hi everybody I'm back and today I'm gonna show you all how to make a Philly steak and cheese quesadilla here's what you need the first thing that you will need is I have over here I have Trikke let me zoom in a little bit I have tricolor bell peppers the yellow green and red and I also have one small onion sliced you will need sour cream tomatillo sauce now this is a tomatillo salsa verde sauce you don't have to use that if you want to you can just use a salsa I have Monterey Jack in the sharp cheddar and you will need steak okay I have steak here and over here I have flour tortillas okay and I have the large ones make sure you get the large ones all right now first thing that we're gonna do everybody let's come over here to the stove and we want to gather our bell peppers and onions and get them nice and sauteed up just like so all right get those in there I have I'm gonna saute our onions bell peppers on a medium-high heat until they get you still want them to have some crunch okay but you don't want them to get mushy okay so that's what you're looking for my turn making it up just a little bit more there we go just like so you get these nice and sauteed once they start to saute I'll be right back okay everyone our vegetables are starting to saute up nicely so what we'd like to do at this point is season your vegetables a little bit of salt just like so a little bit of pepper there we go guys awesome okay now these are gonna sautee out so once you start to see your onions get what we call translucent they're ready and what translucent is is where the onions start to get a little clearer all right because if we cook them right they'll still have this beautiful vibrant color but if you cook them too long they'll start to get a dull color all right I love that beautiful black pepper on there everyone we're gonna season every layer of this quesadilla all right now let me show you something this here is my my steak okay this is the kind that I like to get and it's a hundred percent beef is chops shaped in thinly slice let me show you what it looks like okay this right here is one of the best things that they've ever came up with this is like so awesome guys trust me trust me when I tell you this okay hold on let me take it out the package inhale it comes it's just like this guy's all right then we slice meat and it comes separate I'm going to use a couple of these but I'll show you once we start to cook that how it works okay who doesn't love a quesadilla first of all second who doesn't love Philly steak and cheese guys so I figured today I'm gonna make that I was gonna do a chicken quesadilla you can do any type of case of beer you like everyone you could do a breakfast case be aware you could put eggs and cheese and sausage you can do it with anything whatever if you like to do ham and cheese quesadilla or you could do all cheese and then just dip it in a salsa alright these are almost to where everyone I'm on the level just a little tiny bit longer we're almost done with that beautiful and now if you all like mushrooms on your Philly steak and cheese hey buy you some mushrooms bump it up guys I'm so excited for this recipe you guys ready to stop at McDonald's like when we get home I'm getting ready to make some quesadillas you pulled out of that drive-thru so fast we probably burn rubber okay why did you tell me so we left McDonald's and for our lunch we're gonna have the quesadillas in then tonight I'm gonna make a blueberry cobbler everyone and at the end of the video I'm gonna do a mukbang for that so check that out I'm excited for that like who doesn't love blueberry cobbler right okay everyone I'm back let me show you your beautiful vegetables the vegetables are done okay and now what we're gonna do at this point we're gonna go ahead turn that off bring this frying pan okay and you don't need any oil for this steak okay now what we're gonna do guys let's go ahead and make our beautiful steak right just like so now each layer has two thinly-sliced stakes if you can see just like that all right in this meat diet minute to die or it is so so so tasty trust me when I tell you guys this all right beautiful all right that's a nice amount I'm gonna wash my hands now watch how fast how quick and simple this bin list bikes take clips up this right here reminds me of my dad is from Philly everyone this reminds me of watching them when my dad would take me to go get a Philly steak and cheese watching them chop and cook that stick in front of me this is how thin the steak is a little bit of parsley because I love the color and that will salt and pepper that I added I have a essence from Emerald Bluebell seasoning in there guys yeah okay now I need two spatulas watch how quick this happens now so simple from here guys all right just let that go I'm gonna make to wash my hands one more time this is so much fun to make I am going to get around to making a Philly steak and cheese egg roll I know I've spoke about that several times I just need to get in here and do it it's gonna be delicious look at this oh my goodness so you just gonna do like a chopping pulling motion with these what's the two spatulas kind of chop and pull chop and pull just like so until you get little pizza just like you would with the steak and cheese sandwich beautiful it smells so good in here everyone now we're really cooking guys we are really cooking in this kitchen you hear me all right let that go for a little bit and I'll be right back okay everyone our steak it's beautifully done this