[Music] I've been on a bike I've done some bike workout so I'm not sure about cycling so I'm excited to get out there and see you know that all the hypes about I think we have pretty strong leg muscles also our endurance is pretty good playing a 90 minute soccer game is pretty hard the endurance part yes but once they threw a net you have to kind of have a beat I don't have any rhythm at all so kind of nervous I'm expecting that they're gonna kill us you'll pick your shoes first once you have your shoes on you can like claim a bike and then we'll set you guys up no no padding you get used to it I'm gonna slide you back lock that in and then I'm gonna bring your handlebars down here very intricate initially when we showed them it they all kind of looked at us like we were a little bit crazy and like it was gonna be the most difficult thing they've ever done okay so pedal downward put your weight onto it clips in now we're trapped so when the first got on the bike awkward when you're clipped in you can't get out and like you don't really know where your body's supposed to fall what you're supposed to be doing yeah look good don't it yeah I feel like we're going hits ahead in the competition right now so hands here around the this arc on your handlebars that's first position hands out here that's second and then once we start to make our way out of the saddle this will be third take this yellow wheel twisted all the way back to the left that's your resistance table start to add the resistance so you start to feel something beneath you so we're gonna show you guys three different paces we'll do like a slow one a heavy one and then a fast one with like some choreography and that one's gonna be a little bit more difficult so we're gonna show you first what its gonna look like start to turn the resistance to the right and then make your way out so you can catch the beat with us right left right don't catch them on the dancefloor later they might [Music] and they're so good at it they were all like in sync and we were all like trying to get on the beat and was not what I was expecting I think the hardest part for me individually was when I got off beat trying to get back on beat into the song and you know the bike relax your shoulders make it look easy in the beginning you see them trying to understand everything it's the funny part in this the exciting part of life I don't think I can do it my feet were going numb which is very weird and so like they fixed that and I think that was unexpected and that's definitely really hard I thought I was gonna fly off the seat like literally like fly over the handlebars it's a little quicker so instead of being on top of the handlebars pull your hips back there's got to be something pushing back right left right find it together first elbow straight down and when you're ready big breath check it out 2/3 I think the biggest thing was the moves like dance from sort of wah on the bike like halfway through the second workout I was like my legs are jello I don't really know how to get through this but then you look at them they kind of give you motivation because they're still killing it ain't let's push her away from it then out 2/3 follow us Tabak the more that they listen to the music the more they listen to Sam and feel encouraged so one to the right one to the left you then started to see them get into a groove of everything dropping the elbows go into choreography sit that's two I'm ready to not do this last sprint right yeah push through it let's try the next one try with us two counts yeah again squeeze your inner thighs in your butt lift yourself out go back down lift now's a good time to add more to your wheel finding to be it so hard because you think like oh I have a little bit of rhythm I could find it but you can't be there you go drop it in start to push now you sprint as fast as you can a little further keep pushing everything you have left so sweaty are you sweating as much as we are my legs are definitely feel a little jelly and jiggly we're gonna be wobbling around for the afternoon I think it's a lot harder than I thought it was gonna be I would definitely stick to soccer it looks simple almost but until you're strapped into that bike until you have to do those moves and you know the little arm movements the hips they're on a whole new level and it was just awesome it was great to be able to do it I think they did amazing I'm super impressed especially for their first time and they just like kind of picked it up it came natural to them I thought it was cool to see them kind of like learn their rhythm and realized that they had rhythm it was harder than I expected at the end you like start to get into it and you start to kind of find the beat and it's actually like oh my gosh I can kind of do it some people go in there like I can't do it I can't do it but it's like just listen take your time and before you know it these are you right in it you [Music]
