hey everyone so i've gotten a ton of questions about my ui and my add-ons macros and weak cores so i'm gonna run you through all of those real quick so first off uh dominoes that's the bar add-on i use and i get a lot of questions about my two button that's just a start attack macro i play on some wrath of the lich king private servers and i have a shield of righteousness plus start attack macro as my two button on those servers i like to just kind of keep my buttons as close as possible so i can hop between tbc and wrath really easily so that's what that is um bartender is super nice because you can set up hidden bars real easily and they've got this nice grid layout so you can line all your stuff up and i like to have a lot of hidden bars and i only show my skills with cooldowns for the most part on my main bar and then i hide almost all my other stuff on these hidden bars and also my next add-on omni cc when you see i use a ability or on my weak orders as well you'll see these big numbers that's just omni cc and it just puts a nice big cooldown number there and it changes the color when the cooldown is close to finishing which is pretty nice and my next add-on i'll show you is trinket menu so this is a really good add-on for prop paladins because we're switching our trinkets quite a bit especially if you have icon of the silver crescent and dark iron smoking pipe and this just makes it really really easy to switch between them if you left click you can swap your top trinket which in this case is the left one and if you right click you can swap your bottom trinket which is the right one down here and that just makes it really really quick to swap trinkets on the fly great for scolo great for raids just really good add-on in general and next is shadowed unit frames that's what i use for my unit frames here and this is the setup i like i like to just have my bar in a spot and of a size where i can just see it in my peripheral vision i don't like to have to look directly at my health bar to know what my health is especially as a tank and this allows me to do that i can be focusing on the middle of my screen and still in my peripheral vision i can see what my health is down here never have to look directly at it which is really nice and next is details and tiny threat tiny thread's a plug-in for details it comes with the details add-on and details is the damage meter and then tiny thread shows you threat which obviously is really nice as a tank you need to be able to see threat you don't need to specifically have tiny threat but you do for sure want to have a threat meter of some sort uh next is gonna be poly power so this is a must-have for any pally not just prop valley and if you're not familiar with pally power basically you can assign different blessings to different classes and when there's more than one pally under raid then more of these rows will pop up and you can assign everybody to their own blessing and if for example let's say you have a um pally in the raid you're giving salve to pallies but you want the prop valley specifically to be getting let's say sank or something then you can just change individual blessings right there and all of this you can just buff people through this ui over here so if you left click you'll give a 30 minute blessing if you right click you'll give the 10 minute buzzing and if you've assigned uh specific single target blessings then you'll need to do the group buff first and then do the single because if you do the single into the group obviously it'll override that and so that's definitely a must-have add-on you can't really play pally without that i don't think in rates it's a lot more difficult and next item rack that's a super super important add-on for prop paladins we change our gear all the time you can see how many different sets i have in my item rack here and since we're changing gear so often it's really nice to just have that all set up here so you don't have to be going through your bags every time you want to change your gear and with item rack you can also set hotkeys for things so like this is my uncredible set here and i have it bound to a hotkey so i can switch to it anytime i want really easily i like to just use keybinds that are like really off to the side like apostrophe and brackets and things like that for the hotkeys because you can't switch your gear in combat anyway so you don't really need a great button for that but just something that makes it slightly easier to swap your gear so the next add-on i'm going to show you is plater so that's my nameplate add-on and you can see here anything i don't have thread on has a red nameplate and anything i do have thread on has this purplish nameplate and anything that has thread on another tank is going to have a gray threat plate so basically you're looking for red threat plates that just means that it's not being tanked by any tank at the moment so it needs to be picked up so makes it really easy to figure out what needs to be picked up and what doesn't and also i've got a little cc icon off to the side here makes it really obvious what cc'd when you have tons of mobs and like a raid and you're not sure what cc it or not you can easily just look at the name plates here and see and also off to the side here you see this little icon this is an add-on called diminish and it'll tell you the diminishing return timer for any ccs and so you know when you're looking to see something you can just look over into the little cc area here and if there's no diminishing return timer you know you'll get a full duration cc on them and you can also if there's a diminishing return timer there you can see like maybe you just need to wait five seconds and then you'll be able to get a full one so that's really nice and now i'll show you the weak gore's so weak or is is another add-on that you'll definitely want and once you have that out on you can get all these awesome weak gores so this first one i have is just a big aura so it just shows my aura really big right here i like to just have it super obvious what or i have on at all times so this is really nice because it shows when i have crusader or in combat it does a real a glowy effect around the aura to remind me to swap off of that so you see i switched to devo and it goes away and here this is just my regular prop rotation and a cool thing about the exorcism on this is that it won't show if the target is not undead or demon so it only shows when it's actually usable which i really like so you can see i took at the undead immediately i can see exo again and then down here i just have my item cooldowns this is just oil of emulation right here it's just gonna show a timer for it so you can min max having a hundred percent uptime on oil of emulation if you want to do that you can also just change it so this doesn't load if oil of emulation isn't something you like to use and then here obviously my potion cool down and obviously it shows uh iron shield potion but obviously it applies to all potions all potions are on a two minute cooldown that's shared and then my dark green cooldown and that is also shared with nightmare seed and healthstone so those that's good to just remember that this icon covers more than just dark green and this is the sapper one and if you don't know super sapper charges and goblin sapper charges are on separate five minute cooldowns they only share a one minute general bomb cooldown so this uh icon will show as super sapper when super sapper is available if super sapper is not available but goblin snapper is usable then it will show goblin sapper and if goblin sappers been used and super sappers menus then