Very impressive! Looks like the layout and pre-cutting needs to be pretty precise, especially the notching.

I wish I had some land to try something like this.

I found this approach interesting for building the initial cabin at a remote site to live in only temporarily while you build something more permanent, then reuse this structure as an out house. The "only temporarily" could be 1-2 years if you're a weekend warrior so a tent wouldn't really do as your shelter.

Hopefully he comes out with a 2.0 version in a later video because there are some things I didnt enjoy much. Also did I miss a video on how they made the foundation or was the intro it? I think that spending 2-3 days on it before you raise this would probably lead to a longer lasting structure.

Love this. It's very relaxing to watch with the soft snow falling.

I need several of these for when my family visits during holidays. I think my nephew and I can make about a dozen of these over the summer. The door is quite nifty! 😁 🔨🚪
