POWERFUL TIPS FOR STARTING SEASON 1 !!! (Tips from an End-Game Player) | AFK Journey

what is up guys Ryan Khan here with another video on AFK Journey so season 1 has finally begun on my server and this is the second day and I've been pretty on top of everything since the very start and I wanted to make this video to give you guys a quick overview of everything that I've learned within the first two days so that when you guys uh have season 1 on your servers you can get a head start do all the right things and avoid all the wrong things so let's begin with any other uh further Ado so my first tip the most important tip of all guys as soon as the season starts you're going to get a new Quest obviously the main quest which will which will take you to this new area you'll get inside of carolan from Hol Stone all that stuff but as soon as that HP as soon as that happens I want you to stop everything you're doing don't continue the quest and do your AFK stages for those who for those of you who don't know in season uh one as soon as it starts you will start doing your AFK stages once again just like you did for the first time when you started AFK Journey no your AFK stages have not been reset this is exclusive to the season so these stages are on top of what you have already done everything you've done by by the way uh outside of the Season Remains the Same your AFK stages the level won't change you won't lose anything your equipment everything is going to stay the same but you'll get new season exclusive things like for example right now I'm on stage 200 and this is these are the AFK stages for the season similarly if you go to the resonating Hall my current resonance is uh 90 91 but this is not my actual base resonance my base resonance is this which is as you can see exactly the same excuse me but anyway everything is exclusive equipment this is my equipment level this equipment is once again exclusive to the season so you will be upgrading all of this through the AFK stages Etc just like you did in your current season if you want to look at your uh actual equipment outside of the Season you just click this button right there and as you can see everything is maxed out so yeah everything is exclusive same goes for the artifact you have a bunch of new artifacts and you can also use your uh the vanilla artifacts that you've already acquired in the base game anyway First Step leave everything immediately start doing the AFK stages because these rewards are your actual AFK rewards that start piling up indefinitely as soon as you as soon as you make an account for pretty much like the faster you do them the more rewards you'll rack up so you want to make sure that you're one of those guys who immediately start pushing the AFK stages and take the lead on pretty much everyone else as think about it like this if you get the Quest for the new season one guy takes the quest and starts doing the quest and he's still at stage one and you don't do the quest you start rushing through AF stages now you're at stage 50 for instance and he's still at still at stage one for instance you have already gained an advantage over all the players who are behind you in the AFK stages for perspective definitely get these guys I know there was a an uproar regarding the rewards that were nerfed or something but I think they've pretty much uh addressed that that issue uh you get a bunch of rewards you get diamonds get hero Essence this hero Essence by the way is also again um relevant to the season and if you've been saving up the resonance from the base game that's not going to help you the equipment is different the resonance is different everything is different the goal is the same however so yeah um push your AFK stages get the rewards get the equipment this will all all of this will uh help you make your um get your resonance higher as well as get your hero stronger which will help you push etc etc now the reason I didn't stress too much upon questing is because I just found out that even though of course doing the quest is going to get you rewards faster Etc you can clear all the all you know the elite mobs get the chest Etc but once you get uh to a certain point where you for this hypop usually it's locked behind resonance right but as you can see I already have resonance above 80 then why am I stuck here I even have the AFK stage well that's because it is also locked behind server season day three so before the third day you cannot go past this so don't feel rush or like don't feel pressured about doing the quests but also don't be too lazy about it the point is to be more focused on the AFK stages than these cuz you have I think more wigle room for questing yeah anyway my second tip is the Supreme Arena this is vastly different from the regular arena for example if you look at the regular Arena this is the system where you beat someone and you get points or you lose to someone and you lose points and based on that you climb the ladder have your ranking Etc Supreme arena is different in the Supreme Arena you'll mostly be facing Bots at the start because all the spots pretty much taken by Bots unless you beat them and when you do beat them you swap your rank with the bot for example I was ranked 5,000 something and then I beat a bot who was at rank 386 as you can see on my screen now I'm ranked 386 and that bot is whatever so yeah guys Supreme Arena gives you a ton of rewards like the regular Arena supports don't even compare to what you get here first of all as soon as you beat the your first time rewards for ranking of are diamonds and you get an insane amount like I was pleasantly surprised at how much how many diamonds you get like I just got like yeah this just one b i was ranked 5,056 I beat this bot and I got I I went up like 2,000 ranks and I got 4,913 or 15 diamonds so so you definitely want to do this and let's take a look at the daily and weekly rewards like we've just looked at the first time rewards so far okay now this is the where are the rewards again cation time Co daily rewards okay so you just get medals if you're like really really low but as soon as you get above 1,000 sorry 1,500 you get a Twilight Essence like that is like the end end game the most rare material of all that let's you push your exclusive weapons past level 15 and you get that as soon as you are rank, 1500 or above and honestly even if you look at the fact that it's a districtwide rank and not a serway that's not