Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy never physically touch, until the scene where she finally accepts his marriage proposal. When she does, they immediately step closer to each other as they walk, very subtly, and their arms and shoulders touch each other slightly. it happens in the video at 1:35. They continue to stand close and touch each other as they walk down the lane.

Way late to this post, but they touch when he finds her upset over Lydia at the inn. He guides her to a chair and then reluctantly lets go of her hands after she is seated.
