PM7 Battles Arceus

i actually did the thing i finished the entire pokedex for this game i got every single unknown and i even got every single wisp all of these research level 10. i a ridiculous amount of them it got a little bit tiring at points but i even got a 10 stars for a member this is the most fun i've had playing a pokemon game in a really long time i know i didn't stream a lot of the game and a lot of that stuff i did off camera but the reason i did all that is i had the most fun with this game off camera than i've had for a really long time you know it's it's really fun to be able to make pokemon content but sometimes it's difficult to make the content because i've played the game all day and i don't want to play the game for fun i don't always get to just be a fan and this was a game where i really felt like i could just be a fan again and this is exciting i i don't know what happens when you get the the 10 star member i want to see come on give me give me the armor from the fancy guy come on i did the thing i deserve something special like i i assume new things at some of the shops maybe uh-huh full star rewards you earn for your survey reports will be more generous now yeah okay sure oh oh [Music] oh [Music] well that's fine i'm sure there's other cool things that will happen now that i i've done all these things cool sure i will do that i assume at some point i still have a lot of the side quests to do or the requests whatever they're called most of my extra playing this game has been for the pokedex so i have i just got my final like extra camp and like the um what if what if the five regions i don't even know the names yet man uh i'm a disaster but wait where where's the the shiny charm i don't have the shiny charm yet where where's my where's my shiny charm where's the charm of shininess do i have to go do the um arceus stuff first i guess that makes some sense all right well i'm a full member of the team i got all my stars no one is pretty excited to see me here but maybe you have something cool to sell me oh a jetball set i sure i don't how much is that or how many of those 20. cool i hear for it that actually is pretty good i mean i only had 22 of them i'll take another 20 why not cool a little bit of an outbreak this would be a cool one to go snag but we gotta go and deal with the actual end of this game i absolutely do not have the healing items i probably need so maybe i'm going to wise up and actually make some um okay max potion i can actually make 13 of these that might be enough i might want to get a few revives maybe okay i have two they're in the satchel that's pretty exciting i actually have what we need perfect perfect perfect okay that feels pretty good uh oh you can't just teleport up there i kind of feel like you should be able to but that's fine a little bit of a climb up a mountain we get a little bit more time together they go up e mountain maybe just maybe we'll find a shiny on the way just uh one final bit of excitement before we go and see why the god of pokemon sent us down here in the beginning or just to begin with right because we still don't have that answer i don't think there's a real chance i've ignored the answer and it was given to me but for all i know we're still looking for that answer into the cave of caviness through the cave of caviness grab a few of these on the way i don't see why not i'm not i'm really excited i the reason i don't really know what to say in my commentary is falling off a cliff is i i'm just really genuinely excited to get up here and see what this moment is we spent so long thinking about what this game could be and you know like how it was all gonna end with arceus and i i don't know i i feel like a lot has been built up to this moment a lot of hype this game like blew expectations out of the water and this is the like the final big moment from this game until i guess we get dlc if we do get dlc so i'm excited let's see i would like to play the funky flute the first flute did not look like a flute and now this flute looks just like a shell it doesn't look like a flute either ooh okay a little bit of a different tune we're playing i'm ah i'm excited little eyebrow rays i see you me [Laughter] into the sky wow we really are walking up to meet god this is crazy okay like what's next what yo this is sick this is beautiful wow i here i am in space wow this is crazy that music is unnerving in the background i can barely hear it i don't even know if you guys will be able to hear it oh why is it so creepy okay this is crazy dude my phone's going off does he only like communicate to me through his arceus phone i don't understand god that was my phone what you're gonna fight me after you broke my phone all right i assume this is the big final fight or my game crash one of the two okay oh oh oh oh wow this is not easy or it's not that it's not easy it's that's gonna take a little bit to figure all of the attacks out oh i am getting body dude okay i i mistimed that well damn it's i went well damn beep bleep beep god uh okay pokemon i always say the reason i don't swear in my content is pokemon never puts you in a situation where you're ever gonna be upset with what happens that you