Prophecy Update | June 2021

it's great to have you with us this evening as we uh dive into this june version of our prophecy update uh by the way if you missed our last sunday uh we were in ezekiel chapter 20 and in a lot of ways that was sort of the precursor to as sort of the springboard to dive into more stuff tonight so for those of you that are online or if you missed that sunday teaching last last sunday make sure and watch that we did ezekiel 20 and it was about the regathering of the children of israel but we talked about some things that not a lot of people talk about like for example there's kind of two regatherings one is a gathering in unbelief uh that's happening right now and some people say you know the jews they're not even believers in god so this isn't a fulfillment of prophecy some people say that but ezekiel said in ezekiel 20 that it'd be in the lord's wrath and fury he'd pull them together and gather his people and then he'd put him under the rod of judgment question quiz are you guys ready uh the rod of judgment what is that for the jews anybody the tribulation period that's right um that's a seven year period where god is going to do two things he's going to wake up the nation israel he's going to shake up the the world for their sins pour out his wrath upon a christ-rejecting sinful world he's going to wake up the jews and and romans 11 tells us that all of israel will be saved and so that first gathering that we're seeing right now after the big 2000 years of being scattered all over the world uh the jews we're seeing that in our lifetime a fulfillment of ezekiel chapter 20 which is pretty exciting stuff that ezekiel talks about things happening today so much of the bible prophecy are things that we're not going to see and i believe because we're going to be raptured before a lot of those things happen um uh let's let's put out another question that maybe we'll answer later should we be freaked out about who's going to be the antichrist it's amazing how much people christian people you know focus their attention and their energy on who's going to be the next antichrist or the antichrist you know and uh and they guess and all this stuff but we're going to be out of here so you know what i don't care i do care for the people that will be here that's the goal is to say we need to show them what the bible says so that they're equipped but we're not freaked out about any of these things and we'll talk about that maybe tonight as well but let's get to it why don't you grab your bible turn with me to first thessalonians we'll use this kind of as our springboard tonight um this lovely picture that we have here on our screen is um rockets being fired into uh israel from the from the you know hamas there uh in the south in gaza uh but i just wanted us to remember you know to be praying for jerusalem and what have you but all that to say uh first thessalonians chapter five of course right after the the discussion on the rapture of the church uh in chapter four um it goes into a kind of this whole dissertation and it springboards on the last few phrases one of the things the rapture should do is comfort you and me look let's back up to uh verse 17 of chapter four of first thessalonians it says then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up greek word harpazo latin vulgate translation rapture that's where the word comes from uh will be raptured or caught up together with them in the clouds together to meet the lord in the air so shall we ever be with the lord now verse 18 springboards into the chapter five wherefore comfort one another with these words um interesting because if you uh go to verse 11 of chapter five it also says wherefore comfort yourselves together and edify one another even also as you do so those are the bookends the comfort verse 18 of chapter four the comfort in verse nine of chapter uh or verse pardon me verse 11 chapter five why is is that there what should you and i be comforted in or about well that's what it says right here in verse one of chapter five it says but of the times and the seasons brethren you have no need that i write unto you for yourselves know perfectly that the day of the lord so cometh as a thief in the night for when they shall say peace and safety then sudden destruction come upon them as travail upon a woman with child and they shall not escape but you brethren are not in darkness that that day should overtake you as a thief you are all children of the light children of the day we are not of the night nor of darkness therefore let us not sleep as do others but let us watch and be sober for they that sleep sleep in the night they that be drunken are drunken in the night but let us who are of the day be sober putting on the breastplate of faith and love for a helmet of a helmet the hope of salvation for god hath not appointed us to wrath but to obtain salvation by our lord jesus christ who died for us that whether we wake or sleep we should be live together with him wherefore comfort yourselves together and edify one another even also as ye do so here we have it you know what a key to uh bible prophecy if you're doing it right studying bible prophecy learning about what the bible says if you're doing it right it should be a comfort to you and to me into the church um if you're doing it wrong you should be looking uh for the antichrist and building a bunker in your backyard uh and freaking out because the end of the world and trying to be upset because of who's the president and all this stuff if you're doing bible prophecy wrong you're all upset and anxious and worried no we're supposed to be comforted now one of the things you know uh by the way i believe in the pre-trib rapture that is the rapture is going to happen before the tribulation why because even this chapter says you and i as christians were not appointed unto wrath revelation chapter 6 calls the the tribulation period the time of the wrath of the lamb we're not appointed unto wrath and it totally makes sense if you just know god would god take you know his people and pour out his wrath upon them well does let's ask the old testament version of this does the lord destroy the righteous with the wicked the answer is always no read the whole old testament never he always pulls the righteous out before the wrath comes down ask the men of sodom and gomorrah and lot and his family ask enoch before the flood like there's always these great examples of the lord pulling out the righteous and and and now now the post-tribbers people that say that we're going to have to go through the tribulation and there's a very uh dour sour group that you'll find on youtube that's kind of uh uh you know escalating in their popularity and it's it's kind of a bummer because it's a young kind of hipster kind of group of people they're talking about we're gonna have to go through the tribulation and it's arrogant for us as christians to say that we're not gonna go through the time of you know tribulation because um many christians before us have had to go through tribulation times and ask corey ten boom who went through you know the holocaust of the german concentration camps and so their whole narrative their argue is pre-tribbers are wrong because they're trying to escape uh the the the difficulties of the tribulation and when they say that i would say yes that's exactly right i am trying to escape those things that's why luke tells us in luke's gospel pray that you be counted worthy to escape all of these things and if you've accepted christ you are going to be declared worthy not because of your worthiness but because of his worthiness you get to escape the wrath of the lamb now as bad as corey ten boom in the holocaust and all that stuff as bad as some of the persecution of the church in previous times i would i would admit we might go through some of those things before the rapture of the church before the tribulation period don't don't be deceived christians i think we should also know that we could go through horrible persecution before the rapture even happens that still could happen but my argument is we will not go through the worst time that we'll ever be on the planet earth jesus talked about this in matthew chapter 24 when he said there'll be no time that they'll ever be even close to as bad as the tribulation the great tribulation of matthew 24. it's going to be worse than the holocaust it's going to be worse than the the you know persecution of the church in the first several centuries you know it's going to be worse than that the tribulation period will be so uh there's a kind of a false narrative out there with the post-tribbers saying that pre-tribulation people like us i believe we're going to be raptured before what we're just delusional and we're going to have to go through the tribulation with everybody else i don't think that follows the nature of god i also don't think that that would be very comforting how do you comfort one another with these words you're toast that doesn't seem very comforting to me i like that you're not appointed under wrath but to obtain salvation through jesus christ our lord by the way if you're interested i've done a teaching and i probably should put a link to it in our description maybe under this on youtube or something after this of um you know reasons i believe in a pre-trib rapture i've got tons of them uh that we talk about and uh if you're if you're wondering and if you're on the debate or balancing uh trying to figure out which one you believe uh we've done some work on that and i'll i'll uh hopefully get a link to that but all that to say i love this now there's a couple things that i want to remind you of on this one as we are children of the light we're not children of the darkness you know um i love that because that's the difference between the world and the christian in the last days first thessalonians 5's talking about the last days the times and the seasons you have no need that i write unto you why because we have the word already written about the last days and we've got the scriptures i love that the bible is the light you're not in darkness why well it reminds me of what the psalmist said in psalm 119 105 thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path we aren't in darkness because we have the light of the word and the word directs us to watch um the signs of the times um and that's one thing we're supposed to do again i always marvel at the people that make their argument that actually is so contrary to scripture um one such argument for example when it comes to end times is you'll hear churches and pastors say you know we're not really into prophecy