all right so today we're going to be replacing a cylinder uh this one's been RCT by an emergency company you will not believe H will stay charged to take this show we got a new one there that we ordered um from glil uh so yeah it's get in I can't find the isolation for that so if I knock that that's going to be low there's no isolation so have to be careful here so I think the first one we going do is make up the cylinder get the ball in get the a flowing and get in there so this is the case of do as I say not as I do I do make a stupid mistake in this one looking back on it I don't know what I was thinking it's one of the moments where I thought yeah that'll do I can do that and I shouldn't have so I'm going to show you how to replace a cylinder in this one take a look at the stupid mistake that I make don't do this and I'm going to show you the mag cleans results from the heat exchange we replaced a few weeks ago show you how we've done the clean on that so I going to say thank you again for sport really really appreciate it if you haven't hit that subscribe button please make sure you do it really help me out you got any questions drop them in the comments I do my best around like the video let's take a look at this week's work I've just found out on this uh Horseman clock if you take it out be careful cuz it's live at the back there's a little switch there you see just there actually says off point to the middle you turn it off that's isolated there fair play to the customer me I didn't never knew that on this Horseman ones but yeah that's safely I that there so I ain't got to worry a b electroc myself happy days to be fair that switch is quite hard on off but better safe than S so yeah actually I'm going do I pop the cylinder in and just see where it's going to sit to line up with the immersion so I I'm going have it like that immersion go in there actually CU I want to make sure I can get the immersion out you can still get to this so that should be okay there it's plenty on that wire um hot going there straight right there dry off I can bring that around to here so it's nice and accessible um but yeah I have ni though they let there drain off there exctly that I thought they me an indor but they haven't cuz see straight through there to the other sides now I'm have to blank these off so blank them too off cut some moles in the top for the flat valve and the FL you can get that in and get poked up so SE I've got the flowable washer got Lo to using Lo to 55 and some paste now I've actually blue stuff on these don't that don't do that next person that comes on I'm going to CR and Screen here so get that tightened in and give me that enough so mions in we got a 50 mil there half in 50 mil in to 22 mil so drying off hot yeah don't these two other connections you see see St through so I sent all the measurements off to the supplier told them exactly what I needed send that so don't that one we have to do is blank them off blank them off um so yeah couple of Connections in there stab a p and a blank on it that's that's one off do on there yeah I'll just get them in get it blanked off and we're going to cut the holes out for B valve and the off top one's blanked bottom one blanked got a bit PR on there uh P we use uh jet V2 plus that donkeys don't know just the stuff I use of course it's better or worse than anything else the only one I don't like is um is it Co quite by Ferno that stuff's crap but that stuff's pretty good yeah let's get these tightened in all right see I've cut the hole so you can use a I mean then full wood but them all work but we've used SP it I couldn't find the right SI of that took it really slow it did catch it it did catch it though hold on let me show you towards the end you see good wash over that you go so you the hole so you you you can get metal bits that will be you know PR nice clean hole but I gotten so I'm to use over a hole s all SP B but it's worked fine wash off that that's ball valve in put the a FL in yeah that should be the cylinder all prepped to try it in position overlow cold in don't use them to cut the I got lucky with that one that one flowing off stupid me get yourself a metal cutter don't be Li me got both holes course sealed done out flowing all connections on going try it in place now to see what uh part work alteration got just show you inside that's your vent pipe from the cylinder that's your fill into the cylinder it's got the lid r on top just saw that trying to put it over the wrong tool just that I going to get a Bo metal one there though um cuz yeah that was just stupid I should have um but I haven't got a metal cutter um normal SP it would have been better that's just knacked that up a CH set anyway this was some screwy it's still be fa though but I think I get all material on it and so both in the future so don't use a spay or these I think a normal spay okay but the ones um twisted like them that b it just Che you up yeah get all time really though if you're new to the channel I'll more videos get so I got that one wrong I should have got a by metal cutter but you can learn through my mistakes is that so yeah let's move on to getting this soon install that's in place so Merion go on to there pot it's going to come up into there dry enough I'm going to bring it round to here so it's nice and accessible and the call is Bob on perfect that can just try back in I'm going to cut in um alarm SC ju in here the customers request I FL I can redo that um yeah I think what I'll do is what I'm going to do first uh still top work way from the top work our way down get that pked in all right so I've just attached the co to the cinder I've got my long SC juice in so what can do now just Mark cut that and that little the cold all connected the outl though I don't know if to use the old one cuz the old one just go straight in I'll have a look at that in a minute cuz if I bring it straight off that it's going to hit the cylinder bit crap design but here's what it is yeah let's get that cut down and get the CO connected now all right CO's all tightening new fire was on there that's all tightened off so I want to get this connected so I can fill it up then I can have a look at the outlow and for the connection that connection there it's actually off of baxi 830 I poking up a um backi and I didn't need that but I keep them on my van yeah it's going to be perfect there I sh the Alum straight to there drying off just b a bit of pip bring it straight back around here coup of drain off sorted so yeah that'll be nice and easy to dry down in the future so yeah I'm going have to that connection on there solder that in solder dry off onto there should be near enough ready to fill up so hot's all in there that's all sold up now I'm looking for no legs not you know show off work so plenty of so around there uh dry off down here you see there you can just I on there straight out to toet right next to me that's nice and accessible um let's have look at the electrics now this is a the engineer traed down left the electrics just