feel the need to cuss oh i will say some of these some of these boss battles has really has really taken that and thrown it out the window ah we go right into this boss battle there's almost no chance to win until you can learn you know the different patterns and i just got absolutely bodied am i frustrated a little bit but we'll figure it out we'll figure it out gotta get the timing i don't know what i could have done there actually god damn it damn it damn it damn it damn it damn it damn it damn it oh my god okay i feel like i didn't learn damn it what did i even what is wrong with me what is wrong with me my biggest problem in this game is hitting like every button which i do often okay i've learned the pattern of this and then he's gonna run at me he didn't run at me at all just take take me out of my misery so i can restart oh this could take me a while i stink dude i stink out loud so he runs at me in the beginning then it's wow okay and then it's the push and you have to okay i think i can do this i think i can do this don't don't look at your phone john that would be really dumb looking at my phone at this moment is very stupid it's i'm focused he's gonna run at me like an evil go okay i went too early there the beginning one is hard the time i noticed okay he's not horrible at video games but he's kind of average and you kind of need to be good at this point oh i see you god i see you oh gonna hit you in the butt gonna hit you in the booty you don't like that okay gonna did i hit him in the butt i oop what is this i haven't been good enough to get here yet i don't know am i supposed to hit him here i don't really understand what's going on here oh cool i did it i did it i did it did it did it i did mind arceus is cheating just punch and punch them hard or cut them in two whatever you got to do big guy okay wait no but if he can lose his coal mine boost we're good that did not do the damage i thought it would oh a steel type that is not the worst thing i do need arcus to lose its extra defense and i don't think it's going to which is not my favorite but we can bring in dielga and we have earth power which is good okay we earth power it's defense stayed raised we did not take it out there but wait it took my phone oh crap i don't like this i don't like it i don't like it i don't like i don't like it one bit oh okay yeah yeah yeah now it goes back to normal i guess we bring in elton john this is not gonna be my favorite thing but so far so good i think oh oh google pow pow pow pow time oh my god dude i have no idea dude i don't understand half of these attacks i i have never gotten to a point in a pokemon game well as an adult that i don't know if i can actually win this is crazy i think i gotta do the beginning part perfectly because i still don't understand all of the other parts i'm so happy i'm not streaming this i oh my god i don't i'm man enough to say i don't know if i could handle a thousand people telling me i stink okay wait no that was bad but let's just not let's just not get hit okay okay okay oop he's doing something else i think it's the first time i man unflagging devotion to a goal shout see it through so hast thou proven by thine actions much as that ancient hero once did he and the pokemon that walked beside him who ancient here who is that the sea truths beyond proven anew beyond the bounds of time and space bringeth joy to me i'm glad that i chose thee to call to this world as that so why did you fight me like i was your chosen hero was this like a one final test like what did this prove i mean i can beat god i don't do am i a god no i don't like what was the point of this it was very cool for the video game but in the story i don't why as thou walketh walk walkest onward upon thine own path upon thee and upon this creation where thou now dwellest i bestow my blessing i bestow upon thee a part of myself i would walk this world together with thee show me how it appeareth in thine eyes ooh what's the legend played to a stone tablet imbued with the essence of all creation when he used on a certain pokemon it allows that pokemon to gain the power of every type there is oh is that do i get to use arceus now wait do i is arceus my pal arceus is now my friend the adventures of john and arceus wow wow wow that was very cool oh a little bit of a cut scene was it all a dream was in my head do i have my cell phone back that's a big question huh ew no i don't want to have a rematch i barely got through that why why would i want to rematch what do i look like a a dumb dumb dugan no i i've made my dollar not being a dum-dum duke and that's debatable but what i can do is we talk to you i want to see my pokemon i would like to have arceus please arceus is somewhere in here there's arceus um i guess i'll put this over actually who do i want to put this over uh i don't know maybe slim reaper slim reaper did go down in the fight i do like slim reaper but like i kind of have a thing going here with the new forms and they're shiny with mrs puff and zoroark i like how i've only nicknamed a few of these pokemon so clearly i just need to get a shiny uh cleaver uh yeah i ignore ignore that bright flash of green i used that for some green screening