uh it's too controversial and who can really figure it out so we're just not really into it the problem with that is the bible teaches the exact opposite of of that kind of behavior um even did you see even here in our text uh here in first thessalonians 5 it reminds those of us that are in the light the children of the light the christians it reminds us it says um verse verse 5 you're children of the light children of the day not of the night or darkness but verse 6 therefore let us not sleep as do others but let us watch and be sober what are we supposed to do be sober and watch watchful and by the way you know paul is only echoing what jesus said over and over and over again watch be ready don't be the wicked servant that says ah the lord delays is coming matthew 24 but but jesus said but the wise and good servant is busy about the work of the the master and watching and vigilant and sober again it's just really clear bible scripture but there's still people going yeah i just i'm you're a pre-trib summer poster but i'm a pan trip it's all going to pan out whatever if you're one who said that you need to repent of your sins and say i've been an idiot all this long time because i'm neglecting the bible don't say that anymore that's my challenge to you and if you got a problem with that take it up with the bible it's not my it's not my words the bible says watch be sober be vigilant don't just do the pan thing just just just just study the scriptures study to show thyselves approved unto god a workman that needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth that's what the scriptures tell us to do so we should never be cavalier or put off things that the bible says is important or serious is prophecy important in the bible one-fourth of the bible is prophecy at least that much some say uh closer to one-third depending on how you count it but one-fourth is the most conservative of the numbers really there um so we've got this this great you know uh this great word of god that keeps us out of the darkness um and how important that is one of the things in this prophecy update i want to remind you of is is what a great anchor for truth we have in the word of god so much of what we see um with our eyes do you even believe it anymore like like the things that we see on the news or that bastion of great news facebook and instagram where you get truth uh yeah it's so wacko like what we see is so uh questionable and and uh man can you trust anything anymore and and truthfully it's really hard to find any writing or news or anybody that's really honest or without persuasions on one side or the other honestly um but the world is falling further and further into this darkness that first thessalonians is talking about how thankful i am for the word of god that's a lamp into our feet and a light on our path the world is falling for stupid stuff um and it's kind of amazing like how stupid we'll check this one out i thought this was kind of funny um italian artist um salvador salvatore garao has just sold an invisible sculpture for 18 000 um you guys ready let's do the reveal here it is no actually actually it's there right there i think he used some masking tape or something to say that's where this just don't step on it you know but true story eighteen thousand dollars an invisible sculpture man uh i've got some other things i can sell you too if you want uh uh but uh all that to say uh what a strange deal now with with all that said the world is in darkness they're believing lies this shouldn't shock us because the bible says in the last days lies would be part of the deal and untrue things would be rampant in the world of all the things that are lying and untrue one of the great lies of the world is concerning this little speck um i wanted this this map to be so far out so you can kind of get a picture of you know isn't it amazing that israel is sort of the epicenter of all the news right now they're talking about this this nation over there and so for so many americans they have no idea you know you can fit like 30 israels in texas like it's it's amazing how tiny this little sliver of a nation now by the way the arab nations they call it the dagger because it looks like a knife but they say it's the jews that plunged the knife right in the middle of the heart of the arab world and you've got of course egypt you know on the west you've got you know lebanon syria jordan you know saudi arabia on its right and then you know they're just surrounded by these massive if you know your map lines there the massive amount of arab lands that are there is is huge but the jews this this small percentage less than one percent of the population of the world is ju are jews and and because of anti-semitism we talked about this on sunday so i'm not going to dive into this again but anti-semitism is on the rise horribly especially in the united states right now and so jews are continually moving to israel because it's the only safe place for a jew to live brett's safe i see rockets flying overhead yeah but isn't it amazing that the jews are able to protect their own people in sort of biblically proportioned levels in their own land this is i think what the lord is doing to gather the people back into the land we talked all about that on sunday but israel what an important nation and and what i want to say is israel is the epicenter of bible prophecy and you might even say jerusalem and even more specifically the temple mount itself if you want to know what god's plan is what he's doing you you've got to look at israel and you've got to look at jerusalem and you've got to look at the temple mount and what's happening and the reason that's important is because israel's sort of like god's time piece um you know it's kind of interesting uh what the lord has done so that we in this church age could start to sense when this church age will come to an end romans chapter 11 verse 25 says when the fullness of the gentiles comes in that will be um you know when the jews all of israel will be saved if you know your bible all of israel is going to be saved during the tribulation period um the the story is clear the jews are going to make a seven year peace treaty as soon as the rapture of the church happens there's going to come this guy the bible calls the antichrist he's called the son of perdition he's called the assyrian he's you know called the beast he's called a bunch of things but he's going to be a slick political leader the jews will sign a seven year peace treaty daniel chapter 9 tells us in the 70 weeks prophecy of daniel and that peace treaty will seem great to the jews i believe personally it's gonna have something to do with the jews being able to rebuild their temple on the temple mount in our last prophecy update we talked about how there's even behind the scenes negotiations with saudi arabia to enter into these arab accords or abraham accords i should call it uh they're talking about a peace treaty with israel and some people are arguing that the saudis are arguing that they want to take control from the jordanians of the temple mount and they're going to make a deal they're talking about uh this is very hush but they're making they're wanting to make a deal with the jews with the temple mount and you say brett i know the temple mount and the dome of the rock shrine it's not a mosque by the way if you call it a mosque you don't know what you're talking about the al-aqsa mosque is on the same temple mount but the big golden dome is a shrine and you say brett you know the temple would actually if you build the temple in its courtyard and all that stuff it's too it's too big to build on the temple mount well as it turns out do you guys remember they're going to leave something out in the tribulation period temple does anybody remember what the bible says are going to leave out the court of the gentiles is going to be totally left out which is a huge section of the the temple and if you actually measure it out and by the way uh you uh well i remember back when i was uh in israel back in 1996 it was before the real intifada wars really started taking off and they were actually allowing uh hasidic jews and and orthodox jews to once in a while go up on the temple mount at that time but i remember there would be these orthodox jews and they'd be over on that flat open area in the courtyard right next to the dome of the rock shrine where they would be pacing off where the temple actually is going to be built and they they believe they know and there's some interesting descriptions as to why they believe the temple will sit you know uh just you know just to the um uh northern side of those of those uh of the dome of the rock shrine um the reason is is they they if they leave out the court of the gentiles there's a perfect little place it's called the dome of the spirits you can look it up on google if you want you'll see this little gazebo out on the temple mount and it's a big open area and there's enough room to to put the temple as it was in solomon's day to rebuild that there and so so there's going to be a peace treaty with jews and this coming antichrist and they're going to build the temple and then that they're going to think everything's rosy they made their peace deal they got their temple worse jewish worship is going gonna happen again but then this coming world leader is gonna in the middle of the tribulation go into that jewish temple that they'd rebuilt during the tribulation and set himself up to be worshipped as god and that's when the jews will say uh oops we shouldn't have made a deal with this guy and it'll be at that point this antichrist world leader will make war against the jews he's going to like hitler and like all the other horrible people that tried to extinguish the jewish people throughout history he's going to join right in with that same demonic effort to kill all the jews and the jews they're going to flee in the tribulation period the middle point they're going to flee to the mountains of edom or the place we know as petra or or that region of jordan and there's going to be this horrible you know battles against the jews but the the bible tells us prophetically the book of revelation and isaiah talks about this um where they'll flee even jesus in matthew 24 talked about the the jews fleeing during the abomination of desolation that's when the the antichrist comes to be worshipped there in the temple and so the jews will be there and the lord will take care of them there for time times and half times does anybody know what a time times and half times is in the bible three and a half years that's right uh and uh it names that