office you know Saul you're a prophet I mean Saul you're a king samel you're a prophet so you can't go to sacrifice that's not your Ro and it was do you know in an office you have your boundaries you can't be the manager and the HR absolutely and I tell you he brought such a curriculum I said my goodness these the same things guys keep on telling us but it's all ground and now you tell Believers read your Bible pray every day for them they think Abraham was an old man working in a desert oh my goodness Pastor T tell us about your family life my family life yeah number one I love family very much yes family is everything look at every successful man globally you discover they have a backing I I admire Indians on the philosophy of family absolutely you sit with them you'll understand that family is everything absolutely so I'm married to one cl head of C how is she by the way amazing amazing I and and we rarely see her yes yeah I got meet her just the other day and I was like oh my goodness I thought Pastor T was pulling my leg all this time no no no no she told me you look at politicians they hide their families yeah because uh any battle that you have to fight as a politician let it be you yes because you have people who are very insensitive absolutely and that's why I remember there's a time when one I think it was babo when insulted the president other politicians told him you've crossed the red line because family is very personal to people that have ascended in a certain level so I believe personally a value family and uh in that value I believe they have to be kept secret so that what I'm called to do they don't fight my protect them absolutely I think Bishop JB is the one who said um even even even his own children have paid the price of ministry absolutely half years ohow so Jun well done and you know I love them very much one wisdom was given by my my professor in theology the effect of an absent father yeah whether drinking or preaching is the same me son wow make sure you're there because if you're not there Prof and there's another drunker drinking from Monday to Friday there your children will have the same impact because they GW with abs and fathers that for me was very key and that brought the balance that anything that touches my family my children comes first and to that effect we agreed with my wife I told her listen I'm going to believe God that is's going to bless me that I'm going to be the provider and the father of the house and I want you to stay at home with my children okay I don't like the name housewife yeah but I want to tell you uh she's the one who's there because we are one making sure that these children will never be absent it's a I have to pay cuz naturally uh we want all of us to chase the golden life mom is working here Dad is and there's no problem with that because we know the economy right now but if you get the opportunity that one can be left at home is such a blessing and for me I value my wife for that oh amen and that circumcised my heart because one day wow it's by order I make sure you have access to money because of your children I can't give them money but by order I make sure you have access so that you can pay school fees pay the housand and take care of your wife I proved it there people will tell you any my goodness so that became a very major secret so I told my wife I know I never married a gold digger any budget you bring on the table I'll Finance it because we are one you'll never steal from it amen such a blessing that's so good so what do you do to spend time with family what who is Pastor T outside of [Laughter] preaching we are aoup we talk about us we talk about the children we talk about everything and anything except Church yeah home I'm a father I a father I help in the kitchen yeah I help you know do you cook yes yes what do you cook what's your favorite mealy well done how I well done that's fantastic I know you guys even as a church you uh pursuing a property you're looking to build yes yeah how's the project going the project is okay so far I think we've got 4.3 Acres going for 130 million money none of us have ever seen in the account but it's such an amazing project uh because 85% of the church members are 35 years and Below yeah it is what we call Fai project that they will see and we will also see absolutely that indeed anything connected to God is okay absolutely yeah so we've already spoken to the owners uh we've given them around 30% she'll be sing the deal by end of the week 30% of the amount well done and what else do you do outside of preaching um this is the time I'm now trying to set up a few things okay um number one I have some property at home which inherited of course develop land develop just some few rentals but I want to get into manufacturing okay the factory is already there okay well done we believeing God by January January February I will be able to launch it out in fact platform this is it this is it you heard it first right here on been to ask what's the name of the product that it's called fari fari so from today what Bop yeah Paul and then this one of my mentors told me you never give your children Sunday school or main church as an inheritance and at home remember my father and a good father lives an inheritance for his children children so I discovered I need to be a father and I need to be a pastor so now this is a family business we are believing God to grow it to the levels of providing food solutions to the nation that's our vision well done fantastic I wish you the best in that thank you sir you are a rapper set up Studio church and actor so mentorship there's a produc on salary now what people just do is come and share the ideas and record and also we are in the process of coming up together with a few key players in the industry to see how we can begin to do gospel movies 70% of the actors in Kenya have their background in church but they don't have opportunities in churches so now they end up in this other spes in the world some of the best script writers I know some of the best producers music and all that church church you know a couple of miles from where I went to school in the US M I used to go to a church and Beyonce used to be the worship leader seriously yeah boss and now where she you can see so I'm I'm agreeing with what you say 100% [Laughter] well done oh my goodness don't hang the boots man keep going keep going well done oh my goodness the next five the next 10 what should we anticipate from Apostle team this is my faith the first one is we will run mega churches when we are young mega churches will not be a legacy we are leaving behind mega churches will be churches we are running when we still young vibrant and energetic uh from a business angle I'm believing God is time for us to take the market yeah I say when I looked at raest I said prayer is good but money is also good there's a r you can't serve without resources so I believe that balance has to come we have to speak in tongues and speak in cash that balance has to come so in the next 5 10 years I want to be one of the biggest uh producers offering Food Solutions in this nation well and also be one of the um one of the many pastors not just running mega churches but raising me Saints who are going to revolutionalize Africa and the globe yes amen glory to God Amen what is what's been the most difficult thing you've gone through in your life the most