awfully hard to obtain like unless you're like super super like if you the point is you can get there trust me if you are serious at all I think you should be able to get here and you should try to be you should try to get to this rank cuz these rewards are insane and if you're a hardcore player like me who like really wants to push his ranks I'm my goal will be to at least be in the top 21 50 it's going to be hard cuz there there's a ton of competition but let's see I'll try my best anyway I will be somewhere if if not 51 2150 I will most definitely be within the 51 to 100 bracket so yeah and but every day this is the this is a daily reward not weekly daily rewards every day you're going to get these kind of nutty if you ask me so definitely for example let's go ahead and do a battle shall we I'm the fresh 2800 26 yeah let's just take this by the way the Bots were too op before and they've nerfed them apparently they're still not pushovers by the way and I honestly don't know if I'm going to win this but let's see I've already set up all my teams and all my uh I'm just going to use storm storm cmer spell let's just do this and see I mean every day you're going to get three Arena tickets you get five in the regular Arena but you get three here but you can buy I believe seven with uh diamonds I think I'm probably going to refresh them later on okay the first was a win I think you need to win two to win the entire fight so if you win two you're good so what I would recommend is focus on two teams that are cracked and don't Spread Your Heroes so that you have three kind of okayish teams I think it's way better to have two crack teams cuz you need to win uh two fights right damn this is getting close oh my God that damage I was winning the fight okay well whatever I just hope I don't lose this one please don't lose this fight so it's a full merer team I okay nice OD doing some work Brutus cheese worked nicely I think I have this W also doing some work nice nice so I think I win okay so I gain like 400 and something look at that just like that 8337 diamonds so there's a lot to be had here yeah make sure excuse me to use your Arena tickets I would I don't know how many diamonds it costs afterwards if it's the same as the arena I would personally refresh and get my ranking up don't worry too much about it oh one important thing this unlocks once you've reached AFK stage 131 keep that in mind so once again another reason for you to push your AFK stages that would be my second tip so AFK stages tip number one tip two supreme Arena tip three is the dream real guys I I think this is probably like most of you probably know this but dream realm gives you really nice rewards like the endgame rewards and now the district uh the seasonal dream realm is even better cuz once again you're getting Twilight Essences here unlike in the regular ranking where it only goes up to temporal Essence so 100% push this uh I am not going to go into detail about what Heroes you you should work on for these if you would like me to make a video on discussing thems for um dream realm boss Etc just let me know in the comments below otherwise yeah definitely push the dream realm uh all of these rewards are pretty juicy and you just got to contest and everything is tied to each other like once again AFK stages are going to make you stronger they're going to help you get your resonance up and get better equipment that will reflect in the dream realm when you deal when you uh deal damage to these bosses and then CL climb up the rankings Etc so yeah now that brings me to my fourth tip and that is if you get stuck do your Legend trials I know a lot of people don't really think about these don't worry about how far you can climb cuz that's not the point cuz it's very situational and honestly I wouldn't worry too much about this cuz it cuz Legend Tower depends so much on the kind of units you have cuz you're kind of bound uh by the type right so today I can use either Wilder's hair or going to use the grave born's hair but the thing is you get all these rewards on that you can see on top you get hero Essence and you get equipment materials which is super important not only will you get more hero essence you can also get temporal Essence and title Essence uh which will uh title and temporal I think um Essence which will help you push your exclusive weapons and the equipment materials that will help you upgrade your equipments get your gear stronger push farther so this is uh also something to keep in mind and yeah this brings me to my fifth and final tip um guys always upgrade your equipment I know it's um a lot of people sometimes kind of forget that they can still Forge equipment like for example I've equipped everything that I have but let's see yeah look at that so if you can forge your equipment do so and also keep in mind what you're improving for example you might notice that for Rogues my equip has like level 20 70 why it's because this the teams that I'm using in the AFK stages don't really have a rogue in them I'm mostly using Marksman my tank is super important my healers are super important cuz they need to stay alive and whatnot Mages are also important so you can even prioritize what you're going to upgrade cuz while you do get a lot of these Stones they're not like so abundant that you can just close your eyes and upgrade heav so I would keep this in mind because this upgrade could could mean like it could mean that you push to the next day or you don't push to the next day depending on what you do right so yeah these would be my tips for you guys apart from that apart from these tips I can just generally tell you that it's been a lot of fun I've pretty much finished everything I think I've explored the entire map yeah so this map is locked behind behind the third day I have the resonance and everything Ashen waste is fully explored definitely explore the map get those Crimson chests they have a lot of poles in them you're going to get a lot of poles guys they're going to be very happy I think those Crimson chests also have equipment so make sure to open those uh and equip that equipment and yeah stay on top um prog like a boss remember the faster you progress the better cuz you outrank people and you want to outrank cuz if you out rang you're going to get better rewards in dream Brook better rewards in the arena better rewards pretty much everywhere where you're competing with other players so yeah I hope