and then at the end of that time you know the nations of the world are going to gather at a battle called armageddon and that's when christ returns at the end of the tribulation period and then the millennial kingdom begins and that's when the lord re-gathers the jews kind of a second re-gathering we're watching the first right now jews gathering an unbelief the second re-gathering is going to be in belief believing that jesus is the messiah and the millennial kingdom where jesus comes and rules and reigns remember the rapture of the church is not a second coming of christ people get that confused the rapture of the church is when we meet him where in the air in the clouds right so he's not going to come and return that's not a return the rapture of the church is where we go to be with him in the air and that's not the coming but the coming of christ is at the end of the tribulation by the way if the rapture is at the end of the seven year period called the tribulation what's the point of the rapture have you ever thought about that i call it yo-yo theology because we're raptured up and then we come back down it's there's no reason you're just rapture it's like cool you have to fly for 10 seconds or a millisecond or whatever it is and then we come back there's a reason we're raptured before the tribulation why to stay out of the wrath of god but also i believe we're going to go to the marriage feast of the lamb we get to be with the lord for seven years while you know hell on earth breaks out in the tribulation period we're going to be up with the lord and then we return who is who would be those people in revelation 19 it says when christ returns he's going to come with ten thousands which means millions ten thousands and ten thousands of his saints that's us those that were both alive and remained the raptured ones and those who went on before us are our loved ones were in heaven right now will all come and return with christ uh in that revelation 19 second coming of christ and they're going to be dressed in white linen what does linen in the bible speak of righteousness or purity that's right uh we're righteous in christ and that's that's who that is that's us in the story so uh the rapture of the church at the end of the tribulation makes zero sense to me i can even see the argument some people say what about pre-wrath that's a better argument but still the pre-wrath part we'll maybe save that for another discussion um but but i i believe that that seven year period especially if you look at the jewish wedding and the way that all goes down there's so many reasons why the seven years is the whole time we're going to be with the lord well we'll cover that in other times but all that to say though it seems like a distant nation israel and a lot of churches in america could care less what's going on over there um and you know they say you know whatever israel let it be divided and make us palestinian state like the catholics and the presbyterians and a lot of churches are just saying yeah whatever meanwhile those of us to read our bibles it talks about you know dividing jerusalem in half it says in the last days zechariah 12 zechariah 14 talks about those nations would try to chop jerusalem in half when obama in his administration said we need jerusalem to go back to the 1967 borders he was saying chop jerusalem in half that's what he was saying and if you know your zachariah scriptures it says those that try to do that they're handling a cup of trembling and it's not going to go well for the nations that try to chop jerusalem in half so this idea of a two-state solution as much as that sounds so humanitarian and so wonderful the way they put it it's actually a horrible idea according to god's plan and so in the tumult of it all this tiny little nation uh there on the mediterranean sea uh will become really the watershed of world events you know to reveal god signs of the times he uses the jews and he uses jerusalem now you say brett why is it such a timepiece for us well that's interesting because right now we live in the church age and all we see are the shadows of the events that are happening to get to those stories that i just told the rebuilding of the temple jerusalem all the nations hating the jews the anti-semitism of the antichrist and the whole world hating jews us seeing those things they're the shadows of things to come and that's what you and i have to see as the signs of the times so while we don't see these things come to fulfillment like the antichrist coming on the scene remember in 1st thessalonians chapter 2 it says there that um you know the the the church by the holy spirit we're gonna we're those who the king james says we let like in the tennis when you get a ball and it doesn't quite hit uh get over and hits the net and they call it a let when it touches that's what the church is doing we're holding back right now um all these things but when those holy spirit through the church is taken out of the way then that wicked man will be revealed that's what ii thessalonians chapter 2 says so this is all part of god's building up to that seven year period the tribulation and we i believe are seeing events that are culminating to bring us right to that point so some people say yeah whatever the trip we're not going to be in the tribulation so whatever but we we will know the times and the seasons like first thessalonians our texts told us tonight we'll know the times and the seasons by looking at the events the reason i go over all this is because i get pushback sometimes why are you talk so much about all the events that are going on in the world and stuff and some people say that's too much detail so i think we're probably living in the last days who cares about all these little nuances and stuff well i understand people that don't care about stuff like that but when you want to be good at something you should spend time with that thing you know a lot of people i was a uh um you know played football and you know one of my you might say a linebacker that's just the dumb guy that tackles people right um well yeah often times but but actually you'd be amazed how much football players actually study every little nuance of what's going on in a play so that they can be good at the game um you know there's a little like if you're a linebacker i'll just tell you one of the tricks especially in high school they uh you can get away with some of these things but as a linebacker in football what you'll find is the offensive guard who's kind of opposing you a lot of times those offensive guards they would actually point their toes slightly in the direction the play is going to go so when you're standing there and all you know you're just thinking they're going to go you know hike and then you just start running and smashing into people no the linebacker is looking at the toes because they'll point them just a little bit if the if the play is going right you'll see the because that big line the offensive guard is getting ready to go to the right and he needs a little help getting to go to the right because he's 350 pounds um so he's going to only and and man you can start reading the play and little nuances you can see where the running backs eyes are looking and like there's just things you start to notice that helps you kind of be good at the game i think that that's what it says be vigilant be sober watching and waiting is for us to look at the nuances and sense the days that we're living in and be good at what we do and i think being good at understanding what the bible says about the coming of christ is what what just what the lord ordered for us to be good at these things so that's why we spend time talking about all these things so what's happening in israel today that's probably the biggest thing that we can talk i'm going to pivot and jump around a little bit tonight because there's so much to talk about but um what what's happening in israel well a lot of stuff's going on uh in fact as it turns out um one of the things that is probably the big thing is um israel's political guard has all changed at once uh that's that's the truth of the matter um you know this jerusalem post article uh tells us this i'll just read a snippet of that article a country that has had the same prime minister for more than 12 years the same president for seven the same head of the mossad which is their intelligence service second to none par excellence the mossad for the last five and a half years suddenly woke up thursday morning with a new president a new spike agency chief um and uh the barring any dramatic you know last minute snafus a new prime minister and a new government like that's happening in israel as we speak new prime minister new president new massage chief and that's big when you're in a nation that's just a few days out of having 4 000 rockets flying into your nation um you know there's a cease-fire still in place right now but um this is a strange time to be shifting everything in your nation this is something that some would say is chaotic and it depends on who you are and what your political views of lipid this new prime minister guy um what he's going to be and and people are are excited in one hand but they're also nervous there's a there's a real dislike in israel for netanyahu a lot of us sort of liked netanyahu just for some reasons of that he um sort of stood his ground in areas that we think biblically he has the right to stand his ground on um and so we we tended to like netanyahu but he's also in real trouble um but in some ways you could really liken it to some of the things that president trump dealt with um in fact um the the hatred that they had for trump and his character you'll hear the same kind of uh verbiage with netanyahu honestly that's that's what you get in israel uh from some of the jews in israel and there's all these accusations and he's under you know uh um investigation for uh illegal financial you know stuff that that uh if you look into it it's it's um it's a little bit like russian collusion like it's the same kind of stuff uh that netanyahu's dealing with but it seems and and it's hard to say for sure because the way the israelis do their elections and you know all this stuff it's a little hard to to follow but it seems unless anything something radical happens uh the the new prime minister uh will take office uh but that's a lot of change for one country at one time having new people making all those life and death decisions that israeli leadership has to make for a country that's under attack constantly and and some people say the reality is going to change what is israel looking like what's