it'll just show a dynamite icon showing you that a bomb cooldown is available but you don't have any sappers that can be used at the moment and also at the bottom here uh show debuffs so this will show uh judgment of crusader judgment wisdom judgmental light demo shout and thunderclap and those are kind of the most important debuffs you need to be tracking as a prop paladin so it'll track all those for you and over off to the side here you can see there's a little glowy empty box there that's just showing me that i don't have a seal active that only shows up if you're in combat and don't have a seal active so i put my seal on that goes away and my seal just displays there and i think though let's see so we'll look at the essential buffs so [Music] these are all the essential buffs these are things i want to make sure i have on at all times and get a notification if any of them fall off and this one's for the headless horseman sword and the onyxia grimoire it's kind of a min max thing uh you can just uh set that and load to never and it'll never show up for you or you can just delete it if it's not something you really do and so just to run through these really quick first one's wrath of air and winfrey just make sure that you have an error totem on uh then rich is fury this one make sure you have a blessing on this one make sure you have a scroll on this is flask then food weapon enchant this one also will not show up if you have windfury up so if you've got winfrey going then that won't show up and this is just a reminder to refresh your wizard oil if you don't have wind fury going and let me just show you what that kind of looks like real quick so i just clicked off rages fury and my blessing so now they show up here with little glowy icons and so i buff myself blessing one goes away i put on righteous fury that goes away so when there's nothing over here that just means there's nothing we need to take care of in terms of important buffs for ourselves and i think the last we go to show then is a cleanseable debuffs so the way this works is if anybody in your party or raid have two separate ones um they are just like different sizes basically um so if anybody in your raid let's say has a debuff you can cleanse then it'll pop that up in the middle of their raid frame with a glowy icon of whatever spell it is just to make it more obvious that there's something you can cleanse there and i also have a self uh cleansable debuff one and that just pops up a bigger icon right around here and that just makes it really obvious when you have something you can cleanse off of yourself and let me show you the macros real quick so this one this is pretty nice it's just a food and water macro it just prioritizes different types of food and water so it's going to use mana biscuits first and then conjured water so that you go through conjured stuff before you go through any uh like store-bought water or food that you have and this is a super important macro uh this shows uh whether or not you're uncrushable and so you press the macro and it'll pop up a number it'll tell you you need 102.4 combined avoidance and tells you what you're currently at you want to make sure you hit holy shield before you pop that to get the best idea of what your real number is and you don't need to be 102.4 unbuffed that's just fully buffed you need to be that so as long as you're around something like 101.5 101.6 unbuffed you should be good buffed and i've got a bunch of mouse over macros these are really nice so i've got these for a lot of stuff like blessing of protection blessing of freedom cleanse um yeah all sorts of stuff so those are really awesome great for uh heels too flash of light and holy light so definitely recommend those you can also have a specific target macros so like this one's just a self cleanse macro you can change target to anybody though this is kind of nice for things like vag you could make a blessing of freedom target specific macro for like the main tank so you can get a really quick freedom on them when they get entangled this one is just a basically dps cooldown macro it pops avenging wrath uh i come up with this whole crescent or dark iron smoking pipe depending on which one's equipped and a destruction potion just pops all of them in one button makes it easier don't have to press three different buttons this is a target of target bop macro and so if a dps pulls aggro and the mob is intentable or your taunts down you can press this you do have to be kind of careful here because if another tank taunts before you press it then you're gonna bop that tank because the tank's gonna taunt it they'll be the new target of target then your bop will go so to minimize that what you want to do you just need to tell your other tanks in your red to add slash cancel or a blessing of protection to their main abilities and then that basically becomes a non-issue because if they have cancel aura on like let's say devastate and shield sam and all that stuff then they'll be able to cancel it immediately if you do make a mistake and pop them and let's take a look so this mama pop macro same idea as the food and water macro it just prioritizes which ones you're going to use so the top one is going to be the first thing that the macro tries to use and then it'll just keep going down the list and so this is really awesome because it lets you just put all your mana pots on one button you never have to change anything and this way it'll go through the zone specific mana pods first like the ones that can only be used in ssc and tk before it starts going into your more expensive mana pods that you can use anywhere and here's just my starter zag macro real simple just slash start attack i recommend you have some sort of bind for start attack it's really really important to make sure you have a hundred percent up time on your auto attack and this is kind of the easiest way to do that when you're taking really big packs it can get a little hard to right click the specific thing you want to be auto attacking and with aoe packs things are constantly dying when they die then if you're targeting them when they die you'll stop your auto attack so having a button for it it doesn't necessarily need to be as good of a button as two like for mine mine's kind of a special circumstance but um you should have some sort of button for it just to really maximize your uptime on your auto attack and here's my sapper macro same idea as the mana pod and drink one just prioritizes super sapper first and goblin zapper just lets you have both of them on one button and this is my vag core macro uses the core and whispers the person if they're too far this is a wizard oil macro and just one press and it'll put wizard oil onto your weapon pretty nice saves you a little bit of time going through your bags and opening up your character window and everything like that and this is a weapon swap for kt so it'll put on warp slicer and phase shift bulwark and then if you press it again it'll swap the magus but sometimes you'll be in situations where you want to swap the magus blade if you have like three phoenix's during gravity laps or something and you want to get some extra concentrate damage in that's what you would use that for and i think that's gonna be it and so all of these um add-ons macros recourse they'll all be in the video description and i'm also gonna have my profiles for all the add-ons also in the description there's going to be a google doc that has like pretty much all that stuff so make sure you check that out if you want to grab any of these for yourself and as always thank you for watching and i'll see you next time
