Planting Pecan Trees

this Larry wama at Wommack nursery calm today I'm going to show you how to plant a pecan tree quick and fast this is about a six to seven foot tree I have a hole that's 18 inches wide twelve sufficient enough but 18 is great it's about 36 inches deep I'm going to test it putting it in the hole it's about right because here's my ground line you can put you a board a hole handle or anything and you know this is your growler the hole was actually maybe about four inches too shallow so I'm going to cut the roots off the fit the ground line is right here it's right even with the ground line in nature alright we're going to tape off some of the dirt we're going to add water and by adding water we're doing nothing but getting all of the air pockets out we're going to go ahead finish fill in the hole add more water and maybe a little bit more dirt tomorrow come back straighten it up a little bit check your ground line and most important either the day you plan or the day cut it back you have any questions give us a call thank you