happening what are the other nations going to do netanyahu was one that many of the nations do you don't mess with netanyahu if you mess with them you're going to get a bomb and people have kind of held israel's largely even though they hate netanyahu you can make this argument they've lived about as peacefully in the last 12 years as they have for centuries you can make the argument that under netanyahu's leadership they've been really safe the iron dome and all that the friendship with america all that stuff netanyahu has orchestrated that so the big question is who's the new guy um but for him to get elected or and to get his you know group together and the signatures that he needed he needed to get like a boss on board and some of these others that make you wonder is he going to be as rigid or strong in the area of defense for israel there's big question about that um so you know what's the new government of israel gonna have to face well iran still wants to get nuclear weapons desperately um the the american administration is still keen on you know uh jumping back into the iranian nuclear deal there the new prime minister's gonna have to deal with that um hezbollah is still armed to the teeth up in lebanon uh with missiles pointed israel hamas remains in control of gaza and by the way are you watching the news the egyptians are sending a bunch of weapons and stuff to hamas which is kind of a new thing in the last few days the egyptians have tried to kind of stay out of it largely but they're re-sending aid and all that stuff to the hamas in gaza but the international criminal court is still investigating israel for war crimes uh which is uh amazing uh if you know that whole thing uh part of the progressive wing of the democratic party is still becoming more and more anti-israel and vocal about it and the economy still needs to recover from the coronavirus issues so they're still deep deep deep israel in all kinds of societal rifts and problems i think the last nation in the world i'd want to be the prime minister of is israel uh so congratulations you know if i didn't care so much for israel i'd say good luck with that uh but i i do pray for the peace of jerusalem and we'll see how this new government sort of uh does but the the speculation is going wild and it's probably too early to try to make any guesses but this jerusalem post article without trump and netanyahu there is no blocking an iran deal and the analysis of that is a little bit nerve-wracking if you're not familiar with the jcpoa the iran nuclear agreement you know under the obama administration and john kerry we signed this deal with iran but it was a horrible deal and you'd hear president trump say that's a horrible deal um why would he say that because it was a horrible deal it paved the way for the iranians to have a nuclear weapon it's funny how it was almost postured like this is to make sure that iran never gets a nuclear weapon but it actually guaranteed it that they would get it um if you look at the the fine print sort of thing that's why when trump took office he that was the first thing he did is we're out of that deal that's a horrible deal and it's a horrible thing for our friends the jews in israel well you guessed it as soon as uh you know the biden administration came in the first thing they've been working on is getting you know cementing a coalition deal again uh and um you know figuring out how to make this nuclear agreement and by the way uh yair lapid who's the new prime minister in wait uh not only appears to um end the prime ministerial reign but it also uh removes the the the side that said we don't want anything to do with the iran nuclear deal they're worried that this guy might jump right in with the rest of the world and act like it's good a good thing for israel if i ran i saw a uh article by a guy the other day saying you know why wouldn't we just do let iran get a nuclear weapon just like all the other nations and his argument is mutually assured destruction uh mad if you know what that is um and mutually assured direct destruction has actually worked it's actually a philosophy that has worked and what what is that it's just that when the united states dropped a bomb on hiroshima and nakazaki um we were the only ones with the bomb at that point and man the whole world said okay we're done and everybody's surrendered um but it's good thing the united states we're a nice group of people because we didn't just kind of bomb everybody and say german we kind of don't like berlin anymore boom we didn't do that uh the the the russians we didn't say you know what russia we don't like boom boom boom and just blow up moscow to make it a parking lot we didn't do that because we're actually a nice nation and by the way dropping the bomb on hiroshima and nagasaki saved hundreds and hundreds of thousands of lives people don't really realize that unless they know the political part of that but then there was the arms race cold war soviet union in the united states and two nations i remember when when i was a kid some of you when your kids remember it was you know we could destroy the earth five times over with the amount of nuclear weapons that we had and they taught us how to go under our school desk if a bomb hit it would save you a little desk but but one of the things that kept that from happening is mutually assured destruction you know when uh you know the the cuban missile crisis happened uh everybody was holding their breath because they knew if the russians pulled the trigger if the united states pulled we'd all be dead it'd all be happen so everybody's kind of like wow we hope nobody does this because we'll all be dead everybody dies and so that's worked even perhaps with people as crazy as like north korea they know that if they shoot a nuclear weapon over the united states north korea will cease to exist it's mutually assured destruction now north korea makes us a little nervous because kim jong-un kim jong-il and all those guys over there are a little wacko so we're a little a little worried about what they if they care about mutually certain destruction but the iranians are the people that not only don't worry about mutually they they long for it that's the scary part of the iranians having a nuclear weapon it has to do with their mahdi and their um their muslim you know their version of the eschatology of end times of of what the muslims believe and they believe that massive bloodshed and destruction has to happen before their mahdi can come it's sort of their version of their you know messiah if you would um man we've done whole studies on that by the way the madi and what the 12th imam means and and the christian version held up against the muslim version of the way the end is going to happen it's it's amazing how they match only the opposite you know our antichrist is sort of their messiah but our messiah is sort of their jaw or their antichrist or whatever and it's an amazing little narrative that's kind of something that's worth checking into at least but for their muddy to come they need total chaos and destruction and that's why the iranians have been saying as soon as we get nuclear weapons we're going to blow israel off the map that's the first one first we're going to end the little satan then we're going to end the big satan which is the united states of america so the world is a little bit holding their breath right now because without netanyahu without trump there's there's kind of nothing slowing down this this uh return to this iranian nuclear deal and people are a little bit worried about what's going on now uh iran let's let's turn to that because iran does make a difference in the in the the days that we're living why is iran russia turkey syria all these nations why do they matter in all the end time stuff largely due to the ezekiel 38 prophecy uh well maybe if we have time we'll go into that a little bit but um those are the bigger players iran turkey uh russia are gonna the gog magog invasion that we're gonna talk about in a few weeks when we get to ezekiel 38 39 we're going to be dealing with that but one of the things to know about the end times is is to watch these nations that i believe either right before the rapture or right after and i'll talk about the timing of gog magog when we get there in ezekiel 38 whether it's before the rapture or after the rapture big debate on that but the fact is it's going to be right in the area of the time period of the rapture and there's reasons we know that i'll show you that but that's why watching this confederation of nations today is so fascinating even 10 15 years ago russia and iran were not really doing anything together they in fact for the longest time the russians iranians had nothing to do with each other but it's in the recent decades we've seen the iranians and the russians kind of buddy buddy and the iranians are getting a bunch of these russian weapons uh and what have you um but iran right now is sort of in real trouble they've had trouble because of the united states sanctions uh that we've put on them yeah you know after we left the nuclear deal with iran uh the united states we put these huge sanctions financial sanctions on the iranians and it's hurt them as a nation so they're kind of in trouble that way now of course as soon as the biden administration came into office they have a different political view and money started flooding into iran uh that's something you should know it wasn't just the united states it was all over the globe uh nations were starting okay iranians you know we're letting up now it just depends on what sheriff's in town and who gives the money and all that stuff well the iranians are starting to get money but they're having nothing but trouble have you even seen this past week like crazy stuff big stuff that's going on uh let's just look at a few of them one disaster for iran is its largest naval ship sinks um it's not clear if the fire was an accident or uh was intentional by some you know some some little israeli mossad agent that happened to be on the boat who knows uh there's all kinds of speculation but it's the biggest naval ship in the iranian arsenal and uh they they had a fire apparently uh and uh it it it ended up sinking this uh this vessel um now it's interesting because um you know uh tensions are looming over this region and this and very various attacks on iranian vessels but also israeli vessels have been attacked the the the strait of hormuz and in the gulf area there's all kinds of ships that are being attacked and going down and it's funny because nobody really knows why there's like a mysterious thing how are