of something that i needed i let me just delete that that giving me the option to randomly click buttons and tomfoolery may happen that's you're you're really playing with fire once uh i'm allowed to do things but maybe this means i need to oh i just need to talk to the professor i thought i had to get this thing to level 10 but i guess it already is at 10 because i have yep okay oh it perf perfected it's the first time i've gotten perfect because you only need one thing you just need to beat the game and you get it yeah yeah now i get my shiny charm yeah let's do it i would like to go back to the village dude it's time i'm already finding shinies too often let me just have every other pokemon i see be shiny i'm ready come on professor it's time come on i'm actually really excited what are you doing over here who are you oh you're just standing there yeah all right well i never had you evolve that did you huh well today's not that day i have bigger fish to fry night here we go come on give me the shiny charm you know i deserve it oh everyone's here nice i am pretty awesome ladies gentlemen thank you all so much for gathering here at my behest we've some rather special news to share so please lend us your ears if you'd be so kind today marks the fulfillment of a long-held dream of mine and the fruition the most earnest effort of the entire survey corpse yes indeed for you see in the pokedex our course is it core i it doesn't matter our magnum opus is finally at long last complete yeah yeah why are they not celebrating they just look shocked this is a time to celebrate everyone this fantastic achievement wouldn't have been possible if not for the hard work no the heroic efforts our very own the john guy i don't know about very own i fell from the sky i'm my own man from his quelling of the frenzy lord cleaver all the way up to his battles against dialga and palkia a top mighty mount cornet he tireless surveyed the pokemon of this land while facing perils of the sort that would send most of us running for the hills i'm pretty awesome i complete the pokedex i'm with you a big guy you're still very much a mysterious stranger who fell from the sky and i know not whether your actions were motivated motivated by your own curiosity or a genuine desire to help the people our village but it doesn't matter you have been a great asset to us and i am truly grateful for everything you've done i am pretty awesome and very very cool commendable work yeah there we go finally a charm that shines with a mysterious light it is said to increase the chances of finding a shiny pokemon in the wild ah still need potato moki one day one day the next day yeah what did they have to say i have gotten every pokemon to research 10. i've gotten all the legendaries to be arceus i have the shiny charm what do you possibly have to say at this point oh i'd like to try my hand at developing new crafting recipes and techniques too interesting and and there you have it everyone pokemon legends arceus [Music] we uh we beat the game now this does not feel like the end of legends arceus i would i'd put a sizeable amount of money on the fact that we are going to get dlc for this game and honestly i feel like we're going to get more than one right if sword and shield is able to get two dlcs i feel like a game this beloved really could benefit from dlc with there's countless other lands we could explore in this game there's more legendaries they could throw in we could definitely get some more forms and i don't know i think there's a lot more they can do with like this game not just thinking of future legends games they can create i feel like we're not not even close to done with playing through this game and obviously if we get any new legends arceus uh dlc or whatever it may be i will be covering it you know whether it be on stream or recording it off stream to share with you guys uh i just want to say hi thank you guys so much this game was so fun but so different from anything i've ever really experienced as crazy as it is i have never covered a pokemon game so widely loved in my career of playing pokemon usually it's a lot of people loving the game and a lot of people hate in the game and i i mean this was a game that got people who hadn't played pokemon in a while to finally get a pokemon game and it's been really exciting it was also a little overwhelming to cover i felt a little bit more pressure a lot more people you know like backseat gaming or tell me to do this do that and i know the the streams have not been as plentiful as i expected them to be but um it's been really cool to still be able to share my experience with this game upload on the vod channel and you guys have been really wonderful and kind so i appreciate you guys uh i was hopeful maybe i could fly around show off the shiny charm and get a a shiny right away but just like i've said that this is definitely not the end of legends arceus this isn't the end of me doing legends arceus content so i'm gonna say goodbye to go record a brand new video that i'm doing in legends arceus let's let's not get it let's not get beat up by a pokemon as i say goodbye let's let's get on top of the mountain and we could say or goodbye