types up like that not even a connector block but any um so yeah goes into your stat uh neutral go on that connection earth goes on there yeah both neutral all right so El all in I finished off the for all done before filled up I was going to fill up while I was doing the not the cont the offlow but of you when I was moaning about this being too close out screaming at me just turning just turn I turn it El down off FL was all done hot scene just check yeah has closed that however say it's closed that bit gate b r anyone hopefully that's worked uh yeah that's all toys that is ready to go I've toen that see what happens nothing cuz it's box solid here we go light cylinder's all full now uh start on a hot tub get air locked come on a big gurgle of water then but might be air locked all right so if you get air lock like that best thing you do is open the hot tap put your hand over that give it a really good force in it then open the cold I can't do it on cam cuz I need two on hold it on so the cold is being forced up the hot and it'll push the air out let your hand go leave the hot open then that should clear the air we'll do that and it should clear easily yeah I can hear the soon The Filling back up and that should there you go hot back on no leaks Happy Days put the em on give it a Boost after these up the water all filled up got the immersion on put that the Boost just to warm up um yeah putting the drain off there it's going to make people's lives easier in the future here nice drain it down put the lid back on top I did adjust the ballcock level um so yeah that is all done yeah when doing the mes thought baby what was I thinking you know what I thinking I don't have nothing else to cut it with so I am going to get myself set there do not do not attempt that do not attempt that I got lucky with that to be SP so do as I say not as I do right so we're back at that Exchange replac that one so that's has been cleaning now for about a week we're back now to do 8 B cleans get 8 B cleans now see how much mck we got in there we did leave the cleaning so let's see how much is actually in the filter M clean's all set up remember the return go into return return into the bottom sorry return into the bottom top into the top with the cam locks it's easier with these push right in and pull these down together so the adapter and everything you get with the magneet in to the original Magnum cleanse valve so that's all set up now and get some clean in there and get it going all is pressurized in service mode has all connected bled the canisters you see it's a looking too bad at the moment and let the clean on for about half 45 minutes then we're going to start cleaning systems let the cleaner go around do a bit of magic then we're going to properly clean the system now doing the mag clean normally my go to on like a straight what com be or whe I got clean system out I do get good results off it so if you doing an install don't go around the bleed the radiators these work better when there's just about enough water in the radiator cuz the water move across the bottom that's where the sludge is when you agitate it you they got all the water in the R so don't if you're doing a boarding store you're going to do M cleanse don't bleed the system just leave a little bit of water in the bottom it'll make the clean go a lot quicker um OB on this one is already full add a little bit of gurgling at the radiators but I'm not going to end bleed them leing as the am then we're going to goe and agate and I'll show you the process that we do to do the agitation and get the best clean that we can it's been on roasting roasting um so we do go around all the radiators turn it all off apart from one so go to the lock Shields good time to B the system as well actually so I'll turn the lock Shields off that's what I normally do you do trvs if you want put lock Shields and back you get to balance it turn all lock Shields off from one radiator then you want to agitate one radiator so that's what we use for radiator it's a v clean it come with the mag clean set so you just put that in your hammer drill put it on Hammer then go across the bottom like that and up and down as well all on one radiator just so it's clean out the one radiator and you'll see the difference in the color so what I'll do I'll show you on one one radiator I'll do this one Agate you see it's right next to the boiler you can see on the Hol is a difference it'll make one H will completely jet black from all the M that comes out of the radiators and you see that for all the radiators look at that you see the difference after the agitation over these hard see on camera but can you see the coor difference between the two that's the what com back out that's what going back into the boiler so I've just did that a little agitation and yeah you see the difference already so without the agitation you won't get as good as clean so the agitator really does make the difference on these mag PL so just going to do that for all the radiators now and see how much more we get out see a bit better on this one or we'll turn the volume down one see difference in the PIP hopefully there you go this the difference see the arations was wonders for getting them okay the system so said we'll do that for every single radiator yeah it should uh give this system a quick clear go not see much we got out now I have SE these f as anything that's decent to be fair with the m flush got drain off fully open F Loop is fully open the pressure is just about half a bar and I've got the this valve closed off here so what will happen is it'll go through the F Loop down the floor around the radiators this is the return so the return normally would go through here through the filters then back to the boil through this one but because I got this one locked off it can't get back through the boil so the only Escape Route for the water is stand the drain off so if I feel that flow part is freezing cold this one needs to lukewarm so you'll know when it's done properly so you can do it just like um you did earlier by turning off all the radiator so I'll just do one radiator time so you clean it one radiate you can Agate again if you want depends what level of clean you want to go through but and which was on them radi magnets it wasn't the worst um so yeah I'll be happy just doing my flush on this to R the agitation through each each radiator yeah we just do that get all the cleaner out then we get the in between mag clean all off now I've cleaned off the magnet so i' got nice clean magnet and I'm just going to get some MC1 in there there we go take the full tub as well there we go there we now that system well protected it's got between going spill oh look at that okay designed it so take a full one so magnet back on sharpen the valves new exchange on there no clean system yeah there you go up in there that is job done yeah the clean got fair amount like fair amount um tell the wor seen but yeah that's nice clean system fully protected let see how long we get out this wer