these ships going down and uh even tankers and stuff like that are being sunk vessels and what have you iranian ships by the way swarmed u.s coast guard vessels in april uh the us seized an iranian shipment of weapons in may there's the ship in its glory right there uh before it sank but that's the one right there their biggest warship right there um gone burned at the bottom of the sea um not only that uh as it turns out three hours after that ship finally sank another person was killed in a fire at a petrochemical plant in iran and if you've been following that there's been many of these um you know petrochemical clamp plants that have blown up and we call them petrochemical plants but they're probably places where they're working on their new nuclear arsenal and there's no secret the world kind of knows that there's the jews the mossad agents are probably strategically uh taking out these petrochemical plants to make sure that the iranians do not uh get a nuclear weapon the reason the israelis can't afford it is because they're saying we're going to blow israel off the map and they that's their number one goal and the jews are saying we cannot let that happen at whatever cost so that's one of the things that's going to be interesting to see with the new leadership of israel their posture is it going to be the same as netanyahu's administration or is it going to be lacks on the nuclear thing it is interesting that the nuclear thing will come into the gog magog invasion we know that biblically and in ezekiel 39 the description of the aftermath of the gog magog invasion uh really cries everything nuclear radioactive and death on the mountains of israel so that's something that's sad but it's also something that we we do think is gonna happen by the way one day before the sinking of the ship two iranian fighter pilots killed in an uh accident um uh did you guys see this uh there was the um now this is a little bit of a funny story this is the iranian you know uh jet now this is hilarious we uh it looks all high-tech and everything but um it's actually this is a plane that we sold them in 1979. um and and these these planes were actually first created in the 50s by the united states but here's the funny thing there's this video of your ronnie uh and he's looking and even sitting in the cockpit of all these planes but they claimed that the iranians said we have made a new fighter cut of the state-of-the-art new fighter jet and they unveiled this jet uh and we're all like that's the f5 that we sold them back in the 50s or built in the 50s and sold them in the 70s because they were prehistoric by the time the 70s came around but so it's kind of sad these are really outdated and clunky planes that the iranian army has and and by the way one of the things that the muslim nations do like when we attacked iraq is they want a show of big force and like they've got this massive killing machine but it always turns out to really not be true um as the story is coming out about these two pilots that were killed sadly you know what happened some some uh you know secret reports are coming out that the plane hadn't even left the hangar they were literally sitting in the hangar and the the pilots got in and they fired it up and the two eject sheets just blew out and smacked the pilots up on the roof of the hangar and killed them instantly like a horrible horrible thing but it's because these are so ancient these jets are outdated and um you know so the iranians are having a bad week to say the least um and it's it's really something um but i do want to say this before we kind of um move on um be praying for the iranian people because there are many people in iran who are not part of this muslim revolution from the 1970s you know the revolutionary change was become this radical muslim state there's still a lot of people that are kind of normal in iran and don't really want any of this and i'm told by inside sources that there's actually a radical revival of people accepting christ in the country of iran and that's an amazing thing it doesn't shock me because if you do that it could very well cost you your life and wherever christianity is persecuted christianity flourishes it's an amazing thing wherever you see the world hate christians and even kill christians like they would in iran that's when you start see the church growing how did the church grow in the first century just to turn on the persecution that's what the romans did they tried to persecute the church and man the church flourished and grew and it sure drew a line between people that were serious and people that were tourists the serious people stayed in walking with christ and the tourists said yeah jesus is cool they they bailed there's something about persecution that sort of purifies how much of the church in america would still be radically into jesus if it suddenly became illegal and it could cost your life or you'd be thrown in prison um i i worry that we are ill-equipped for that kind of persecution and but at the same time as much as i hope persecution doesn't come to america if it does it might just be the thing that purifies the church more than any other thing more than any sermon or you know whatever um but i'll have to say the f5 that's what it is it's not a uh if you want it's kind of funny look to the unveiling of the new iranian jet and they unveiled it and everyone's like that's the f5 that we sold them back in the 50s anyway so that raises the question with iran and russia and turkey and erdogan by the way we've talked about erdogan in turkey they're all actively figuring things out they're all also busy up in syria the syrian civil war those those three nations particularly russia with putin uh erdogan with turkey and then the iranians are all they're just on the northern border of israel and if you know your ezekiel 38 thing it says those nations will have a hook in their jaw and they'll be drawn down into the land of israel and i believe that that could be now i also believe the rapture is the very next thing that could happen but it also could be the uh ezekiel 38 gog magog invasion it could be that but nothing needs to happen for sure except for the rapture like like that's the next thing on the list so the eminence of the rapture is still in place but but we see all the pieces of ezekiel 38 coming together including the russians coming to the aid of the iranians in their time of need we're seeing that right now with all these troublesome things that's happening in iran we're seeing uh you know the the russians kind of coming to their aid and uh and and turkey's flexing their muscles it's just interesting to watch that dynamic and so we'll be talking more about the ezekiel 38 prophecy from the bible uh here in a few weeks it's going to be fun to dive into that kind of freshly and what have you but let's talk about some other things that are worth noting in uh prophecy update things what about ufos anybody crazy enough to talk about that how many of you guys have been kind of following what's been happening with the ufo thing that's amazing not many many of you okay so um before like three weeks ago if you if you believed in ufos or talked about them you were nuts and you probably were nuts uh um but as it turns out um there's some interesting revelations that have been happening with the pentagon with the state department some of our soldiers our uh uh pilots and what have you they're talking about we just see stuff we don't know what it is um and there's all this classifieds you know we we kind of all knew about you know era 51 or whatever and you know they're little green aliens and stuff and and that's that's all kind of wacko but what is interesting right now is seeing sort of the um the latest uh uh statements that are coming out of the pentagon out of the state department um new york times article um us finds no evidence of alien technology in flying objects but can't rule it out either uh if you read this article a new report concedes that much about the observed phenomena remains difficult to explain including their acceleration as well as their ability to change direction and even submerge in the water you know washington there was an intelligence that came out of the pentagon actually american intelligence officials have found no evidence that the aerial phenomena witnessed by navy pilots in recent years are alien spacecraft but they still can't explain the unusual movements that have mystified science scientists and the military according to a senior administrator officials briefed on the findings of a highly anticipated government report the report determines that a vast majority of more than 120 incidents over the past two decades did not originate from any american military or other advanced u.s government technology the official said that uh that determination would appear to eliminate the possibility that navy pilots who reported seeing unexplained aircraft might have encountered pro programs the government meant to keep secret but that is about the only conclusive finding in the classified intelligence report uh the official said and while the forthcoming unclassified versions coming out expected to be released by congress in june of june 25th this next month or the end of this month it will present a few other firm conclusions senior officials briefed on the intelligence conceded that a very the very ambiguity of the findings meant that the government could not definitely rule out theories that the phenomena observed by military plants might be alien spacecraft so you say okay brett uh what are you talking about well the truth is there's been a bunch of even recently everybody's got an iphone now all these sailors and soldiers and people but there's and some of these even have been released by the government these um these objects that are flying at amazing speeds and able to change directions uh on a dime that like g-forces that humans couldn't really even survive uh in some of the the you know speculation about these things um but as it turns out they're they're not denying that they're they exist and like you can see this one here and it actually slowly flips over as it's flying at a great speed and it does stuff that you know and um i would have the pilots talking on here but they use expletives so we muted them but uh i'm sure pilots don't say any bad words while they're in the air right uh some of you pilots that are in here um but but as it turns out they're all like well we just don't know what that is and uh basically that's been confirmed we don't know what it is now there's been some incidents where there's been even a swarming recently on u.s