difficult thing I think the most difficult thing is identity having grown in the ghetto and God trying to deal with your mindset to embrace Global ideas and Concepts that has that transition mindset is one of the greatest battles you know standing and seeing that wow and it was such a challenge but at that time I I I I felt like there's a there's a mindset I needed because of where I was going so there are things I needed to drop and receive certain attitudes and certain in Fellowship so that has been a journey believing that this boy from narok can be entrusted with this kind of ministry yeah and that calls for learning yes relearning exposure and just making sure that you also believe yeah in God and believe in yourself as God says you are who he says you are absolutely yes what's your greatest strength my greatest strength I'm very optimistic for more than 24 hours when I sleep and wake up it's over I'm very optimistic and that has helped me wow yes greatest weakness my greatest weakness um I think sometimes I'm too opinion istic but sometimes my opinion sound as verdict M so I I try sometimes to keep quiet and listen which I'm also learning hearing twice and speaking once I'm too opinion istic one time you came out and castigated this thing of goat yes greatest of all time yes why are you making such a big deal out of this thing St a yeah yeah and of course as I said personally share again my thoughts your opinion yeah my opinion yeah um and people shared the opinion and which I really appreciated yeah and I still stand with my opinion absolutely symb prophecy the nation absolutely the nation rebellious but that guy died at the age of 33 having achieved what no other king he conquered the globe at 33 so that guy was a real GOC myology they say one day so there was a concept possibly was a d God iny half human half those are the D Gods so the father wasn't sure this is in demonology when you when you study demonology theology discover even the name of demons majority Greek names absolutely those that are not named in the Bible so you discover those guys were so deep in terms of their spirituality you blew up during covid yes yeah before covid very few people had heard of you yeah then after after that everything just blew up what is that one thing that you remember that made you famous school mission for 10 years without anyone knowing us from 2012 in fact not 2012 from 2006 all the way to 2014 I was doing High School missions so I will say by the grace of God come so during Fellowship so many people went for an interview at Citizen and the Lord said you see citizen is sitting on less than 2 Acres but they're affecting more than 10 million people Absol because of a studio there yes need 10es to put up a sanctuary 10,000 10,000 small 100 by 100 chur no one understood ah pray for the globe so you on the mic China America Mexico lat I'm watching from Mexico I'm watching from India and I was like the Lord knew what was coming wow so the Lord just prepared us and I say there was any strategy was just following the leading of the Holy Ghost part intelligence there was no public prophecy of a global disaster so I felt like I see I think we are asleep as a church ,000 views so this thing is actually can it 80,000 views yes so dur people phone calls will come like pastor this the end times n the Lord told me begin prayers called the moment of Hope because the world need hope right now so with my phone to bedroom then I realize every day I'm preaching you see the problem of preaching is a summary of many sermons I realize this thing is not sustainable so we began a Bible study called the moment of Hope which runs up to now we began from Genesis verse by verse scripture by scripture to kind so many people now began to join for Bible study wow and that's how the thing grew then we'll have now midnight prayers and guys are the ones who say that then literally because I used to use my phone so [Laughter] one you know there are those people who are so sorry but we've been using the phone and they said no we are going to buy a camera guys contributed online they bought a camera we said now the next thing we need is a machine they bought a machine we we ended up building a studio just from obedience just from obedience out of that obedience the lord gave a burden and said after this covid wave there will be a Salvation wave go buy a tent buy Sound by equipment and mine was very simple I Facebook guys and you're seeing no one God has given me this instruction and through covid and online giving which is up to now we're able to buy the tents the seats people we have never met some just say God instructed me to give this for the high school and that's how we bought the equipment for the high school and we still buy that lovely equipment you have yes was bought just by instruction we talking about speaking to the airwaves speaking and that's when I discovered the burden of God in evangelism to high schools that one is the one I want to give to so they very specific and that's when now we knew this the B you know your story so similar to Mike Todds yes about how he came out and the world got to know him he was just ministering ministering ministering and know One Time One Clip comes out and the lady just shares it out and every time I think about your story I see such a crazy resemblance and during covid I think they said they increased their numbers by to about 10,000 members online that's my thought yes you are so similar in so many different ways CU Now everywhere globally I don't think there's a place you ever go to where you don't have a crazy following people who've been listening to you watching your programs who've been following and especially from Co yes yes a church was born part of the sons in the house have been doing Revival meetings in India so even when yand was prophesying I felt like laughing cuz they were already in India no we do it online India what they do they gather wow and then they get a screen and then we go live from Google meet zo good look at and people are filled with the Holy Ghost online that thing has been running every week in India and part of the place the team evangelizes the leader was killed because persecution is very high okay so now the one who took the mantle from him yeah um now said you know what we can't go but we just need to to see how this thing can reach and people GA people get healed and all that so it was like way and when people look at this space it's it's it's I think that's where the church is going we just need to align everything that's it speak and that's why sometimes when I saw my photo on the first poster 2022 [Music] and it's just a story of God Amen Pastor T thank you so much for sharing your your story we will come back and do a remake of this just to see where you at and where God will have already opened doors for you ladies and gentlemen that has been Pastor T M actually we call him the Apostle at the age of 38 he's doing enormous stuff as you've heard you've just only caught a snippet of the things that God is doing in his life we cannot wait to see what happens in the next five in the next 10 p t you are just a great motivator I mean we hear your story and we're like if God can do it for you well he's going to be able to do it for someone else thank you for joining us on the bench and thank you for accepting to come in Jesus name come back again wish you the best [Music] thank
