Two at noon. Booking photos released just moments ago of the two men charged with capital murder in the death of 12 year old Jocelyn Nung. We have been following this case all week. The girl's body was found in a North Houston Creek on Monday. Devon Ramming live in downtown Houston with the latest on this really upsetting case, Devon. Any update on when the suspects will be facing a judge, you know, not at this hour. In fact, we've been checking the court docket all day long waiting to see if these suspects names would pop up because they are expected to appear in court at some point today. And you know, the community is also waiting for more answers in this case as well. So we will continue to follow the docket to see and bring you the latest if they do indeed appear. Now, these images were captured yesterday during the arrest of 21 year old Jose Martinez and 26 year old Franklin Jose Pena Ramos Houston. Police say the suspects were seen leaving a restaurant on the north side moments before meeting up with the 12 year old on Sunday at a convenience store near Kirkendall Road before heading to the bridge where she was killed. And, you know, this tragedy is still sending shock waves through the community. They just moved in. They haven't even been here a month. It's very emotional because when you're thinking, I live on the third floor, these people are on the second floor. You know, and it's just like, I don't, I don't even, there's no emotions here. Within the last hour, we've also learned both suspects were in the country illegally from Venezuela at the time of their arrest Thursday. That's according to the US, immigration and customs enforcement, better known as ice. Now, there will be a public candlelight vigil help for Jocelyn this evening. We have that information for you here on your green. That vigil is going to happen from 730 to 9 this evening. It is open to the public. It will be taking place at 1 24 10 Kirkendall Road.