navy vessels in the water by these vessels and there's nothing we can do about it that that's the thing that's interesting to me like what are you gonna do uh with these vessels that you can't reach or or they're super fast or you don't even know what they are and um and their technology is pretty great now either you know either you got you know elon musk behind it after he smokes his weed maybe he's got some spacex thing he hasn't told us about or uh it's some other government maybe the russians or the chinese have technology of drones or something that we have nothing even close to it or it's space aliens who knows what it is brett do you believe in space science here's what i do know i do believe in extraterrestrials because the bible tells us about them in the book of ezekiel there's there's these cherubim that fly around the throne and they have four faces and six wings i do believe in extraterrestrials because the bible tells us about satan uh satan is an extraterrestrial and he's not a very nice one he's not saying greetings earthlings like he's not doing that um now so uh call me crazy but that's what the bible says there are but but what are these i have no idea no idea but um the truth is um um you know the truth is what does it mean in bible prophecy well here's what i want to say about that um the truth is that weird things are happening in the world um we've got all kinds of crazy stuff with pandemics and we've got people masked all over the world and angry and upset and we've got a lot of people dying from this pandemic you know it might feel kind of end times it's just there but but one of the things that is going to happen when the rapture of the church happens what's going to be the explanation what what is the world going to say now by the way if you're shirley mclean and oprah winfrey and all these people do you know when they talk about the the age of aquarius the new agers when they talk about the age of aquarius there's this new age that's going to be brought in that's going to be glorious but they believe that most of the new agers they believe that that cannot happen until there's a massive removal of all the people that are holding up the new age of aquarius remember that song from the 70s the age of aquarius or whatever like dumb totally dumb but that song's basically saying when christians are out of the picture then the world's finally going to get to go where it needs to go you and i are the problem and the bible says that's true remember second thessalonians chapter 2 says we're holding back the world right now only they look like we're holding back the age of aquarius but what we're actually is holding back the wrath of god uh because we're here and we're preaching the gospel and trying to save people but as soon as we're taken out of the way they're gonna just the world's going to go in this direction and it's going to head right into that tribulation period it's going to be brutal but but how are they going to you know you know when we think about the rapture of the church we just think the world's going to be so freaked out but i'm going to argue that there's going to be a lot of things are going to be freaked out and maybe the disappearance of uncle bob might be the last thing on their mind at the point you know like it's an amazing thing that seems like such a big deal but if you look at what's happened in 2020 and 2021 the world is kind of going man things are nuts um even the secularist is like things are crazy right now um but i believe that maybe this whole space alien thing and the question might just be one of the answers that they give about where all these christian people went um and you know some people will be saved in the tribulation there'll be some of your family members that you told them about the rapture of the church they thought you were nuts but then suddenly you're part of this thing they might just be people that say we should have believed then and maybe they'll believe during the tribulation there's a group of people called the tribulation saints who are going to be saved during the tribulation hopefully that's people you've shared the gospel with so that when the rapture does happen they don't believe the space alien theory now on another level not only is it an explanation perhaps for the rapture of the church that's going to be goofy but maybe that's what they use another problem about these um you know vehicles uh the ones that are submersible or even flying through there no matter what we know it's kind of a problem because if that technology exists which they're saying it does the speeds and their ability to move and go underwater at great speeds and all this that's a problem for our military um and and what do we really know about what's going on in the world and what have you well let's get to that then um let's talk about what we know about stuff question i saw by the way i saw a meme today that's funny i didn't expect that response but um i saw a meme today where it showed fauci with with his mask holding like this and and all the people had masks over their eyes he says you have to wear a mask so that you can't see my emails you know um so the email thing the big controversy and all this stuff uh you know um uh it's it's an interesting thing because it's once again you know it depends on who you're listening to if you're a cnn fan out here then what you've heard from them is boy fouchy sure deserves a medal he's worked so hard this last year and a half and man but if you are from the fox news side you're saying fauci needs to be thrown in prison uh and uh like it's so funny the different narratives that are out there right now but the truth is the reason why some of us the email thing is important is it shows that he was not really being honest or frank he was covering things and saying things that were very much you know we already knew it by the way none of this the email doesn't reveal anything new in my opinion it just confirms what we already knew uh that's something i like to say because uh some people are acting like this is the smoking good well it's not um it's not uh but it only confirms that uh he's manipulating people and doing whatever fits his uh narrative at any given time and that shouldn't be a shocker to any of us but one of the things that's kind of coming out of this whole thing is the wuhan cover-up and um you know this whole uh you know messing around with the coronavirus over there and the funding and where the money came from and all it's it's quite caught up in the quagmire of politics and what have you but i don't want to wade into those weeds as much as just to say this is the kind of climate of lies and deceit that governments have been capable of for decades for millennia like we shouldn't be shocked to think that a government and people could be paying to make viruses that are deadly or er for humans like isn't anybody kind of wondering like why would they try to make a virus more deadly and why is that happening in china and and do the chinese do they care about people dying and what's going on you know the problem is um this idea of the government shaping the narrative and and not really having a desire to help people or even some people want to kill people there's an interesting movement you can find it everywhere of depopulate depopulating the earth there's a whole movement in bill gates is part of it where they'd love to see back to more of a 500 million level population of the earth instead of the us rapidly approaching eight billion people on the earth they think five million is a better number so what do we do to get there there's some interesting uh you know writings and people that are talking about that but um you know it is interesting when you look at the biblical narrative that much of the earth's population will die during the tribulation period um but it makes you wonder like how and what what's the point there and the bible tells us when we get the book of revelation we'll talk about that or you can go back and listen to our previous studies but um the new york times did an article that i thought was interesting uh media group think and the lab leak theory that was an opinion uh um that was interesting it turns out this article says that the kovid pandemic was caused by a leak from a lab in wuhan china it will rank among the greatest scientific scandals in history dangerous research possibly involving ethnically dubious techniques that make viruses more dangerous carried out in a poorly safeguarded facility thuggishly covered up by a regime more interested in propaganda than human life catastrophic for the entire world this is the new york times putting this out now here's the thing that's interesting because new york times and cnn they're all starting to kind of admit hmm this is just suspicious but what was happening to the people who were saying um to the people that were saying a year ago this came from a lab and it's it's uh created by humans out of a lab when everybody else say no no no it's transferred from bats and somebody ate a bat somewhere and you know next door to the wuhan lab uh and gus like and so so we had people in our you know government and people rightly saying man we need to look into this but if you said that a year ago you were like you were a nut job you were crazy if any of us who were asking well why why are people working on viruses and making them more deadly to americans if you ask the question there and i should have brought a montage i could have put together a montage of all the news people saying this stupid congressman and these stupid people and pastors and churches and they're just a bunch of stupid idiots conspiracy theorists now all those crazy conspiracy theories about a wuhan lab virus an hour is going uh wait a minute but you'll never get an apology for the discrediting of all those people that were asking the right question but as it turns out that wuhan lab the chinese have closed it down as far as letting people in they're holding all their documents just the fact that the chinese are relentless in not letting any information get out um should should be a testimony we may never get to the real bottom of the whole thing because of chinese lockdown but this possible scandal which is uh still yet unproved i think i should say that but it might be obscuring other scandals which remains to be digested what do you mean other scandals well if you forget the virus for a second i mean like the long refusal by the media and the so-called media gate keepers social media facebook you know if you put something on facebook about the this virus coming from a lab they would cancel you they