is what it's supposed to look like nice and well done okay now what I will do i do want to drain some of that oil that came off of the steak all right and then we'll assemble this okay be right back okay everyone I've drained the oil off of our beautiful steak and I'm going to mix it with our beautiful sauteed bell peppers and onions just like so okay now here's where everything happens so fast from here okay all right isn't that beautiful okay now at this point if you wanted to put a jalapeno pepper in there hey feel free to I have this jalapeno I was going to put it in but not today I'm not gonna today okay because we're having the salsa verde sauce that tomatillo sauce and it has some spice I don't want to make it too spicy okay this is for my husband's lunch he loves spice but I'm not gonna make it too spicy today okay that's done now let's go ahead and take our pan that work on that make our quesadilla in turn your pan up going to high all right I'm gonna put a little bit of oil when I tell you guys a little bit of oil just a little bit to coat the bottom okay because we want to get a nice crispy beautifully golden brown tortilla okay and this will do the trick when you put that little bit of oil in there okay that will do the trick everyone okay so now I gotta taste this guy's okay I'm gonna open our tortillas now if you just want if you honestly just wanted to make a half of one what you would do I'm not gonna make a half of one today is you would put just one in the pan put your filling right here and fold it over and you'll cook it that way okay that's for half of one and that'll give you 3 nice slices okay but today we're gonna do a full one okay let's let this get nice and warm okay give it a few more minutes and then I'll show you what to do I cannot wait to make my blueberry cobbler tonight everybody I am like so excited my mouth is watering already for it I don't know you guys have seen my peach cobbler video if you haven't seen my peach cobbler video yet check it out it's one of the videos that I made early on when I first started the channel but that peach cobbler video oh my goodness guys it was so tasty you hear me and I believe that I did that video at like 10:00 at night I couldn't keep my mind off of the recipe and then I just went at it okay here we go so we put this in just like so all right let me grab our cheese and feel free to use whatever kind of cheese you want whatever kind of cheese if you want it to spread Philadelphia Cream Cheese at the bottom of this hey feel free to okay it's up to you what you want okay okay so I love sharp sharp cheddar and my husband loves Monterey Jack and that's what we're gonna do like I said I've made these with Philadelphia cream cheese spread on and boy you hear me I'm talking about look at this guy's and Pat it on pal your ingredients on there you could use chicken breast whatever you want is possible with quesadillas this Philly steak and cheese my mouth is watering oh my goodness I'm so excited okay yeah I gotta hurry up I'm rambling on I want to put white cheese on just like so I want to put more sharp cheddar right on top this guy's this is what you call philly steak and cheese you hear me I forgot I had the water running over here guys check this out check this out trust me trust me when I tell you guys alright we're gonna let this go for a few minutes once it starts to get nice and brown I'm gonna put the video on pause and I'll be right okay everyone here in just a few minutes we're gonna flip this over okay and the technique that I'm going to use I believe I'm gonna put that we'll give it a try this way where I'm gonna put the plate on pick my pan up and just kind of flip it we'll see what happens okay I might just use my spatula and turn it I think that's what I'm gonna do guys let's see well no we'll do this give me just a second guys beautiful what I did it I went ahead and use the the plate to flip it okay that made me feel a little bit more secure about it not falling apart on me what I did I literally put the plate on guys I picked the pan up like this and flipped it just like so okay this is almost done isn't that there's a piece of steak right there guys I have to get it I'm like so hungry watersnake is beautiful if you all have not never ever made a quesadilla give it a try guys you will love it make it for your loved one make it for your husband your wife make it for the kids let the kids make theirs hey they can make a peanut here's the thing they can put peanut butter and jelly in here you know like for the kids and let them make their own or they can just put all cheese in here anything is possible at quesadillas okay beautiful this other side is almost ready quickly I'm so excited okay all right let's assemble this here beautifully on our plate look guys look guys look at that Philly steak and cheese quesadilla 101 my mouth is salivating is that the words you guys tell me I hear it from you guys I don't use it but is that a word salivating all right check this out hmm here's what we're gonna do let me get a little ramekin okay and this ramekin I'm gonna put salsa verde tomatillo sauce so that my husband can dip all right and I'm gonna put just a dab of sour cream on the top of each one it's okay because he loves sour cream I don't want to leave that out mmm I love sour cream - I'm gonna have sour cream with mine also I want to beautify it I could use a little bit of cilantro but not today guys a little bit of parsley it'd go a long way look at that right there guys check