would wipe you out and take your article even if you had 75 million followers and you're a scientist who have to be an oscar or a award-winning you know neurology or biologists they would still take you off if you said something uh that it came from a lab instead of a bat um social media was doing that along with other gatekeepers the mainstream media to take the lab leak seriously uh nobody was doing that um the reasons for this probably just rank partisanship you know uh the credulous reporting and the methods by which was enforced censorship and vilification of anybody who is raising the questions are reminders that sometimes the most destructive enemies of science can be those who claim to speak in the name of science this is something the bible tells us about the bible says in the last days there'll be those professing themselves to be wise they become fools and they're promoting something the bible calls science falsely so called this is what the the king james bible says that science falsely so-called um some believe this is part of what paul wrote about in first timothy first timothy chapter four verses one and two now the spirit experience speaketh expressly that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines or teachings of devils speaking lies in hypocrisy having their conscience seared with a hot iron and i believe that a lot of what we've seen with the mainstream media and the facebook and twitter and the canceling of everybody is part of this big lie this big cover-up um and uh and and we really haven't haven't got to the truth at all i don't think we're still only beginning to see bits and pieces of truth about the coronavirus about global warming science falsely so-called it's it's rampant and the world falls for this stuff hook line and sinker um some of what we have been saying here at athy creek and people thought we were nuts to say it are only now being admitted a year and a half later about the masks and about the coronavirus and nobody's going to admit that that what we were saying was correct uh they don't want to but it goes across out of science and even all the stuff does the media and what they promote stand this test of time i don't believe so because this first timothy uh scripture says in the last times this is gonna get worse and worse and especially in this verse the main thing there is the speaking lies in hypocrisy what a perfect description of what we're seeing happening uh with the news and the social media uh and what have you that's that's exact we're seeing that ramp up so much that this is one of the great evidences that you and i are living in the latter times i really believe that we're seeing that and largely going unnoticed by so many so the media is really a problem by the way does the media stand the test of time um i i saw this i thought this was kind of funny did you see this december 8th new york times 1903 man won't fly for a million years to build a flying machine would require you know uh continued and uh you know efforts and mathematics and mechanics for over 1 million to 10 million years the funniest part about that bam the wright brothers just nine days later so this whole thing of reporting the news so-called it's not a new thing i mean they've been wrong about so much for so long it's kind of painful um but um but for example when i first came out i was i'm just saying at the greek we were some of the first people saying black lives matter is horrible remember blackout tuesday and i i came and said you guys been we shouldn't be doing blackout tuesday if you're supporting that you're supporting marxism and the uh you know the dismantling of the nuclear family and you'd be amazed the pushback i got on that um people like black lives matter and we were all saying of course black lives matter of course we always said that and racism is horrible of course and and all that but black lives matter was has really very little to do with racism um and i've been saying that for a long time now um it's interesting a year later um we're seeing the lies uh and all the cover-ups and we're seeing it and i hope finally these these churches that got into the crt critical race theory and black lives matter and supporting all that stuff i hope that these churches are finally at least taking the stupid write for agility book off their reading uh recommended reading of their church website local churches that were like even sort of linked to us had their white fragility book on their front of their website just to be you know uh current and sound very much uh caring about racism but i believe that that only promotes the worst of kind of racism um and it's really something um this this finally came out uh and i think it's an important thing this article uh from um the founder of black lives matter in saint paul minnesota recently released a video which he called out the group's ugly truth by which he meant their positions on family and education in 2015 i was founder of black lives matter in saint paul said rashad turner who now leads the pro-school choice group minnesota parent it sounds like he's like more like one of us now suddenly i believe the organization stood for exactly what the name implies black lives do matter but he says however after a year on the inside i learned that they had little concern for rebuilding black families he added um all this to say and i point all this out to say no longer does it really even require an imagination to see how the world's gonna fall for a world leader like the antichrist and be committed to a one world government and be duped into saying yeah ra ra ra this is gonna be awesome we're gonna follow this leader the world is just so quick to just turn and follow and uh and and with a ferocious following um you know it's amazing how people jumped on the black lives matter and christians were you know virtual virtuous signaling on their social media podcast matter and you know blackout tuesday and all that it just shows you how easily people are duped into something that's demonic and state satanic that's what it was so what do we do about that should should we be worried and freaked out by the way this gets that question i started out this evening should christians today be worried about looking for the antichrist and this coming world leader because see this is i believe the stage that we're seeing right now is set for a world leader there's a leadership vacuum in the world and all the troubles that we're seeing in the world right now and all the pretended troubles and invented troubles and all that everything's set for a world leader to swoop in and deal with crisis you know could it be a crisis of ufos uh these vehicles whoever has them whether it's the russians or the chinese or elon musk or some kid out of high school that's really good with mechanics like who knows or is this space aliens who knows but can you imagine if that becomes what we think it's going to be if they have that kind of technology what's their weaponry like and if it becomes that big a deal the world's going to come together i believe that the ufo thing could be one of the things that makes the world come together and follow a single world leader so should we be freaked out who's the hunter guys i'm looking for no and i want to remind you just two simple things first of all we shouldn't worry about anything i want you to remember that and i hope especially as if you're a bible prophecy buff whether you're watching online with us or you're here in the room with us don't ever be worried if you're finding yourself word again we're doing it wrong we're talking about the wrong stuff if you're walking i'm so freaked out by the world right now no we should be excited about the days we're living i feel like it's an honor to be a christian living in the last days i really do like that's a really cool thing that we get to be a part of what god is doing in these days well what if you're wrong brett and it's not the last day's big deal at least i did what i'm supposed to the lord wants us to live as if it's the last days so we shouldn't worry about anything of course philippians you know chapter 4 verse 6 said be anxious for nothing don't worry about anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving present your request to god and the peace of god which transcends or passes all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in christ so by the way if you're freaked out by prophecy stuff maybe your husband's really into it but you're not i see some elbows flying like i just want to hear about god's amazing grace i don't hear about space aliens um be anxious about nothing this is the lord wanting you to practice uh the scriptures and do whatever so number one we're not we shouldn't be anxious about anything number two uh the antichrist will not be revealed until after the rapture of the church second thessalonians two eight uh so uh it's futile for us to try to figure out who it is and get all freaked out about him because we're not even going to be here when he exposes himself man there's still other so many other things we could talk about tonight have you guys followed the cyber attacks that have happened um you should know about this there's been some huge cyber attacks the bloomberg article jbs moves to reopen vast majority of its plants after cyber attack um you know this this of course jbs um is the world's largest meat processing company a brazilian a brazilian based uh and it's it's it's one-fourth of the meat that we get here in the united states and so uh meat prices are going to go up um as it turns out but there's been a bunch of these attacks so this brazilian place meat processing company um how many of these big uh you know um ransomware attacks have happened you think maybe a few two or three let me just show you the ones that have happened in may as fast as i can you've got the japanese government fujitsu system uh may 24th where the government agencies have been impacted uh four of their main government agencies were shut down the whole government of japan four of their main agencies by this ransomware uh may uh also of this year uh south korean government uh were targeted uh all their high perf uh profile officials uh i could go into that they they suspect of course north korea somebody hacking and ransomware and all that also uh the health service executive ireland's national health service may 14th of this month of this last month i should say um they were targeted uh as well the fbi uh is working along with uh australia for another one that happened this last month targeting uh sectors in in various countries but uh including brazil belgium china costa rica czech republic france germany india indonesia italy jordan all affected by this uh avadon ransomware uh that was all in may um what about you know the the uh the big one that we all this is probably the one you heard about the colonial pipeline did you guys hear about this one the pipeline was shut down by ransomware some hacker just shut it down and demanded uh uh the ransom of five million dollars we'll turn it back on if you give us five million dollars well it took them a long time to figure out what to do they eventually paid the five million dollars to the ransom company and they turned the gas back on now by the way the thing that's scary about this is you're not supposed to pay the ransom people when you start paying the ransom people this will happen more and more because it actually pays these hackers are getting away with it and they're doing it with this cryptocurrency and they're walking away scot-free with five million dollars um you know it's amazing how this one i'm gonna hang out on this one because i've got a lot more but this one is the one that really hurt the whole southern united states did you see the gas lines and the craziness there was some real craziness let me show you some of my favorite craziness um check out this this video somebody got with their iphone um of this this um this person getting gas um because there was such gas storage this guy puts a tarp in the back of his truck and he's and he's he's filling his back pickup bed full of gasoline um there's a little leak in the back there but um what i want to see is the liquid dynamics of when he drives away what happens to the pool uh in the back of his truck um what is he doing but uh if that's not about it what about this lady she also was trying to store up gas so she took her um her plastic shopping bags from safeway and started filling started filling those with gasoline and and so she puts those in the trunk of her car um watch her watch her lifting this says the gas is spewing out um this is this is painful watching people who don't know what gasoline uh can do and all that but she's just maybe maybe we should double bag that one um along with her ice cream and her her double bagged uh gasoline let's see see the gas running everywhere i hope nobody lights a cigarette around there uh because talk about the uh apocalypse um anyway um look watch the gas flowing from the stripping stripping from the back uh oh my goodness i can just watch this all day i anyways uh sorry um i'll move along um uh you know may at fourth there was another big uh you know cyber attack on um on this technology company and i just could just keep going um you know belgium's government was attacked in may big these are big ones a russian defense contractor involved in designing nuclear submarines got a cyber attacked and uh was was in trouble with information that hurts the russians um and that brings me to kind of a whole separate topic i'm moving quickly because i'm out of time but um the cyber uh ransomware thing um we've seen in the month of may like 12 that i just listed or however that was major attacks on major corporations and countries and and the only one that really made the news was the gas one because it really hurt us but can you imagine if you got somebody who was pretty smart with ransomware and they attacked everything all at once shut the whole thing down um the one that our government's most concerned about that they won't want to talk about is our power grid most people believe they could shut our power grid down very easily these hackers have their ways and that would can you imagine if everything got shut down for any length of time in our country would be crippled horribly um and would we pay the ransom like it starts to get a little weird um now one of the things i want to talk about is the usm decline and i only spent a few minutes on this but um last time i was talking about the chinese military and the russian military stuff and i want to back up and say something i'm as a patriot a fan of our military and i i think i still think we have the most powerful military in the world and i i may not have made that clear last time i i got some pushback from some of our that say brett you don't know we've got a military and it's awesome don't get me wrong i know that and i and i hope that our military is way better than i even know i hope there's high-tech stuff that i don't even know about uh out there maybe uh that can go faster than some of those ufos i'm hoping for that um and and i and i am a patriot and i love our military and our soldiers and our you know navy personnel and all i really do and i uh support them and i would happily pay my tax dollars to go to military stuff any day of the month um so that's important but i but what i was talking about last time and i just want to clarify is i do see a decline not as much in our weaponry but i see the the the the russians and the chinese working on space force and then the united states our president says space force remember the press secretary i think they could care less about that i worry about are we are we focusing on the right things while the russians are continually building their military as fast as they possibly can and uh and and and uh uh an amazing formidable foe we do have formidable foes unlike the iranians or the iraqis i think the russians and the chinese are formidable foes even if just numerically but here's where i worry um it's the mindset it's the world view of the united states it's it's do we even have young men and women in our military and i know we do but do we have enough that have the right world view i worry about these things um probably the best illustration of this is um i saw a comparison of the recruitment video of the russians and i saw the recruitment video that we just put out of the united states military and i'd like you to a b tell me which one you're more afraid of if you look at this even though we're not also here's the russian uh video military recruiting [Music] it begins in california with a little girl raised by two moms i also marched for equality i like to think i've been defending freedom from an early age standing at the altar to marry my other mom with such powerful role models i finished high school at the top of my class i found it a way to prove my inner strength and maybe shatter some stereotypes along the way i'm us army corporal emma malone lord and i answered my calling so there you go a or b as far as our military now i know that there are women and i'm not saying anything about women in the military i know there are women that are amazing part of our military but this is this is what we're focused on is this whole making sure that the two moms and supported and embraced and loved and all this stuff um that's what we're pushing and it makes me a little concerned um i'm concerned for our real military that is having to deal with this stuff uh with all this uh you know critical race theory and politically correct stuff and it to me it's it's only going to hurt uh our ability to uh keep our nation uh at the top when it comes to military now that's an interesting thing when you consider where's the united states in the prophetic picture that's the interesting thing the thing that concerns me as a patriot is the united states is not in the narrative talks about russia china iran iraq turkey jordan egypt like all the nations are mentioned except for us why um i i think that maybe we're gonna be so busy sitting around in the united states trying to figure out if he's a guy or a girl um are we woke enough uh that we we won't even have anything to say the bible says um in the gog magog ezekiel 38 situation it says there's going to be some nations that that only protest and say yeah that shouldn't be happening that sounds kind of like the united states right now in our politically correct sort of role uh with that kind of a government if we have that in you know i can see that happening and it is interesting it talks about the young lions it doesn't say the united states but uh the lions might be england in ezekiel 38 and the young lions might be the united states that's maybe a a mention of the united states in the prophetic picture we'll talk about that in ezekiel 38 but the worst thing that we do as the young lions what do we do we just stand by and go that's all we do uh in the gog magog invasion well all that to say in conclusion tonight i know it's late and i've gone further than i ever should have but i want you to remember um the main thing and that is um these things while they're bad for our country some of them and bad for the world we know that these things are the signs of the end that bring us to what the lord's gonna ultimately do keep that in mind and that's why john 14 is so important let not your heart be troubled believe in god believe also in me jesus in my father's house are many mansions if we're not so i would have told you i go to prepare a place for you and if i go to prepare a place for you i will come again and receive you unto myself that where i am there you may be also you know that's the rapture of the church when is jesus going to receive us to himself that's the rapture of the church we get to be a part of that and we have to be with him where he is and that is heaven also psalm 20 verse 7 this is something that's hard for some of us some put their trust in chariots others and horses but we will remember the name of the lord our god we don't put our trust in america or biden administration or the trump administration or the obama or bush administration we put our trust in the lord that's what we need to do hopefully these prophecy updates are constantly reminding us of trust in the lord don't lean on your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge him and he'll set your paths straight that's what the bible says so there you have it june's prophecy update i i could have gone a lot longer but uh that's it all right [Applause] well lord we're so thankful uh for your word that enlightens us and gives us the lamp into our feet the light into our path lord how thankful we are that we have the hope of heaven and eternal life to look forward to so lord i pray now that you'd show us what to do with all this information i pray that we'd be busy preaching the gospel lord sharing the good news to the lost lord i pray you give us a heart of compassion for those who are in the woke world or in the deceived group lord may we may we be compassionate and share truth with people and not be afraid to speak the truth in love lord i pray that we keep our eyes set on you watching and waiting as a church in jesus name amen you
